We were seated immediately upon arrival. The linen is clean and new. A good double room. True, when the stove was turned on, the plugs were knocked out, but if you know where to turn it on, everything is fine. Air conditioning did not take. The room was not stuffy. The sea is 3 minutes from the hotel. I really liked it.

We spent 10 nights at the hotel in a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the road. I don’t know about other rooms, but in this hotel I would only stay on the 2nd floor. Slept with the air conditioner on. Noise from the road didn't bother me. I liked the apartments, there is something to compare with.

The kitchenette is complete. There were enough dishes in the room. The stove and fridge worked well. The bathroom is a little cramped, there is little space for a shower, but tolerable. The owner is pleasant, sometimes he encouraged with wine for his "jambs". The location of the hotel is convenient. 3 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the stop, and it is the first or second and you get into an empty bus. We went to Kerkyra to the market for food (fish, fruits).

The Irini Apartments 2 * hotel is located at the end of the village of Benitsest (Benitsest) if you drive from the capital of Kerkyra. Behind him are a couple of houses and that's all, then only the road. Opposite is the Corfu Maris Hotel. Sami Apartments are a nice 3-storey house with a front garden. We rested from 06/24/17 to 07/01/17.

Sami Apartments are a nice 3-storey house with a front garden.
We rested from 06/24/17 to 07/01/17. Got on a special offer and went quite cheap. The owner of the hotel apparently just started to advertise on Russian sites.
When we got off the bus, no one met us at the hotel. It's good that the guide girl went out with us. She called the owner and he rushed in 10 minutes. Apparently he lives nearby. It turned out that he was told a later time of our arrival. There is a reception, but it's closed. Probably due to the fact that there are few guests. If the hotel was full, then someone would be at the reception. Well, we thought so. . .
Rooms. When we arrived, only 3 rooms on the 1st floor were occupied in the hotel. Well, we settled in the 4th. The rooms, as we understood, are different there, there are standard ones, like ours. And there are, as it were, 2 rooms overlook one common balcony. This is probably convenient for a company of 4 people or for a family with two children. Most of the rooms face the road, but there were 3 rooms that had doors on the side of the hotel and had small courtyards. There is less noise from the road and more comfortable.
The second floor was completely closed. As for the third one, it is not clear. The balcony seems to be visible, but the rooms there are clearly some other, not like on the first two floors. Well, apparently - there are 20 rooms in the whole hotel.
In the room we had a kettle, refrigerator, stove, set of dishes. Everything that is written in the description. The photos are also true. The rooms are small, but not small either. A decent balcony, right behind the balcony there are ropes to dry clothes. There are clothespins, you don't need to carry them with you.
In the bathroom, too, everything you need - was present! Toilet, shower, sink, 2 towels per person.
Cleaned in a week in the room 2 times.
It was a little chilly at night. In the morning they asked the owner for blankets - he brought them.
Wi-fi in the apartment was, but weak. The text went away, the pictures did not go.
Beach. The nearest beach is literally a minute away. Cross the road. Get around "Corfu Maris" and here it is the beach. The beach, however, is at the Corfu Maris Hotel, but the piece on the right is already nobody's. And on the right is a small cove. Picturesque, but it’s hard to enter the sea - the stones are large. It is better to go from the beach of the Corfu Maris hotel. We also went to sunbathe on the beach to the left. We found a big tree there and in the shade they were wonderfully located. The beach is generally sandy and pebbly. True, there are a lot of algae in the water. You swim, and they tickle your legs. Slightly uncomfortable. . .
Bus. The bus to Kerkyra runs about once every half an hour. The schedule is available at the two central stops of Benitsest, where there are stop pavilions. We even saw a ticket terminal at one stop. And so tickets can be bought in the supermarkets of Benicest at the checkout. And they cost less than the driver. From the driver 2.30 euros, in the supermarket 1.70 euros.
And in total there are 4 bus stops in the village. Two stops closer to the end of the village are simply marked with posts with blue and white signs on which a bus is drawn. Without knowing, you can easily run past. It's the first time we've done this. We rushed to a stop in the center of Benitsest and suddenly saw that the bus was coming from behind and slowing down and people were starting to load into it. It turned out that we ran through the stop and did not even notice. In short, the nearest stop in the direction of Kerkyra is very close at Irini Apartments, a couple of houses on the opposite side at a cafe with cakes. Looking for a column!
Shops, taverns, souvenirs. There are a lot of shops in Benitsest. Irini Apartments is not far from a decent supermarket on the same side of the street. Souvenirs are also plentiful. There are taverns nearby and, accordingly, if you walk 10 minutes to the center, there is a central street with taverns and souvenirs.
Not far from the hotel there is also a small shop with alcohol and handmade soap.
Road. The main disadvantage is the noisy road under the windows. It goes along the coast and, accordingly, buses, locals, and tourists on rented cars and scooters drive along it. Noise does not stop almost day or night. But we slept well. But if a person is sensitive to noise, this must be taken into account. And in general, take into account that the village of Benitsest is located under a mountain and, accordingly, is stretched along the coast, and there half of all the hotels overlook the road.
Another nuance is a bunch of mosquitoes and some kind of midges, which is activated at night. Be sure to take Rapters and something else to stick into sockets in the rooms. And this is also throughout the village, and maybe throughout Corfu. The island is very green, all the mountains are covered with trees, bushes, grass. And that's why it's full of midges.
The conclusion is that the apartments are good, the location is normal, the owner is pleasant. You can go!
