What kind of water (sea, fresh) in private and shared pools for several rooms?
I am a person with limited mobility and it will be difficult for me to use the sea beach. It is in this regard that I would like to know what kind of water (sea or fresh) is in the pools at Superior Guest Rooms and Luxury Guest Rooms and what is the entrance to these pools (by ordinary steps or metal ladders).
In addition, I would like to know about the possibility and conditions of wheelchair movement around the hotel from the above rooms to the restaurant and other hotel services. I would also be very grateful for any other details and nuances that I may not take into account in my questions.
Thank you, best regards,
Kleshko Igor Borisovich.

The hotel has both walkways with steps and their smooth counterparts. The hotel actively uses electric cars to move around the hotel, they move along the paths paved with smooth stones. Accordingly, there is a smooth alternative to any conventional treadmill. Their minus is a rather strong difference in height, because. the hotel is located on a steep bank.
The hotel restaurant (and the reception level, as well as other areas of the administrative building) can be reached by a lift, which can be reached by wheelchair along these paths.
We lived in a Superior Guest Room with a sea view, but without the so-called Sharing Pool (a small pool for four buildings, that is, for about eight rooms). I can’t say about the water in such a pool, because. in front of our room was one of the two large pools (the smaller one). It has fresh water. Entrances to it from a metal ladder-ladder.
In the largest pool (it is really very large) the water is sea, salty, but treated with hydrochlorine (it still smells strongly of bleach). Entrances to it are also from metal stairs, but in the large pool there is an entry from the steps (where there is a semicircle with sunbeds).

In principle, even the descent to the beach seems to be without steps, but there is a very sharp drop in height. But you will probably not go alone, so someone may well help you go down.
The beach consists of two zones separated by a stone dam - shallow water (we called it "paddling pool") and entry from the pontoon (there are steps). Despite the offensive name, the paddling pool has several obvious advantages - the water there is much warmer than in the sea, it is shallow everywhere (almost everywhere you can stand, and lie down near the shore :)), there is no wave due to the protective dam. The only negative is that the bottom is sandy with pebbles, sometimes sharp. We didn’t have special shoes, so we just entered very carefully.
While relaxing at the hotel, we met an elderly British man who moved on crutches. I understand that a wheelchair and crutches are completely different things, but he felt very comfortable there, both physically and mentally. In the hotel, I don’t remember the thresholds (for example, mail was delivered to us in the crack under the door), the floor is flat everywhere, even the sanitary facilities (toilet bowl) are located low from the floor, it is accessible both on the left and on the right, the bathroom is spacious.

The hotel has Russian-speaking staff (at the reception and in the restaurant), but there are very few Russian tourists, so communication in general takes place in English. This is a beautiful hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday.
I really hope this information is of some help to you. If you have any questions, write, I can also send photos of the hotel. Look at the hotel website, there is a Russian version, detailed photos, including pools. There is also a feedback form, you can ask them about the suitability of the hotel for your needs, perhaps they have special rooms for people with disabilities.

tochkar, hello! If I understand correctly, you liked the hotel. I also consider it as one of the options. Tell me, is it not very boring in the evening, is there animation? And if you don't mind, send a photo of the hotel.
