Muscatli Hotel, Hungary-Hajduszoboszló
It all started with the resettlement of many settled on the first floors, while for some reason the Hungarians were not settled on the first floors, only us, and one couple from Kyiv who arrived the longest for 10 days in general next to the pool equipment room, they complained all the rest that it was buzzing something. One guy was not given a room, it is unprofitable to settle one, although the agency promised that everything would be ok.
Then the New Year was coming, they took money from us for the New Year's dinner. The hotel gave us a brochure with a New Year's menu to choose from, it also indicated the start time for the celebration of the new year at 19-00. Dinner chosen came at 19-00. At about 21-00 they just started serving food, a total of 2 hours of incomprehensible waiting. From the menu we chose (we chose the same menus), dishes were worn from all the menus in a row. Service is terrible!! ! Drinking was completely suppressed.
Everyone had to either buy or bring from the room, at 12-00 champagne they brought 2-3 trays for the Hungarians for some reason when I tried to take a glass I heard “nine”. From the concert program there was one gypsy dance and that's it.
We were fed the same morning buffet for 8 days, very tired (fried sausage, scrambled eggs, cabbage with meat, sliced) for dinner, even a bottle of water is not included. For some reason, the pools work from 8-00 to 20-00, the sauna is 3 hours a day, and the steam room is 1 hour, and then you need to ask in advance.
Arriving after the tour at 19-50 ten minutes before the pool closes, everyone was tired and ran to change and go to the pool to relax after the trip, “madam” came from the reception and started yelling that the pool was already closing and everyone should leave, everyone asked to relax in the pool another 10 minutes in response again all the same "nine"!! ! I went and turned off the light in all the pools and our tourists climbed out of the pool into the dark.
Towels were given to us in the room without the stamp of the hotel and even disheveled.
It is not clear one thing for which the Muscatli Hotel received 4 stars, service for 2 stars and a maximum of a third for the pools. Well, the last one is our Guide Ilona, who tried to protect the interests of the hotel more than ours, saying that water is expensive (although cheaper than in Ukraine), dinner is not included, and so on. etc. Its main slogan is cut the loot, but tourists don't care.
