Once visited the a la carte restaurant - excellent, very tasty! ! The dining room is also good. Three times a week themed dinners. Beach and sea for a 6 year old child - just super. Pools - I have never seen them cleaned, during the day they already looked unclear, none of our family had a desire to splash there, a 6-year-old child, of course, was delighted with the children's slides, In the neighboring "stella village" - it was clear how filters work! I didn't see it in the Palace. In general, we had a great rest - the sea is beautiful.

We were in Crete from 7 to 21 July 2012. Everything here contributes to a good rest! I highly recommend everyone someday spend at least a week at this wonderful hotel! To see all the wonderful places and get cool pictures, we advise you to take a car and travel all around! The location is good, everything is close to shops, entertainment and the beach.

The food at the hotel is really tasty and varied, there is always a large assortment of dishes, there is something to feed a small child. There were never queues in the restaurant, the waiters tried very hard to serve everyone in time! The beach is small, half sand, half pebbles, sunbeds are free. There were always empty seats. The embankment is beautiful, it was very cool to walk along it in the evening. In general, the rest went well, everything was as it should be! I recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday!

" The food is more or less normal, it pulls for 4, in the all-inclusive bars it also did not cause any complaints. A special story about the hotel maids: a couple of times we left them a "tip", and then stopped doing it, and so a day after we stopped leaving a tip, the toilet flush tank stopped working and an unpleasant smell spread. Having opened the drain tank, I found a slightly punctured boiled egg there, from which there was an unpleasant smell (you must agree that the egg cannot accidentally get into the toilet bowl), pulling out the toilet egg, it worked. Further, before leaving the hotel, while collecting bags, the wife found the same "gift" (a boiled beaten egg) behind the TV, although it was evidently planted recently - it did not have time to stink. Conclusion: leave a tip to the maids - or revenge will be sophisticated. (Number 566, period of stay 09.08. 2011-20.08. 2011). BEWARE of pickpockets in Herakleon (in particular at the bus station! ) There are very frequent cases of money theft (by the way, it would not hurt for Anastasia to remind tourists of this feature of Crete.
