About documents!
Good afternoon! Tell me, please, if I am a private entrepreneur, do I need to provide a copy of income statements for 6 months to open a visa? If so, what, approximately, should this amount be so that the embassy has no doubts? And if we go through a travel agency, should there be a personal submission of documents to the Kiev embassy?

If you apply through a travel agency, then the personal submission of documents to the Kiev consulate is definitely not needed. Just give the entire package of documents to the travel agency, and they themselves open a visa.

Not a copy of the income statement from the tax office, but its original (certificate from the tax office with a wet seal on their letterhead). Preferably the more the better, but at least 3.5-5 thousand per month.
For the Greek embassy, even if you submit documents through an agency, a personal interview, depending on the region, Kyiv, Odessa.

Greek visa. Opened to tourists a week ago in Kyiv. No personal interview. Accepted copies of quarterly reports to the tax office.

Was it accepted without wet tax seals?
Interestingly, but in Odessa the situation is the same - do you know?
And then we were told only a personal presence at the embassy.

Yes, exactly as I wrote.
Furthermore. None of the tourists go for a personal interview. The documents are carried by an authorized representative of the operator.
I gave an example of a private entrepreneur. From our experience.
We don't work in Odessa, so I don't know.
The Greek embassy is now very loyal.
True, we are talking about the islands, we do not poison the peninsula now.

Yes, a personal interview at the embassy is not necessary. I am also a private entrepreneur (I live in Kyiv). I applied to the tax office for a certificate of income for the last 6 months or two weeks, I waited, and there was no result, although everything was in order with the documents .The tax office said that according to the law they have 30 (!) days to give me this certificate. So if you have time, then wait for this certificate. I submitted quarterly reports for the last six months, and everything is fine , accepted. These reports should only have a mark that you have accepted them in the tax office (an ordinary girl puts such a mark in the window, that is, neither the head of the department, nor even your inspector).

If it's not a secret, what is the approximate amount in the reports?

It's no secret: I don't remember exactly, but for one quarter it's something like 9,000 UAH, for the second 8,000 something. That is, I didn’t earn much, to put it mildly. But if you are worried that your amount will not seem solid to someone, then you can also submit documents from the bank that you have a bank account for such -the amount (if you have an account). If you don’t have a bank account, then, as far as I know, you can buy these travel checks (to prove your ability to pay), and then return the money to yourself on these checks. But, probably, you it won't be useful.
