Small, but very cozy apartments "Dimic ellite" are well located in the center of Budva. Five minutes walk from the sea (Slavic beach) and shopping center, twenty - fifteen minutes walk from Old Budva and Mogren beach. Despite the fact that "Dimich Elite" is located in the very "heart" of the resort town, the building of the apartments is surrounded by silence, as they are located in a residential area at some distance from the highway.

Staying at the villa revived the worst memories of holidays in the private sector of Crimea. In fact, Dimich consists of 3 buildings - villas 2.3, and 4 *. There is no pine grove nearby. There are several fir trees that are successfully photographed. Villa 4 * greeted me extremely inhospitably. A broken closet, which I had to penetrate through narrow cracks on both sides for a week.

There are several fir trees that are successfully photographed. Villa 4 * greeted me extremely inhospitably. A broken closet, which I had to penetrate through narrow cracks on both sides for a week. The water drain in the shower and sink was clogged and, despite my repeated requests, it was never fixed. The toilet hung lonely on the rack 20 centimeters of toilet paper. There was no kitchenette, no plates, no spoons. My request for a kettle was answered with a firm refusal. times when he received regular guests. Thus, the rooms were unattended, in fact, 24 hours a day. In the evening, it was completely dark in the corridor. d by 20, so if you did not have time to remove the key in advance, you will have to manipulate the door in complete darkness.
But the biggest "surprise" was ahead - it turns out that I must vacate the room on the day of departure at 9.00 am (And this is with the general rule for Montenegro at 10.00). And this despite the fact that my plane was at 17.00 !! ! My request to pay extra and stay in the room until the evening was answered by the same acquaintances NO. They say that the guests are coming, which means I am no longer a guest. To my request to at least take a shower after the beach, again NO, and this is in the 40-degree heat . As a result, I had to repack my suitcase after the beach on the street, and wait for the transfer there. Needless to say, no one even offered a glass of water and didn’t come out to say goodbye. . . The last hours before the transfer I spent the last hours on the street together with two women from Kharkov. Their impressions of stay in Demich did not differ much from mine... Here is such Montenegrin hospitality !!!
In fairness, I must say that I met a lot of good and friendly Montenegrins, and that many tourists were also satisfied with their vacation, some of the owners were met right at the airport and escorted with kind smiles. Apparently it all depends on people.
But I will never come to Demich and I will not advise anyone...

We decided to go to Dimich, as the most affordable price for a vacation was offered there. The choice has never been regretted. The villa has a very good location - not far from the sea and the promenade, but the noise of night discos did not interfere. Near the market, supermarket, small grocery store, pharmacy, call center.

A fifteen-minute walk at a leisurely pace is Old Budva, with numerous shops and cafes.
As for the villa, the owner Sonya is very friendly. The villa is clean, towels changed every day, linen twice in ten days. The kitchen had everything you need, the kitchen itself is clean, without any foreign smells, everything works properly. the faucet in the bathroom broke on the first day, but it was replaced while we were at the beach. The room has TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, large terrace. The only thing that upset me was not new furniture and a very "loud" bed, it was even impossible to lie down without squeaking.
But in general, I liked the rest, the country is fabulous, the people are friendly, the prices for everything are lifting, there are a lot of excursions for every taste, although if you wish, you can travel around the surroundings and the nearest towns yourself. I want to go back to Montenegro !! !

By a lucky chance, my boyfriend and I ended up at the Dimich Hotel. And it was all like that. By a lucky chance, my boyfriend and I ended up at the Dimich Hotel.
And it was all like that.
At the last moment, the hotel we chose said that their season was over and we were moved to Dimich in some interesting way. Considering that we were going to live in a 3-star hotel, and Dimich turned out to be a 4-star one, we were not offended. We were met by a tour company R-tours, in my opinion, the largest in Montenegro. Many of our agencies work through them. We were taken to the hotel in comfortable minibuses. (What was surprising, by the way, is that all buses and minibuses of intercity connections are comfortable, and, surprisingly for us, all the buttons (light, sound) WORKED in them))
The hotel itself is very cozy, clean, although compared to the brand new building, ours looked a little tortured)) Well, there were no hooks in the bathroom, there were old plastic chairs on the balcony (brand new wicker chairs were visible in the new one : -) ) But these are all trifles)) These were, in general, the only drawbacks of the Dimich hotel.
And now for the perks. Hot water was always in the tap, pressure was also always present. Towels were changed to mine once a day, sometimes every two days. Linen was changed twice a week (which I think is enough).
There was a hairdryer in the room, as well as TV and air conditioning, there was also a small kitchenette, but the necessary utensils, sugar, cups, spoons, forks, saucepans and all that were attached to it))
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea, and then if you go VERY slowly. Near the reception of the "Slovensky Beach" (the place where most of the sightseeing buses depart), a couple of cafes, in particular across the road there was a cozy cafe "Gaga", the food there was tasty and not expensive.
From the first days it is very difficult to get used to Serbian-Croatian, but then you get used to it and start to understand them)
The languages are very similar.
Around a lot of all sorts of cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and all that, expensive and not very.
It was 15 minutes from our hotel to the Old Town by walking along the embankment, looking at souvenirs and people))
The food there is delicious, and most importantly, well, a lot. Portions are big. )
As for excursions and guides, it didn’t happen once at a time, I’m talking about our Russian guides. The tours were great, because the country itself is wonderful, but the guides... we were lucky twice, we came across good Russian-speaking guides, but one guide was just super)) no one understood him)) not when he spoke in Russian, or when in English)). But no one was upset. It was fun)).
We took almost all the excursions from the tour navigator)) Vladimir, he spoke good Russian)) Cool person).
As for Montenegro, I was left under the greatest impression, I fell in love with this country, as the Montenegrins themselves say, in a "wild" country.
Well, then there could be enthusiastic snot about how beautiful Montenegro is, how I liked it and how I didn’t want to fly away... but I think it would be out of place here))
Well, it seems that everything that was important was told. I wish you all a successful trip to this wonderful country.
