They said that it was not very typical weather - it used to be warmer. And in 2010 we were in the middle of June (Malia) and it was very hot to swim (why then we went in May. And in 2010 we were in the last week of June - it was hot. I think the beginning of June will be just right))) On the north coast, the water is always a couple of degrees warmer than on the south.

Were last year from May 31 to June 10 in the suburbs of Heraklion Ammoudare. Air temperature 25-30°. For a child of 6 years old, in my opinion, the waves are a bit high (especially in the morning). I was on the Libyan Sea (in Matale and at the exit from Samaria) - there the waves are much smaller
