In general, I liked everything, the hotel is not big, quite calm (although it was noisy a couple of times at night). The food is excellent! The menu is varied, almost every day they gave fish, mussels and squid, a variety of meat - lamb, pork, beef, chicken, grilled a couple of times, very tasty. A bit weak with fruits - watermelons for dinner, breakfasts and lunches - apples and oranges.

A bit weak with fruits - watermelons for dinner, breakfasts and lunches - apples and oranges. There were always enough sun beds near the pool, although we went to the sea. About the sea is a separate conversation. The sea is far away. I can’t imagine how to go there in August when it’s the hottest. . . walking is not a problem for us, so we went to the sea early in the morning, then until 12 o'clock and by 16-18 o'clock. The sea is excellent, the water is striking in its purity, the beach is good, the entry into the sea is pleasant. We went to the beach towards Rhodes. We went to Rhodes ourselves, looked at the old city and the port, on. Simi (ferry tickets were bought on the embankment, 18 euros for an adult, 10 for a child of 12 years old, which is cheaper than at the port ticket office! ) I liked the trip very much! We went with the company Aphrodite tour on a sightseeing tour of Rodas, stopped by 7 springs, Tsambika church, pottery workshop, Lindos (just looked at the view from the site), kiss of the seas - stop 1 hour, not enough for swimming)), but very cool, panteimon church, Mussolini's dacha, wine tasting. In general, I liked it, but the economic activities of the guides (pottery workshop and tasting) can be made shorter, and more time can be devoted to swimming and Lindos) The hotel can be safely recommended, especially considering the price and quality. The island of Rhodes is very beautiful and interesting for outdoor enthusiasts and a wonderful sea for beach lovers

I rested at the hotel from May 10 to May 20. The hotel is an excellent C grade, with excellent food, with a wonderful location. The room itself is unadorned, but clean, with a balcony, cleaning is almost daily. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel area is small, but cozy. A wonderful sandy beach is located at a considerable distance from the hotel, but this is more of a plus than a minus, because after a plentiful and tasty breakfast, lunch, you want to shake off the calories a little.

A wonderful sandy beach is located at a considerable distance from the hotel, but this is more of a plus than a minus, because after a plentiful and tasty breakfast, lunch, you want to shake off the calories a little. I took ALL INCLUSIVE food. Large local supermarkets are also at a considerable distance, but also this is not a problem. Getting to the capital of the island is very simple, as previously written, the stop is not far from the hotel, and take the bus for 10-15 minutes to the final stop, where all the starting sightseeing points are located.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of September as a couple. The hotel unfortunately has more disadvantages than advantages. To begin with, we were settled in the so-called studio (bungalow according to ours) with a kitchenette that did not work and a balcony overlooking the road, along which cars, buses, and especially lovers of scooters and motorcycles roared at the whole hotel. We immediately went with the suitcases to the reception and asked to change the room to the standard, which was written in our voucher. But the girl categorically refused to do this, because there were supposedly no free rooms and assured us that this was the standard room, and not a bungalow at all. (well, well) Plus, there was no hair dryer, no kettle, all this had to be taken at the reception and for the third time to return to this bungalow. It was not possible to resettle, even with the help of two guides. After 4 days, we were delighted that they would be moved, but when they gave the key, it turned out to be exactly the same bungalow with exactly the same fun road. although we begged to settle further from the road. What was the point of relocating, we did not understand. Here people write a hotel for those who do not sit in the room. Yes, we did not sit, walked everywhere, went. But when you come after a day of traveling, you want to at least sleep normally, so that the next. devote a day to the sea and the sun. Plus rooms with old furniture. Go far to the sea, along the road, the pavement there is narrow. But there are 2 options either to the right (closer there), or to the left. But the sea, of course, is amazing, very clean, the beach is marked with a blue flag. Travel for two to Faliraki 4.40 euros one way (10 minutes drive). The same number to Rhodes, buses run every 20 minutes. There is nothing to do in the village of Kallithea itself in the evening, except to sit in a tavern or take a walk in the aldemar. There is no promenade. At the expense of food - it's normal for a triple, everything was edible, ice cream is delicious every day, fruits - grapes, melons, strawberries and peaches (canned). Another not pleasant moment - on the last day they found out that money (50 euros) was missing. They put it in a secret pocket in a bag, they wanted to bring it home. Summing up, I want to say do not choose this hotel, I was in triples and fours, there is something to compare. But if you have already bought, then do your best, but do not settle in a bungalow !!!!!! !

We rested at the hotel in June 2013. We were 3 adults and a child 5 years old. We were looking for a cheap hotel and found it. The hotel is really located far from the sea. We walked to the Aldemara beach for 10-15 minutes, but then there was no strong heat. We lived in a bungalow on the first floor. The room is small with a minimum of furniture and old plumbing.

We walked to the Aldemara beach for 10-15 minutes, but then there was no strong heat. We lived in a bungalow on the first floor. The room is small with a minimum of furniture and old plumbing. Room cleaned every day, towels changed every other day. The terrace on the first floor helped out, from lunch there is shade and there is where the child can run. We were lucky, the bungalow was close to the pool and away from the road, so quite quiet and peaceful. and also closer to the road on which to go to the sea.
The territory of the hotel is quite large and there is a lot of greenery. There is a playground, but small. Children's pool without chlorine.
The food at the hotel is really good, everything is fresh, in sufficient quantities. We had half board. Breakfast is always almost the same, but you can choose for every taste. Quite tasty coffee from vending machines and apple juice. Dinner is always something new and interesting. Several types of side dishes, meat, salads, desserts. After 2 days there was fish or seafood. Grilled food a few times. Thanks to chef Dimas. For dinner, water and soda were free.
We went on an excursion to Rhodes ourselves, the Old City is a miracle of history. There, in Rhodes, we took an excursion to about. Simi (I highly recommend). On the ferry from 9 am to 6 pm with a Russian-speaking guide, only 19 euros per adult, and a child is free. There is a stop in the capital of the island Symi for 2 hours, and then sailed to Panormitis Bay in the icon of the Archangel Michael.
We also rented a car with a driver for 6 hours at Gallis. The driver Christas was also our guide. I drove around the Mediterranean coast, showed everything. We paid 100 euros for the car.
Of course, there were also negative points, this is our hotel guide Lena (the meeting side of Le grand). Her task is to sell you three-way excursions. If not, don't even come close. I even wrote information about the transfer back in some kind of daddy, which lies on some kind of shelf, it’s good that I wrote it at all.
In general, the holiday was a success. Greece is a beautiful country.
If you do not wrap up on trifles, then you can go to this hotel.

My wife and I decided to go to Greece a second time, this time to Rhodes. As it turned out, they later regretted it very much... Rare shit! This applies to almost everything: the location of the hotel (the slopes to the sea are endless and far); the infrastructure sucks (there is nothing really nearby, nor any entertainment); zero service (fucking cafes, where these Greeks rip off a full dish of 10-15 euros - this is not normal); guides zero no animation as let's say in Turkey and Egypt.

We had a guide or a bastard Victoria - it's just about nothing... But in general there is nothing to remember about the rest... Everything is expensive, there is nowhere to go, there is dirt all around, even there are no sidewalks. Umbrellas and deck chairs 8 euros. Do you need it?? ? Where to walk in the Koskinou area?? ? 2 options for rest or take a car or drink at the hotel... In the Sun & Sky hotel there are only pensioners from Europe . . There are no youth. There was no one to talk to. The hotel staff only blows the Germans and the British in the ass, and they look askance at the Russian-speaking... In short, this holiday spoiled our impression of Greece! We won't go to Greece again!

Hotel: consists of two parts: the main building and small two-story buildings - there are several of them. The buildings are not new, the interior is simple, nothing superfluous and nothing new. Old elevators, old carpets in the corridors, old furniture, old doors, etc. However, the modesty of the interiors does not spoil the overall impression! Everything is VERY clean, no foreign smells.

Old elevators, old carpets in the corridors, old furniture, old doors, etc. However, the modesty of the interiors does not spoil the overall impression! Everything is VERY clean, no foreign smells. The area is wonderful, lots of greenery, surrounded by trees. There is only one pool, tiles are laid somewhere around it, and mostly a green lawn. The pool itself is small, but enough for everyone.
Location: I will only say one thing: far from the sea! I had to go to the sea in the morning for about 15 minutes with a calm step - that's nothing, but to return in the afternoon in the sun - this is really a test. We went at the end of August - it was very hot, so we had to immediately cool down in the pool in the hotel before going up to the room.
Kallithea is a small village, a few hotels, a few restaurants and eateries, and no discos! Very quiet and calm. If you want to hang out, you are in Faliraki or Rhodes. It takes about 10 minutes to go there and there by bus. Buses run until 23 or 24, I don’t remember.
Check-in: very fast. As soon as we approached the reception, we were immediately registered and given the key to the room.
Number: We took the standard. No money was put into the passport. The aunt at the reception was very friendly, gave us the key, explained how to get there and immediately told us about breakfasts, dinners, lunches, etc. We settled in the main building, second floor. Inside the room is modest, the furniture is not new, but not Soviet. Everything is very clean, there is a wardrobe, a balcony, a TV with Russian TV, air conditioning.
The bathroom leaves much to be desired, and the point is not at all that the plumbing is outdated, but that our room and the neighboring room had a common ventilation pipe, and through the grate from it you could see the neighboring bathroom! ! The conclusion can be made simple - the audibility was, as if someone, excuse me, was coping next to you ...I always had to close the bathroom door so as not to hear the conversations (and not only) of the neighbors))))
Staff: friendly, smiling. . The reception is always ready to help. We applied several times - and how to get / get where they will tell, they gave me a card)) Little things - but nice))) But they don’t speak Russian, if you are friends with English - there will be no problems)
The contingent of vacationers: mostly British ....they seem to be everywhere. Noisy, annoying and sitting at the bar in the evenings...We rested for 2 weeks and just wondered if they go anywhere outside the hotel at all...
Food: very, very good for a trio! !
I went with my husband, he prefers meat to salads, he was satisfied. Breakfast: a variety of pastries, eggs, sausage, cheese, feta, fried sausages, various cereals and muesli, milk, honey, Greek yogurt, fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee, mineral water, juices, soft drinks. We had half board, so just about dinners: several types of salads, soups, french fries, fried, rustic, pasta, pastas, pizzas, seafood, meat, fruits, vegetables, ice cream for dessert, pastries, drinks are all the same as for breakfast. And most importantly, everything is very tasty. In addition, it is not necessary to eat at the hotel, in Greece there are a lot of taverns with the most delicious food! ! A couple of times we changed dinner for lunch, and in the evening we went to the Panorama tavern - there is a wonderful owner and wonderful food.
Beach: it is a small bay, with a coastline of only 2 kilometers. The beach is wide enough, sand with pebbles, the closer to the water, the more pebbles. It hurts to get in and out of the water.
About 20 meters from the shore, stones begin under water, the deeper they are, the larger they are. I am a spectator, so it was a bit creepy for me to swim over these dark scary stones))) But the water is the cleanest, there was never any garbage and turbidity in the water for all 2 weeks of rest.
Car rental: for a long time we were looking for an office called Europcar, advised to us by a guide, like it is international and in which case we will not have problems with them ...so we searched and found this very office in some backwoods, where we were told that there are no more cars, all are rented ...although it seemed to us that there were no cars at all, it painfully resembles "horns and hooves. " We did not break off and went to the neighboring office of Independent Rent a Car. Wonderful staff, very friendly, there is a Russian-speaking guy, I don’t remember his name, he told us everything, gave a map, advised on the map where to go and what to see. We took a Nissan micra, automatic, for 12 hours for 45 euros with full insurance.
No surcharges. The condition is to return the car with the same amount of gasoline with which you received it. That's all)) We immediately drove south along the east coast. We visited everywhere, reached the kiss of the two seas, that is, to the southernmost point. We returned the same way around 21.00, refueled (by the way, the car eats very little, we refueled for 15-20 euros maximum, only once) and returned the car at 22.00 as stipulated in the contract. The second time we took in the same place, also for 12 hours, the same car, they gave us a discount of 5 euros. This time we traveled all over the west coast with visits to the valley of butterflies, to a mountain with a cross (I forgot the name) and wandering among the villages along serpentines)) We also returned the car at about 10 pm, the owner (a very friendly uncle who remembered us and made a discount ) did not even begin to check it with us, he just asked if everything was in order with gasoline)).
By the way, the police never met! !
But there it is not needed, because everyone drives very cultured.
Well, in conclusion, I will return to the hotel again. If you take away the range of the sea from your head, then the hotel is VERY, VERY worthy of its 3 stars! ! I would say that this is 4k, only with old furniture))) I can safely advise him. Lovers of a quiet unhurried rest, and most importantly silence at night - you are here! !

We went in mid September. I liked everything very much! for three stars it's very good! excellent food, friendly and helpful staff! the room is cleaned every day. Every other day on weekdays evening entertainment: Greek party, karaoke, etc. There is even a Russian bartender Roman in the bar! The only drawbacks: ants sometimes in the room, poor soundproofing between rooms and a long walk from the hotel to the sea.

2008/06/14 returned from the Kalithea sun and sky hotel, where I spent 2 weeks resting with my husband. Type of food - AI (all inclusive). Breakfast was monotonous - sausages (they were mixed with half-eaten ones from yesterday), eggs, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, stewed beans, Dutch and goat cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, pie, rolls Unpleasantly struck croissants, which were stone. For lunch there was often only 1 meat dish, 2 types of stewed vegetables, pasta, less often french fries, 2-3 Greek salads that I did not like, just chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, goat cheese. From 11 to 17 there was a bar by the pool, which had soft drinks, beer and ice cream. Very rarely there were pieces of some kind of snack (usually pizza if it was not eaten at lunch) from 13.00. Once, having failed for lunch, they tried to order something at the bar, but pointing to empty shelves, they told us that only for ekstra-pay, but we didn’t get anything for a fee, we had to dine at a local tavern. From 17 to 18, the promised various cookies and biscuits for tea or coffee were simply not there. Mostly elderly Englishmen, Germans and younger Poles rested there. Many all inclusive bought drinks and snacks. Dinner was more varied. 2-3 meat dishes, 2-3 types of stewed vegetables, salads are the same as for lunch. Some kind of pie. Sometimes bananas, apples or oranges.
We were satisfied with the room and the cleaning in the room, except for the constant presence of ants, which we did not poison with the poison we bought at the local supermarket.
The infrastructure near the hotel is satisfactory (grass, flowers, palm trees, sun loungers, which are not enough for everyone).
There are few of those who go for entertainment here. Once a week there was a Greek evening (5-6 dances and songs) and karaoke.
To the sea 10 minutes walk. No one took anything from us for sunbeds near the 5-star hotel Aldemar mare palace.
To see all the beauty of the island, I advise you to rent a car (at local rental points 60 euros for 3 days + half a tank of gasoline. We refueled for 20 euros.
I really liked the beaches of Linda and Prasounisi.
