In Croatia, they rented a car for five days in cash, paid in cash - nothing, as you understand, was frozen. Our rights were claimed. No problems with delivery.

Five years in a row I take a car in different parts of Greece and never once did international rights bother anyone. Enough of all Russian. No card was required anywhere, unlike Italy, for example. No amounts were blocked. Payment was taken in advance for the entire period.

Lillu, IDPs have not been produced in Ukraine for more than two years. Therefore, you have no chance of obtaining an IDP. We'll have to use the national ones. In Greece they love cash, especially local offices. All sorts of bourgeois like Gets, Avis usually work only with cards, and not every one suits them.
