The variety of food in the restaurant is sufficient. But unfortunately, it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !!! ! Oversalted. Why push it like that? After all, on every table there is a hodgepodge, for whom it is not enough, he can always add, but what should we do? We are not used to eating so much salt, we take care of our health, and a lot of salt is harmful. I had to call the manager and explain the situation.
But I must say thank you to the hotel, they respond to any requests and wishes instantly. We were offered to prepare a separate dietary menu. They asked what we want for dinner. They were pleasantly surprised. The same evening the soups were edible, unsalted and very tasty. Fish and vegetables were prepared for us at our request without salt. They salted themselves, according to their taste.
The medical base is sufficient, there is a choice of procedures.
But! Spa water is rarely changed. When we were completely updated with the descent of water once a week. This is a huge minus !!!! ! They say that it is updated every day and all that. But you really see the picture being there !!!! ! 2 days after the replacement, this is a completely different water, I don’t want to go there and go at all.
Question to the staff: why spray with aerosol in the sauna and hammam?????? ? I ask why? Answer - "aromatic" What kind of nonsense? there were cases that people swam in the thermal pool, drove the waves, and we had to endure it. When asked not to swim and that it was a therapeutic pool, they answered that it was not written anywhere..... But these are only “our” people, in a word.....
Coffee in the restaurant for breakfast is instant. Disgusting.
Many thanks to Alla, the representative of Robinson, she helped us in all emerging issues. Very sweet, pleasant, delicate woman.
In general, I liked the rest. Can be recommended. One could return to this hotel, but I would very much like to see fresh water in the thermal pools more often and the possibility of accommodation with breakfast meals. A huge request to the hotel management to consider this option. This is important for us, since we do not have dinner, but we still have to pay for it

Tour from 02 to 16 December 2013. Now I am at the hotel.
This thermal resort, called the “mecca of rheumatists” by Russians, has not yet been particularly mastered. But the Germans, Austrians, Poles, the Hungarians and the British themselves - they even love him very much. Not all Russian tour operators working with Hungary carry tourists here. But, as they say, nothing is impossible. You can come to the resort in 2 ways:
1. THROUGH THE TOUR OPERATOR. If you do not have a Schengen visa, do not want or cannot book a hotel via the Internet yourself, you need to be met, seen off, taken from Budapest airport to Hajdú szoboszló (about 2.5 hours by car or bus), at the hotel you were accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide, who told you everything , showed, translated at a doctor's appointment, helped to replace procedures if necessary, etc. , it is better to take a tour through a tour operator. It is better to buy treatment on the spot, and not from a tour operator.
And choose what you need, and the price is cheaper. I went with the DSBW tour operator (Moscow), on the recommendation of my friends, who made very intricate and difficult tours through them, and everything went perfectly. In my case, everything is fine too. The guys are great, and they did the urgent visa and everything else. The meeting party is the local travel agency "1000 Roads", located in Hajdú szoboszló , they had a transfer (by car) and a guide at the hotel, she is also a translator, Iboya is beyond praise. She is with us all day, everything helps, she translates everywhere, without her I would not have coped, that's for sure!
2. INDEPENDENTLY. If you have a Schengen visa and know at least some English, and even better German (it is very popular here, more than English, because Germany and Austria are nearby and many Germans come), then book a hotel and air ticket through the Internet will not be difficult, plus medical insurance, and - go ahead.

ROAD. In both cases, you can buy a ticket yourself.
The tour operator sells only the hotel, insurance and transfer, and also buys the ticket separately. So you can buy through it or yourself through the Internet. Just need to check with them the time of the transfer. Can be reached by plane or train. Aeroflot flies every day, there is another local airline, it is cheaper, you can search, I did not contact it. From the airport you need to get to Hajdú szoboszló . You can order a transfer from a tour operator (group - 40 euros one way), you can get there by train. In both cases, the journey takes about 2.5 hours.
The option to get by train is even easier - the Moscow-Budapest train goes through Hajdú szoboszló.
ACCOMMODATION. There are many different hotels in Hajdú szoboszló , from 2 to 4 stars. I don't know anything about 2*. But 3 * and 4 * are all quite worthy. Almost all hotels have their own medical base, with the only difference being that in 3 * there can be 1 pool with thermal water and a small size, and a smaller list of services.
Some 3 * hotels do not differ much from 4 * in terms of services and prices. In particular, next to my hotel there is a hotel "Hungarospa" 3 *. A big good hotel, considered to be state-owned, a large medical base, good food. In general, the town is very small, and almost all hotels are located in the center, around the hydrotherapy complex (beach and outdoor pools). For example, the hotel "Hungarospa" 3 * stands somewhat on the outskirts, and on the other side there is the hotel "Silver" 4 *. From one hotel to another on foot for about 15 minutes at a calm pace. The best hotel is "Aqua Sol" 4 *, it is connected to the city bath-hospital by a covered passage, free admission to these baths, live music in the restaurant in the evening. Otherwise, all 4 * hotels are similar. You can also rent apartments, they are not expensive at all, and go to the city hospital or any hotel for treatment. There are many offers on the Internet.
HOTEL. I chose the Delibab 4* hotel. Good hotel, brand new.
According to the guide, they didn’t just make repairs here a couple of years ago, but simply demolished everything, right down to the foundation, and did it all over again. Everyone is polite, helpful, smiling and trying to please. The rooms are small (although this is normal for Europe), but comfortable, there is everything you need - TV, hairdryer, shower, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (ask for the password at the reception), and even some kind of free Wi-Fi there is, so you will not be left without a connection. Everything in the hotel is modern, all the doors open by themselves, the lights turn on by themselves, etc. The rooms are warm, but I got cold one night and the next day I asked for a second blanket. I was told "OK". I went to the room (on the 2nd floor), I come - and the blanket is already lying! Now that's speed! There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception, he speaks well. The rest are trying to learn the language, they speak German, English, in general, you can somehow explain yourself. There are only 3 Russian-speaking channels on TV, 2 of them are religious! ! !
One channel is ours, the Orthodox Soyuz, and the second is some kind of foreign Russian-speaking channel, where in an American manner they obsessively-enthusiastically praise the Lord and read the Gospel. Hard to watch, I didn't like it. And the third channel - with some stupid low-grade series of Russian production, it seems that the faces are all familiar, but it is impossible to watch more than 5 minutes, and this is not only my opinion, but also our Russian pensioners. There are no music channels either, not even foreign ones. There are only a few radio channels that are broadcast through the TV, so you can listen to them sometimes. In the evening there is nothing to do at the hotel at all! Well, at least there is the Internet, so I'm sitting here writing a review. The food is quite decent. There is not a very large choice, but it is enough and most importantly - always delicious.
Breakfast is standard, as in many hotels in many countries - cheese, sausage, yogurt, muesli, jams, buns, sausages, cottage cheese, coffee, tea, cocoa, different types of eggs, omelettes, scrambled eggs. For dinner - 2 types of soups, beef, pork, turkey or chicken, fish, fried vegetables, rice, potatoes. The funniest thing is that there is always SALO for breakfast ! ! ! ! 2-3 types! Who eats salo for breakfast? ? ? : -))) Drinks for lunch and dinner are paid. For example, a large glass of black tea (bag) with lemon costs about 34 rubles. ATTENTION! If you are a big tea drinker, bring your email. kettle or kettle to drink in the room. And also, if you like tea not in bags, but normal, loose tea, then take it with you, in Hungary, loose tea is not sold at all!
The hotel has free of charge: 2 thermal pools, a pool with hydromassage, jacuzzi, 2 saunas 60 and 100 degrees, hammam, salt room. Free towels in the pool area, you can change during the day as many times as you want.
And another cool thing - there is a centrifuge near the thermal pools, so small, the size of an urn, such was in the old Soviet washing machines - so that you don’t carry wet swimsuits into the rooms, you can get rid of excess water. Very comfortably.
LANGUAGES. The Hungarian language is very original, complex and completely incomprehensible, so I see no reason to either learn it or buy a phrasebook, only if you are an amateur polyglot. Well, words like "hello" and "thank you" can certainly be learned, but nothing more. In the course of the German language (a lot of Germans and Austrians come), English is known worse, is less common. It is more difficult with Russian, the locals practically do not know it, but in restaurants and hotels, hospitals they begin to slowly learn, they know a few words.
In restaurants, you often come across a menu in Russian (although sometimes you won’t find it in English, for example, I have never seen a bar map in English, only Hungarian, sometimes German, maybe just unlucky) and Russian-speaking waiters.
TREATMENT. The main treatment consists of sitting in the thermal pools and healing procedures. Pools at hotels are free for residents, they are usually open from 7 am to 8 pm every day. There are paid pools in the city bath-hospital and outdoor city pools, which are open from May to October. The water in all baths is the same in composition (iodine, bromine, salts, etc. ), but differs in temperature. My Delibab hotel has 2 pools - 34 and 38 degrees. It is desirable to sit in the water for 20 minutes, then a break and you can again for 20 minutes, etc. Be careful for hypertensive patients and cores - the water is hot, you need to monitor your well-being.
Sitting so boring, I regretted that I didn’t take at least some kind of entertainment - well, at least a Rubik’s cube or some kind of puzzle to turn in my hands, otherwise you won’t take a book into the water, but there’s nothing to do. Of course, you can do aqua aerobics in the water, but with high blood pressure it’s hard, and the heart is not happy. The water is magical, our grannies at the hotel told me that they could not straighten up when they arrived, and now they are jumping like goats. One grandmother arrived 2 days ago, with a stick, she could hardly walk. Yesterday I went on an excursion to a folklore evening, and I even forgot to take a stick, even if with unsteady steps, but I was already walking. For 2 days!
Treatments are pretty much the same everywhere. All of them are by prescription only and all last 20 minutes. Main types: Therapeutic mud, magnetotherapy, laser, massage, spine stretching, underwater massage, carbonic baths. The best, of course, mud applications.
They are placed on the joints and on the lower abdomen (if there are problems in gynecology). The mud heats up to 38 degrees and is applied with large such clothes on sore spots. Then it is easily washed off with water. The good thing is stretching the spine. They are suspended in thermal water by the neck, and you hang, so the cervical region is stretched. You can add weights of 1 or 2 kg to the legs, then not only the cervical region is extended, but also the lumbar. Cool thing. It feels like you are growing up and down at the same time. Magnetotherapy (BEMER) - placed on a couch on a mattress, completely consisting of magnets - improves blood circulation, removes toxins, strengthens the immune system, stimulates regeneration. Laser therapy - relieves pain and inflammation, improves metabolism. All of these procedures are very good. The rest are quite mediocre, especially since they can be found at home, there is no need to travel so far.
Massage is mediocre, underwater massage is also not impressive, especially since my hotel has a free hot tub, jacuzzi, sit at least all day. Carbon dioxide baths are good for hypertensive patients and cores.
NO MEDICAL PROCEDURES ARE PERFORMED ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS! ! ! These days only thermal pools. So plan your day of arrival. No one will do anything without a doctor's appointment, the doctor usually sees until 2 pm, and by appointment, so most likely they will not see you on the day of arrival. It is better to come on a day off, make an appointment, sit in the thermal pool, and start treatment from Monday. The doctor often prescribes not all procedures, you can insist and supplement the list of prescribed procedures.
Medical procedures are sold in “packages”, the larger the package, the cheaper. There are packages of 10.20 and 30 procedures. All packages include a doctor's examination. Now count yourself.
It is advisable to take any procedure at least 5 times. All procedures are done only 1 per day. That is, you can not do it in the morning - dirt and in the evening - dirt. To get the normal effect of the treatment, you need to come at least for 2 weeks. That is, it is 10 days of procedures. For example, we take only what is really well done here and what is really needed for the joints - mud, spinal traction, magnet, laser. Total 4 procedures per day for 10 days - 40 procedures. It would also be nice to go for a massage every other day - to disperse the lymph, and exacerbations in the back often appear. And someone else will be fine with a carbonic bath, etc. So even 40 procedures may not be enough. And now the prices. I quote the prices of the Delibab hotel, although in other hotels plus or minus the same, in 3 * a little cheaper.
Package for 14 days 10 procedures = 135 EUR, Package for 14 days 20 procedures = 185 EUR, Package for 14 days 30 procedures = 230 EUR. If there are more than 30 procedures, the additional payment is calculated at the minimum price.
I will say right away - no one imposes anything here, take what you want and as many times as you want. You can change the list of procedures at least every day, as long as they are prescribed to you by a doctor. So, everything is quite adequate. Prices are for the winter period of 2013-2014, in summer there are a lot of people here, prices may rise.
NUTRITION. Almost all restaurants cook very well and tasty. Attention! The portions are very big! Order one dish at a time, not every man can handle 1 dish. They cook pretty quickly, so it's better to order later. The prices are acceptable. Soup (very satisfying) - in rubles about 180.00. Today I had lunch - pizza, red wine, tea with lemon - 300 rubles. Almost all hotels include breakfast and dinner in the price. Dinner, if desired, can be changed for lunch (negotiate at the reception).
CURRENCY. Prices in local forints. They also take the euro, but consider it at an unfavorable rate. Payment for treatment in euros and only in cash.
By the way, excursions are also only in cash and in euros. Credit cards are accepted in hotels, restaurants and shops. Exchangers in banks and post offices. ATMs only dispense forints, not euros! Exchange rate on December 5.2013:289 forints for 1 euro. For ease of calculation: To understand the price in rubles, divide the amount in forints by 6.5. Thus, 100 forints is about 15.5 rubles, and 1000 forints is about 155 rubles, respectively.

There are very few Russians, it’s good that Ukrainians come across, they are also ours. In winter, especially in November-December (except for Catholic Christmas), there are almost no people. We have 220 rooms in the hotel, and now about 25 people live. The town is very small. There is almost no entertainment. There is 1 nightclub, for young people, they say not bad. There are 3 Russian local travel agencies that offer excursions, translations, etc. In the evening after 19.00 there is nobody on the streets. Absolutely safe, but very deserted and cold.
The weather in early December during the day is from 0 to +5, often sunny, and at night up to -8, very cold. Snow is rare and melts quickly.
Well, perhaps that's all. I hope the review will be useful, otherwise when I myself was going, there was very little information. Have a good rest and treatment! To health! (that's what the locals say here).
