Choice of hotel Kassandra/Sithonia with fine sand

1. I was on a wild beach in Sithonia, insanely beautiful white fine sand! (I don’t know the specific place, unfortunately) Are there hotels like this somewhere? No pebbles, no sea urchins, no crowded sunbeds.

3. Air conditioning in the room (not central)

Of the fours, nothing comes to mind that completely suits me :( Ammon Zeus used to be 3, now it’s like a four, but animation - you have to go up to the town (but there is the best sand). And for others, these are either expensive fives, or a beach with small pebbles, and besides, you have to go to the beach maybe.
