We are going to Greece in August.
Two adults + one child aged 5. All inclusive meals, bungalow accommodation (preferred) but do not mind and a good comfortable common building. Beach sand with a shallow entry into the sea. The presence of swimming pools on the territory of the hotel and children's water slides. Last summer we were in Egypt here http://www.turpravda.com/foto/hotel/23059.html
So I would like it better.
Thanks.

Martha’s Hays Hotel read my review, you might like this option. Everything you listed is there.

Good evening,
There are not many hotels with water slides. If you become attached to this, then I advise you to consider hotels on the following:
- Fodele Beach
- Grecotel Club Marina Palace
- Aldemar Cretan Village
- Aristoteles Holiday Resort
If this is not the most important, then I can immediately offer a lot of hotels: Athos Palace, Creta Star, Santa Marina, Portes Beach, Potidea Palace. Also, if you more specifically describe your priorities with your tour dates and price. Then I can immediately offer you more specifically.

Looked at your suggestions. Honestly unimpressed, compared to where we were (I gave a link), I didn’t see anything attractive, and according to the reviews, it’s not so hot. Tell me how you can find out which hotels in Greece have recently opened (2007-2009), that is, new ones.

Dear Andrey,
You should not think that these hotels are not very good. Maybe they don't have good photos. It is always better to go to the website of the hotels themselves:
www.g-hotels.gr
www.grecotel.com/crete/club-marine-palace/welcome_en_365.htm
http://www.aldemarhotels.com/default.asp?pid=29&la=5

Reviews are often misleading. I recommend them to you from my experience, because. I have been there several times and have been very satisfied. As for the new hotels, you can see the following:

Wonderful hotel Aldemar Cretan Village. Crete, in my opinion, is not that worse, but many times better than Egypt. Despite all the reviews and photos.

Aldemar Cretan Village has a very bad beach and entry into the sea, it is contraindicated for children. Otherwise, everything is fine (except for animation), but worse than, for example, in Turkish Magic Life.
I liked Fodele Beach better, there is an excellent sandy beach and a convenient entry (there is no pebble at the edges of the bay), but it is located on a mountain, and the food is worse than in Aldemar. The animation team there is very strong, great selection of drinks and a very nice water park!

Very good for families with children Agapi Beach. Large sandy beach, which is a rarity for Crete. The only thing is that the area around the hotel is not very picturesque, some wastelands, power lines.
