In general, the hotel is not bad, but not for Russian tourists. They don’t understand us there, there are only French people around. At first I thought it was a plus, but later the French "whooping" became annoying. Of course, English was enough to explain, but not all the staff speak English. But France knows everything.

At first, the hotel caused very depressing emotions. Too simple decoration, the territory is a little neglected, there are no walking paths at all! The territory is large, but it is all occupied by bungalows. There is nowhere to walk after dinner. Discos and other shows - no. There are French mini disco and karaoke in French in the evenings. Room in the main building furnished with completely new furniture. But the kitchen won my heart! What food! Everything from cheeses to meat dishes is delicious! and what a luxurious salmon they baked! The staff is very helpful. The beach is great sand. But the sea - left me with not strong emotions. In Bodrum it is much cleaner and nicer. There is a lot of sea grass in the water, which is sometimes thrown ashore, then dry, it is again washed away by a wave and it spreads along a pleasant sandy bottom. The Greeks are lazy to work. They don't want to clean. They came up with a fairy tale about the fact that the grass is part of the "living" sea and they say it is strictly forbidden to clean it. Therefore, it reminded me of the Black Sea, which is teeming with algae. But in general, European quality and service are much different from Turkish or Bulgarian. European quality begins immediately from landing at the airport of Heraklion. Two ladders, everything is fast, passport control is operational, the buses are comfortable, the drivers are just professionals. You should have seen how they drive huge buses on narrow winding roads. Taking off my hat! And I don’t even remember the statistics on the murder of tourists on the roads of Europe. So there is nothing to compare with the Turkish service, striving to poison with food, drink or kill on the roads, in ditches. In general, the hotel then seemed quite decent, I think this is the best option among the fours!

It began with the fact that they tried to deceive us upon check-in - instead of an expensive bungalow overlooking the sea, we were settled in a family room overlooking the pool and the road. After a scandal and a day of waiting, they moved to a bungalow for which I had paid in advance, while exhausting all my nerves. Everything in the bungalow is old - a TV set that is 20 years old - whistled with interference and the air conditioner was just scary to turn on so it rattled and creaked. The beach is very dirty and full of cigarette butts. And a wild number of very young children. The restaurant has no service at all - and is more like a self-service dining room. Well, I have never seen a more boorish communication than at the reception of this hotel in any of the Greek hotels and we have been resting only in Greece for 10 years .

We rested with a child of 8 years from June 20 to July 01.2010. So . . the location of the hotel is excellent, the 1st line of the sea, the beach is sandy, clean, cleaned every morning. The rooms are cleaned - towels are changed every day, linen is changed every 3 days. The cuisine is excellent, lots of seafood and fruits.

The rooms are cleaned - towels are changed every day, linen is changed every 3 days. The cuisine is excellent, lots of seafood and fruits. The staff does not speak Russian, Russian waiters arrived at our check-in, and that was how they escaped)) Vacationers are mostly French families, children's animation is disgusting, and even worse for adults. No discos! ! Rest is quiet. . . very quiet)))

Arrived... The hotel is on the road (highway), there is nothing around, no streets, no cafes, no shops. Standard bungalows are just miserable, God forbid the bedroom is 9 m2. The plumbing is old, there are no curtains in the shower and small ants crawl everywhere. The service also does not reach 4 stars - a broken chair (we did not break it) was replaced only when we dragged it to the reception ourselves.
The sea is not very clean, in algae, which the staff prefers not to clean. Airplanes fly overhead every minute, because. the airport is 12 km from the hotel.
