Rest in March. In our opinion, the hotel does not correspond to the declared 4 stars. The room is small. Very small wardrobe. You can hang a jacket, coat and one set of clothes. There is no kettle in the room and the corresponding set (tea, coffee, sugar), no slippers. Yes, there are bathrobes. The mattress on the bed was sagging, the pillows were old and matted in places.

At the same time, bed linen is of high quality.
The room has a shower. Liquid soap, and a bottle for hands and the same in the shower. There are no other toiletries (bring your own). Issued two shower caps, which were used immediately, were not issued again. Cleaned well, every day.
The hotel has a SPA complex. Own thermal complex, swimming pool, jacuzzi. The SPA complex is constantly crowded, as the Hotel sells tickets to everyone who does not live in the hotel. The Jacuzzi is hardly available at all. Strange, but it allows children to use life buoys, water guns and other toys. It is very uncomfortable.
In the SPA complex and the medical building you can only go through magnetic bracelets, which are constantly demagnetized for unknown reasons, you have to call the hotel staff. The biggest problem are the towels. They are not changed in the SPA complex (as is done in all 4 * hotels). You will be given 1 towel per day. It is almost impossible to change it during the day (if you want to use the SPA complex 2 or 3 times), you cannot dry it either. Well, wearing wet clothes in the room, you yourself understand how convenient and hygienic it is. About the treatment. We only took massage which is decent enough quality. We came to use thermal water, and we were satisfied with this procedure.
The food is quite decent, although sometimes there were not very fresh cucumbers for breakfast, and there were also questions about juices. There was no tomato at all, the rest were not even from bags, from powder.
In addition, on Friday, Saturday, the hotel organizes something like off-site conferences with parties. It was very unpleasant when we were kicked out of the pool, and the restaurant changed the time of dinner and covered it near the exit. Yes, they apologized, but we paid for both the SPA and the conditions for receiving dinner. With us, frankly, they acted unceremoniously. In response to our comments, the administration claimed that in Hungary all hotels have the same service. It is not true. There are no such problems in both Budapest and Hevis.
At the same time, I would like to note the highly professional work of an employee of the Robinson company named Anna. It's very rare to see people like this these days. Always ready to help and answer any questions. We are very grateful to her.
