April-May - the water is cool, but October-November is still warm, it is quite possible to swim + 23-24. The sea warms up for a long time, but it does not cool for a long time. A few years ago, we swam near Athens in October, it was somewhere + 22-21. So, if you like the warm sea, then it’s better to go from June, but if you’re not afraid of coolness, then April will do :-) The southernmost and warmest is Crete, you can travel there, you can see a lot, a lot.
