If you take a car - then nothing else, go for 20-30 minutes. If not, there is a scheduled bus that runs past the hotel. On it, in an hour and a half (a regular regular bus, goes with all stops), you can get to a metro station somewhere on the outskirts of the city, and then further to the center.
