2. The main advantage of the hotel is absolutely stunning views of Paleokastritsa and bays with the purest clear water. For these views, people come here from all over the world: the British, Germans, French, Italians. There are few Russians in the hotel.
3. The hotel has 179 rooms: single and double. In the room: air conditioning, satellite TV (there are Russian channels, no Ukrainian), refrigerator (extra charge), safe (extra charge), bath / shower, hairdryer, balcony / terrace. Free wi-fi in public areas.
4. Meal plan: breakfast only or half board or all inclusive. Restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar.
5. The hotel does not have its own beach. The sand and pebble beach is 300 m away, you need to go down to it by stairs (about 40 steps). Umbrellas + sun loungers for a fee. The hotel has 2 fresh water swimming pools. And there are rooms with private pools : ).
6. For children - children's section in the central pool. But in my humble opinion, it is not worth going to a hotel with children.
7. For lovers of outdoor activities: water sports on the beach (extra charge): rental of catamarans, rowing and motor boats, kayaks. Very beautiful bays, just amazing beauty! Billiards (extra charge).
8. Entertainment: evening entertainment programs (Greek evening, karaoke, etc. ) - 2 times a week. Animation is more youth oriented.
9. Worth a visit: the male monastery in Paleokastritsa is a must.
Personal impression: I liked the hotel. But here you need to make allowances for the fact that I am not a layman on the beach, but a wanderer in the neighborhood.
Summary: Very good 3*. More for active travelers. Or for a combined holiday (part of in a quiet family hotel, and a few days here, for the sake of the beauty of this place).
1. Location - perhaps the location of this hotel is the most advantageous. Especially if you took a room with a sea view. Total: 10 points.
2. Meals: the number of dishes was minimal, below which it is no longer decent for a hotel to fall. But all the food was edible. My husband and I went on the "breakfast-dinner" system, for lunch we went to cafes that are not far from the beach and the hotel. I think this is an ideal option, because. there was an opportunity to eat Greek dishes that the hotel did not do and to communicate with the local population, which our friends at the AI food hotel were deprived of. However, we were a bit strained by the lack of drinks (elementary - water). Therefore, it is better to overpay - but stay in comfort. Total: 7 points.
3. Service: housekeeping leaves much to be desired. The maids work more with languages than they clean rooms. At the same time, they regularly put the tip in their pocket, but at the same time they did not even bother to replace the towel, on which the local dirty cat slept all night (the towel was left on the balcony for drying at night). The waiters in the restaurant coped with their work, but somehow they were in no hurry to do it. Reception: one lady works at the reception, which spoiled all our opinion about the employees of this reception. Total for the service 1 point. And he put it in advance.
4. Number. Everything in the room is as usual. Minus - VERY old furniture! Tile on the floor. And we also got a sitting bath. Although the other rooms were standard, but as they say we are immensely "lucky".
Overall impression of the hotel: a lot of French. But no wonder, because. this hotel is sponsored by the government of France, which, according to some programs, sends its citizens there for weekly wellness programs. Therefore, during the rest (2 weeks), three parties of the French can be replaced, which left behind an indelible negative impression. After the French, the Russians with their antics are just "baby talk".
Bottom line: we will not go to this hotel and will not recommend it to others. It is better to visit a hotel nearby (Akrotiri), the view is also good, but the level is much higher.
