Leaving on Friday morning, I paid everything that was presented to me on the bill. And she even reminded the hotel employee that my car was in a paid parking lot, for which she added another 7.000 forints to the already issued bill.
My parents had to leave on Saturday morning.
By Friday evening at the hotel, it turned out that the girl who had calculated me made a big mistake, and she heated the hotel, which my mother told me about AFTER.
Neither the staff, nor the managers, nor the owners of the hotel, who, by the way, live there, did not consider it necessary to inform ME about this, although they had all my coordinates on hand: phone numbers, address, e-mail.
They PUSHED my retired parents and SHAKED them an extra $370 for my stay.
This is generally some unthinkable amount. NO ONE from the hotel staff HAVE PROVIDED me with a calculation of how this amount was received. And, of course, no explanation as to why they took the money from their retired parents instead of contacting me directly. Well, of course, it was easier for them! Some inhuman attitude towards people in general and to hotel guests in particular.
All Friday and Saturday, I tried to contact the hotel to get at least some explanation, to ask them to give money to my parents so that they would not go home completely WITHOUT money, in the end, just at least TELL ME THE AMOUNT. I would immediately transfer it to the hotel account JUST SO THAT THE PARENTS ARE NOT LEFT WITHOUT MONEY.
Yep, schZZZ! Absolutely useless. They didn't pick up the phone. There was no response to my correct e-mail with the same request.
I put it on auto redial and called for 2 days!! ! Friday and Saturday before my parents leave. The receptionist did not pick up the phone. And if they filmed and heard my voice, they immediately threw it away. Is this normal at all?
As a result, I have no check, no payment, I don’t understand where such an amount came from, I don’t know exactly HOW MUCH my parents paid, because my mother likes to downplay problems.
And I have no idea how I can now return the money to them, given that they do not have an account.
It would be much easier for me to transfer money to the hotel account! But the employees and owners of the hotel, of course, do not take the trouble to think WHAT problems they are causing other people with their behavior and stupid staff!
Rest is spoiled, in general, no one remembers any rest! Nerves frayed in such a way that it is difficult to describe! All the impressions from the week are the stress of the road home.
