I'll tell you from my little experience. They let you on the hotel beach and you can take a sunbed for money without any problems, but it’s not a fact that they will let you into the territory. We tried to get to the beach through a 5 * hotel and the guards did not let us in. And bypassing went to the same beach without any problems. The beaches are not fenced. But if you have friends with you as guests, they may let you in.
