And good staff (owners) do everything for the comfort of their guests).

To begin with, in August 2020, when Montenegro was opened for tourists, I realized that if I didn’t fly there, I wouldn’t see the sea this summer) ...We urgently ordered a studio from the tour operator (with a mini- kitchen to cook sometimes) without a balcony (cheaper). This was our second trip to Budva. I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel - close to the center, supermarkets, market, bus stop and the beach. The hotel was located on a quiet street - no one was noisy. When we arrived at the hotel, Igor the owner kindly offered us a room of the best category - larger and with a balcony, because due to the pandemic - there were few tourists in Montenegro and the hotels were not full (by the way, it was room 403, which was written about earlier. At the same time showed the number that we originally ordered.
Of course, we gladly accepted the host's offer and settled in a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the roofs of neighboring houses. Yes, there is no elevator, but Igor helped and brought my suitcase to the 5th floor. When we checked out, I just lowered my suitcase sideways down the stairs, which was also normal. Stairs in Montenegro are everywhere, you must understand this - a mountainous country, for healthy and not lazy people, this is an additional opportunity for sports)).

The room has 2 beds, a sofa, a kitchenette with a good set of utensils (we needed a lid for a frying pan - we turned to the owner - he brought it to us) and a mini-fridge (of course, a watermelon would not fit there, but we had enough for a small food stock). By the way, Igor told us that water in Budva can be drunk from a tap, before that we bought water. We, of course, collected and defended water for a day, so that the chlorine would evaporate - good water.
We had lunch and dinner on the balcony, in the morning there is sun, so we had breakfast in the room. There is also a mini dryer on the balcony. Bathroom with shower, shelves (which is important for girls), and enough dryers for towels. There is a hair dryer. But we did not use the hair dryer and TV. Towels were changed daily and cleaned too.

The staff is not intrusive. Igor knows Russian perfectly. And when we forgot our keys in the room, Viber quickly solved this problem with the owner.

At the reception there is even a library-books that you can borrow and read. Sometimes Wi-Fi slowed down.

I added a photo - this is a screen from the video, so the quality is not very good.

I definitely recommend the hotel.

Solid cons:
1. Huge black cockroaches crawl out of the drain in the bathroom floor and run around the room, laying eggs (see photo). I lived in terror all the time! Ants live in the walls of the room, sometimes they crawl out of the walls in large numbers.
2. The presence of a kitchen is generally useless, because, as it turned out, the rules of the hotel prohibit frying meat or fish. But I didn’t fry eggs there either, because the pan is covered with a layer of fat. In general, it’s difficult to cook anything on this stove, I didn’t even manage to cook porridge, everything was burnt. As a result, they ate the same as friends who lived in a room without a kitchen overlooking the wall.
3. The balcony in this room has no roof or canopy, so you can't sit on it in the rain, everything is wet, and it's very hot in the sun. Sat only in the evening a couple of times.
4. Poor sound insulation.
5. As a blanket - some kind of bedspread with a sheet, the pillow is small and uncomfortable. Instead of a double bed - the beds are pushed together, but we wouldn't mind if there wasn't such a big gap between them. Moreover, the beds are slightly different in height. As a result, I had to sleep separately.
5. Wi-Fi is very poor. Sometimes I had to go to the door of the room to have internet. The speed is so low that there is no internet at all. Used mobile internet.
I categorically do not recommend this hotel because of the first minus, you can still somehow put up with the rest and be patient, especially if you stay for a couple of days.

We rested in June 2013 in Villa Ivona (Budva). Room (203) studio with a kitchen and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The only but small negative is the creaking bed (my husband and I had a honeymoon trip ; -). Sincere owners and servants of the villa. The rooms are well maintained, you can't fault it. Note: in the room there is a ban on frying meat and fish. … More ▾ We rested in June 2013 in Villa Ivona (Budva). Room (203) studio with a kitchen and a gorgeous view of the mountains. Our friends lived on the floor above in the standard room, although small, but well maintained. For some, it may be a plus - on the balcony and, accordingly, there is never sun in the room (the balcony of room No. 302 overlooks the wall of a nearby villa)

The linen was changed once a week, cleaned every day, the beds in all rooms are single, that is, two beds that stand side by side, they do not have others. To the sea 5-7 minutes on foot, the hostess is a friendly woman, she understands Russian, but does not speak, it’s good that her husband speaks Russian and we mostly communicated with him. Renting a car there is not cheap, it’s cheaper to book directly at the Tivat airport or from Moscow. Transfer from the airport to Budva by taxi costs 15 euros. Food in restaurants is inexpensive, tasty, seafood is more expensive. We are very glad that we visited Montenegro, it was very interesting to go by car to Croatia, to Dubrovnik, the road took about 2 hours one way.
If anyone has any questions please write.

I'll start from the very beginning. Having played the wedding on August 6, my wife and I decided to go on a honeymoon trip. On the advice of friends, they chose the country of Montenegro, the city of Budva. We turned to the travel agency Travel menu, and they, in turn, to Siesta. We were assured that Villa Yvonne is the best option in terms of price-quality ratio. Great view of the mountains, the sea. Double rooms with mini kitchen, everything you need is present. With a good mood, we fly to Budva !!!!!! ! We are met by the host company Pilon Firm. As our practice later showed (and not only ours.....) these were the most indifferent and irresponsible people in Montenegro that we encountered. Arriving at the room, no one helped us with things, a room with a "beautiful" exit to the wall, which you can reach with your hand, in short, the mood immediately fell. They could not even imagine that a honeymoon trip could take place in such a villa with such a view. . There was absolutely nothing in the room, a trempel, soap, a towel, a knife, a plate, a mini kitchen, in short, everything was missing...... without hesitation, we fought with the pylon for three days about getting a room with the best conditions, and getting it.....we were upgraded to the "BEST DOUBLE ROOM" in Villa Yvonne!! ! It turned out that all the double rooms face the wall and the "siesta" operator knows about it, because the pylon warns everyone and these rooms come with a discount of 150 euros, of course no one told us anything. In short, resigned to everything, we decided to relax to the fullest, we got to know good people well and took alcohol from home. . . About the pylon, I would like to note that in addition to the excursions that they sell as soon as you arrive, you should not expect anything good from them, and they have excursions with only one good guide out of 5. The prices are the same for everyone, only their excursions are cut (Canyons and etc. ), it is worth trying to take it elsewhere. Pilon is not responsible for anything!!! ! (Neither for rooms, nor for medical assistance, for nothing!!!! ) The only advice for everyone is to go there for sure!! ! A very beautiful country with quite reasonable prices and delicious products without preservatives and additives. It is worth noting the beaches of Yaz and Ploce, in my opinion the best. Restaurant Congaro of course. Next time we are going to go there without agencies and tour operators. In Budva, you can find housing 2 times cheaper on the spot, and the conditions are five times better!! ! Thank you all for your attention. Sincerely, Konstantin!! !

Now we were in Yvonne on the advice of the Siaesta operator (Kyiv), although we bought the tour from another company because of the tour for 11 nights. Unfortunately, all the "advertising" troubles of Siesta finally convinced us that it was worthwhile, inexpensive, but very good. cozy, new and conveniently located villa! What a shock we had when instead of the promised double room with a view of the mountains or the city, we saw a wall. Just a white wall of a neighboring house... When they began to figure out "for what", it turned out that everything was standard, all kopeck pieces were looking at the wall. And now judge for yourself how operators sell tours: they read the description of the hotel posted by the hotelier, show his own photos with the best rooms and convince that SV is not guaranteed, but definitely not on the wall or trash! But in reality, no manager was there and does not know which room he sends the tourist to. That's why they (travel agencies and operators) pay money, explain? for vparivanie what should vparivat? Our holiday was spoiled by this wall very much. I advise everyone not to buy in advance the well-known double rooms in Yvon, at least apartments, they are with a view. And it’s better to go to the villa where at least some of the rooms are standard (or whatever you like) with a good view from the window, there will be a chance to change.
PS I wanted to place a "thank you" on the Siesta website (namely, Natalia, the manager for Montenegro), but there is nowhere to leave a review there.

Many say that Montenegro is similar to the Crimea, I will not argue, but the local people are different. And of course the sea, so clean and turquoise!!!
We rested at Villa Ivona. Everything was great: new furniture, helpful staff, located near the market and supermarket, close to the sea. The hostess was not annoying, but at the first request she did everything. Cleaning was every day, change of towels every 2 days, change of bed linen 1 time per week. But there are also two downsides:
1. This is the lack of soundproofing.
2. The standard rooms offer a "beautiful" view of the wall of the neighboring building.
There simply can’t be problems with food, restaurants and cafes are just on every corner for every taste and color.
The excursions that we managed to visit (Dubrovnik, Cetinje, Ostrog, 2 canyons) were all worthy: good drivers, professional guides, comfortable buses. We ordered all excursions from Pilon.
Vacation was a success!!!
I wish you all a good rest and gain only positive emotions.

The villa consists of 4 floors. The view from the window was on the mountains. Each floor has 3 rooms. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. Rooms are divided into sobs (without a kitchen) and apartments (with a kitchen).
On the ground floor there is a luggage room and a toilet for free, when you check out you can leave your luggage. Check out at 10 am.
Bed linen, towels and bath accessories are changed upon request. The female administrator changes everything at the first request, but she doesn’t know Russian and understands it slightly, in principle, the Serbian language is somewhat similar to Ukrainian, you can understand and explain : )
Liked everything!

The difference lies in the fact that the apartments are a little larger, there is a kitchenette, a sofa. In the standards - the view is stupid on the wall of the house, not very picturesque. And the size of the standard is, well, very small, along the bed - only side by side under the wall. There is internet - 5 euros a week, catches only on the 1st floor. The staff is friendly. Communicated in English - there were no difficulties with understanding. In general, the average villa, nothing special, quite comfortable and clean, you can live. It is better to stay in apartments. 10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not very good. It is better to walk further to the same Morgen near the old city. On the beach, prices for a set of 2 sun loungers and an umbrella are 5-9 euros. To the old town - 20 minutes. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. We ate mainly in Mozart, in Astoria the same thing, but more expensive. The choice of establishments in the old town where you can sit and eat is very good. We took a boat to calypso beach - 10 euros. The beach is small, you can only get there by water, so there are few people. On the island of St. Nicholas - the same 10 euros, nothing interesting, the beach is bad, large pebbles, hedgehogs in the water. Yes, and the very sight of an abandoned island, an abandoned unfinished hotel, is a little depressing, so we poked around there for an hour and jumped into the first boat that sailed, away from there. You can go to yaz beach, 1.5 euros per person by bus or 5 euros by taxi. The beach is excellent, small pebbles, a beautiful bay.

In August of this year, my sister and I rested in Budva at the Ivona Hotel. The owners of the hotel, young people, immediately warned that they could not help bring the suitcase to the 3rd floor, so two young women had to lift heavy suitcases themselves. The first impression of the hotel was immediately spoiled, and even the garbage from the room was not removed every day, but after three days. The sea is 150 meters from the hotel, the beach is urban, so it’s not very clean, and there are a lot of people, I had to go to a paid beach outside the old town, the entrance is 1 euro. At least the water is cleaner there, and there are a little less people. You can’t go to the paid beach with your umbrella, they immediately warned not to open the umbrella.
At the hotel, at the reception, the administrator could not be found, even when we were leaving - so no one came up. In general, the impression of the rest is made up of such trifles, and there were too many of them, we realized that there is no attitude towards Russians here, although we did not give reasons to treat us in this way. We regretted that we went to Montenegro and to this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RUSSIAN CITIZENS TO GO TO THE HOTEL "IVONA", YOU WILL REGRET ABOUT THE DAMAGED HOLIDAY!
