The apartments are in a good location! - not far from the center, beach, market, shops. The hostess met us in a car and was not very friendly; she immediately told us in the room that we couldn’t use the stove to cook fish, etc. Use the air conditioning only until 11 p. m. The room has a TV, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle.

The hostess met us in a car and was not very friendly; she immediately told us in the room that we couldn’t use the stove to cook fish, etc. Use the air conditioning only until 11 p. m. The room has a TV, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle. In the kitchen there are frying pans, cups, glasses, plates; knives, ladle, spoons, forks, not washed, greasy, coffee pot. Large comfortable double bed. Wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table. On the balcony there is a round table and two chairs. Safe - only enter the code that the hostess tells you! The electric kettle is connected to a socket on the floor in the room, which is not very convenient.
The code for Wi-Fi that the hostess gave to room number 2, where we lived, worked VERY poorly, it kept jumping off, and for some reason it was listed as room 3? They themselves determined later what the correct code was and everything worked well. Why was it necessary to use the air conditioning until 23.00?
The air conditioner is very old and it makes a LOT of noise on the balcony, like a tractor! On the second day, after cleaning the room, the air conditioner began to work for exactly 16 minutes and turned off. Nothing helped to reconfigure it. I had to turn it on manually all the time. At night it is very stuffy and hot, even with the window and balcony open, because the balcony faces the wall of a neighboring building, it is not comfortable to be on it, because it is very hot and stuffy, there are only 2 clothespins on the clothesline. Towels were changed only on the penultimate day. In the room at night you could hear people walking on the street and neighbors screaming at night, who also sometimes talked loudly, but this is not critical. On the day of departure, the air conditioner was turned on at 05.30 for 10 minutes + - because it was very stuffy and we were packing our things.
The hostess, who apparently lives there on the 1st floor, knocked on the room and began shouting in English (I suddenly forgot the Russian language, on the 1st day I spoke, not very well, but still spoke and understood us) ALL NIGT and pointed to the air conditioner, that we used the air conditioner all night and other residents (allegedly? ) called her and complained about us, although we went to bed at 10:30 p. m. and did not use the air conditioner at night. The hostess left an unpleasant aftertaste.

The hotel is located in the very center of Budva, 4 rooms. Everything is nearby: bus stops, starting points for excursions, 4-10 minutes on foot to 4 supermarkets and the Green Bazaar, 7-10 minutes to Slavyansky Beach, 15-20 minutes to Old Budva and nearby beaches. The hotel is cozy, quiet, clean, cleaning and changing towels every day, there is a mini kitchen with everything you need, everything works, the room has a mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, TV, bathroom, boiler, Wi-Fi, a large balcony.

Very good budget villa, good location, close to the sea, next to a supermarket, there are beach umbrellas in the room. We had a studio room, but there is a separate kitchen where you can cook something. There is a kettle, hair dryer, iron in the room.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Boya Rojenovic. Maria (maid) met us with a smile. The room is great, clean. Everything works Towels changed. For my birthday, Boya's hostess gave me a bottle of rose wine and a rose from her front garden. Very nice, touched . . When we left, I forgot my phone on charge in the room.

I have only pleasant memories from the rest!
I advise!

I chose Villa at my own peril and risk, for lack of others at that time. Then I read the reviews and was shocked! Expected a ruined vacation. But I liked everything very much. The room was on the second floor with a balcony to the street. Some others - overlooking the wall of another house. Cleaned up every day.

The room was on the second floor with a balcony to the street. Some others - overlooking the wall of another house. Cleaned up every day. Towels seemed to be changed once. Clean, after repair, white bed linen, air conditioning, TV, working wi-fi. In the yard grew a kiwi, dotted with ripe fruits, and a tangerine tree. The sea is 10 minutes walk, near the market, shops. But in Budva there are terribly dirty beaches - a cigarette butt on a cigarette butt, ice cream sticks, a band-aid, seeds, corks....The residents themselves litter. YES and no one cleans up.

In the first room, wifi does not catch and the hostess will simply wave her hand and say that I did not promise it . . go and find out from Pilon (the host). And believe me, no one there will help you with a solution to the problem either. The chairs on the balcony are old plastic ones that crack suspiciously when you sit on them.

And believe me, no one there will help you with a solution to the problem either. The chairs on the balcony are old plastic ones that crack suspiciously when you sit on them. As a result, on the last evening, the handle of one of them broke off and the man simply fell backwards on his back. After that, they began to demand 25 from us !!! ! euro for a used plastic chair. And then the hostess turned on her fantasy and began to tell that we were noisy all 11 days and the neighbors complained about us. Although the girls who lived the entire vacation in the next room immediately said that this was complete nonsense. In general, I do not advise either the villa, or Pilon, or the tour operator Orbit. If you want unfounded accusations against you, go there.

In principle, as a budget vacation, he will go. My husband and I are resting in a villa for the first time, and we definitely decided for ourselves that this is the first and last time. It is better to relax in a mini-hotel. Throughout the rest, there was a feeling that you were staying with your friends .

Throughout the rest, there was a feeling that you were staying with your friends ...You constantly see the owner of this home and she looks at you with an incredulous look.
Cons: Lack of wi-fi, although they say that it is. We understand that they use someone else's free, they don't have their own. In the 21st century, wi-fi is not a luxury, but sometimes a necessity.
Old plumbing in the bathroom, the window in it goes out to the neighboring balcony, after a request to close it, a miracle curtain was brought. (photos will be attached)
On the first floor of the neighboring hotel there is a family with a little boy who gets up at 5 am : )
The kitchen is on the floor where nothing can be done! Only brew coffee, as I understand it.
The bedding was not changed for 10 days at all NEVER!
There is an iron, but it is all dirty, the hostess needs to take care of this more!
We bought toilet paper ourselves.
Soap was also not provided.
Pros: Distance from the noisy beach.
Near a supermarket.
About the country itself: Montenegro is a very beautiful country. I didn’t even expect, the photos certainly don’t convey everything. But Budva is not suitable for a beach holiday! Everywhere there are paid sun loungers that occupy most of the beach, people need to huddle in the corners. The price of sun loungers is from 6-50 euros.
We went to the beach for about 30 minutes, to the farthest edge of Budva.
About excursions: We used the services of Golden Travel (the CANNE hotel). We went to the canyons for 35 euros. Plus lunch there 10 euros (fed with fish and meat - not particularly impressed) + 3 euros entrance to the park. We were not much disappointed, since most of the canyons were viewed from the bus window. The guide did not speak Russian well, and did not talk very interestingly. Her name is Sanya. The second excursion - monasteries (25 euros). Lunch was not taken from them, it cost 11 euros.
We took butriks with us, upon arrival we went to a normal place and had a good meal: ) There was a good girl, I liked it very, very much, like Anya was her name.
They promised that whoever buys 2 excursions, then 3 as a gift. (this is a tour of Budva). We did not wait for it, it starts at 20.00, the guide was late, since it was our last day, we waited for him for half an hour and went for a walk ourselves. There are cheaper excursions on the beach, best tours - according to the description, I liked them more. A slightly different structure of visiting beauty).
We went to the Bay of Kotor on our own. At the bus station, a one-way ticket costs 3 euros, they run every 20 minutes. It is very beautiful there - I recommend it, in the evening you can pass the time there.
About food: I really liked how they cook in Loza! ! ! How many did not experiment, returned there. Tasty, high quality and not expensive. In general, the prices are all about the same. In Loza, a set lunch costs 3.50 (salad, chorba, second choice).
Such a plan in Aquamarine costs 5 euros, but it tastes terrible! They also ordered their signature dish in the vine - lamb under netting - very tasty, carefully, the portion is large! ! They also took fish there - everything is very worthy!
They also have delicious pizza on the waterfront.
About souvenirs: we bought a prosciutto (a whole leg) in a store (Slavia something like that), it is a little further from the center and there are good prices. 1 kg of a leg cost 7.5. The wine was taken by Vranac as a gift. We didn’t take it for ourselves, because we drink better than this one. They have very tasty cheeses.
They took divine honey when they returned from the monasteries. St. John's wort. A jar costs 7 euros, a little less than 0.5 liters. and pollen.
They also took homemade wine - did not like it.
Rakia should be taken at home, as we were told. But no matter how much I tried, nothing impressed me. This is for an amateur.
In general, probably, like all resort towns, Budva is not a cheap vacation ...with such a euro exchange rate, it is a little expensive for Ukrainians. But overall everyone loved it!
Maybe we will come again, but only to see the beauty of this country.
