Strengths - location (near the embankment and the old town), the quality of wi-fi (it was good even on the 5th floor), cleaning. Perhaps everything
Development zones - I will note 3 main ones:
1) a terrible stench that causes vomiting (I'm not exaggerating) from the pipeline (plugged with a rag).
2) noisiness (the road is not far, but that’s not the point, but the fact that the building is made of cardboard without any sound insulation), the small size of the room (neither the toilet door nor the closet door can be opened completely, to go to the washbasin you need to climb over through the toilet or snuggle against the wall and this is only for a thin person).
3) tactless noisy staff (turn on music, open the doors of 2 neighboring rooms and, cleaning them, communicate with each other, if you decide to stay at home to read a book on a cloudy day, it will not work.
Three remarks in a row - they do not react in any way, only obscenities managed to calm them down a bit. But the next day it all happened again.
All other little things already pale against the background of the previous one (there is not a single hanger, a broken ceiling and a protruding light bulb on the ceiling, uncomfortable light (not a single bedside lamp), uncomfortable pillows and a torn sheet with a dirty bedspread, air conditioning on scotch tape).
Regarding parking - there are three parking spaces in the apartments (5 euros per day), but a very narrow and inconvenient check-in (reverse exit), if one of the other 2 parks the car correctly, either you will have to press someone or look for a place in another parking lot.
I hope we never again in our lives come across this kind of apartment. Only strong-willed people are able not to spoil their vacation, living in such conditions.
Upon arrival, I wanted to cry, we were looking for other hotel options...
There was an unbearable stench in the room, the air conditioner did not work, the kettle was broken, the toilet did not close, the handles fell off, the linen was dirty, torn... they asked to change the room... in response they received: “if you want better conditions, pay more, for your money get it"
It's just a pig attitude!
Flushed out the sewers! It is impossible to sleep at night, the hotel is right next to the road, there is no soundproofing at all, we were actually shaking at night with every car passing by...
And in no case, do not pay in advance for food! Before the eatery, which feed the tourists of this hotel. . . go a kilometer!! ! For breakfast, there are only rolls, for dinner the same soup all week, which is also poured on about ladles, they save, apparently
We used the services of the tour operator Pilon, whose representative also did not help us, at least, to move to another room.
Draw your own conclusions, please!
PEOPLE come to you to RELAX!
About the hotel: Very modest rooms, from appliances (conder + refrigerator), you have to buy water (they don’t give it there), they cleaned every day. Breakfasts and dinners are also very modest, so we went to “catch up” in a cafe not far away (“Kangaroo or "Kuzina"). Perhaps the only disadvantage of this hotel is sleepless nights, VERY NOISY : ( Music from a neighboring restaurant, a busy highway, all this will be under your windows... sometimes songs and jokes of the hotel staff. If you value sleep, ask for the windows did not face the reception!
About the location of the hotel: there is a shop nearby (like our "five"), a bus stop, a public beach 10 minutes walk, but it's terrible there! I advise you to walk to the beach "Mogren" (20-25 minutes, 2 sun loungers + umbrella 15 euros, take water with you, it costs 3 euros there). nothing, and swimming is dangerous for life - very large stones. (2 sunbeds + umbrella -10 euros). There is a bus stop next to the villa, so you can get to any beach (there are about 1 of them near Budva and they are all different, but you need to understand that the better the beach, the more expensive the inventory, on the "Royal" beach, for example, sunbeds for 70 euros , in Rafailovici and Becici is also not bad... There is nothing to do in Budva itself, I advise you to visit as many excursions as possible and move around on your own more) I wish you all the best !!!; )
