I understand that a wheelchair and crutches are completely different things, but he felt very comfortable there, both physically and mentally. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff (at the reception and in the restaurant), but there are very few Russian tourists, so communication in general takes place in English. This is a beautiful hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday.
