I got the rest on the robot, every year in winter we are given a trip to several hotels to choose from. I chose Sunrise in this race because of the pool inside the building. We arrived on January 30.2014. I am my pregnant wife, 3 year old daughter, 8 year old son. we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm and stood at the counter for 45 minutes as if no one noticed until I started to resent, well, they noticed that the room was not ready, although it should have been ready at 3 o'clock.

I called to come and fix it, they came several times but nothing was fixed. The lock in the door was fixed, but there were no holes for the lock in the door frame and the door just simply didn’t close either from the outside or from the inside to change the room for us, we didn’t receive any offers, we went out in the file, I suggested to the hotel employee or they change the room or we go away in response did not hear anything.
