Tell me, at the end of September - in the first week of October, is it still possible to swim in outdoor pools in Northern Greece? Or is it already cold and they are drained? We booked this hotel on Athos because of the large pool (in case the sea is super cold). The hotel website says that the service is seasonal. What does this specifically mean? At the discretion of the administrator (hot / cold) or are there special dates? First time in Greece (husband wants to go to Athos, we will wait for him with a child at the hotel). I would be glad for any information about the place / hotel / excursions in Ouranoupolis. Reviews are so different. The most frightening thing is that in October it will be deserted and cold and there will be no excursions / entertainment in the surroundings (we will be there for about two weeks, without a car).
