To Crete. But at the expense of food "all inclusive" think carefully. I was in three hotels (I was very "lucky" :-)). One of them was with an oll, the food was normal, a buffet, but there were a lot of taverns nearby, we walked along the embankment and saw people sitting there, having dinner, relaxing, dancing to live music, but we couldn’t eat anymore :-) And eat there there is something, and not expensive. It's good that we left this hotel after 4 days.
I would recommend an authentic Greek hotel, with breakfast, in a beautiful place, not far from the city, I recommend Rethymnon: the old town, the fortress, excellent beaches, there is where to walk. Such a holiday will be remembered for a long, long time :-)

I completely agree - it is better to prefer Crete. There, the weather will be much better (maybe you can even swim in Crete if the temperature is up to 25-28 degrees during the day. The sea, of course, will still be cool, but still ...). All inclusive in Greece is like going to Tula with your own samovar (this is my personal opinion). It is much more pleasant to sit in a local tavern, take a walk around the city - there will still be few tourists, so you can enjoy the local flavor...)))))
