The room has a free safe and a free mini-bar with one bottle of 1.0 liters of non-carbonated drinking water and another plus 8 bottles of 0.33 liters of all sorts of drinks such as Pepsi, 7up, etc. For some reason, the description of the room says, that the safe in the room and the mini-bar are paid - at least in our room the safe and the mini-bar were free, about which the girl at the reception immediately warned. I note that there are no instructions for using the safe in Russian, so before locking valuables in it, practice with the door open : ). The floor in the room is wooden, on the terrace and in the bathroom - tiles. There is a TV and as many as 4 Russian-language channels are broadcast on it (First, Russia-planet, Russia-Vesti, Euronews), but the image quality is disgusting, heavy "snow". Already when I began to complain that my son simply had nothing to do and he sat down in the room with a tablet, the animators began to periodically flicker either on the beach or near the pools, and fortunately in recent days the child began to spend time as I wanted to - in the air with animator and other children. As for the food..... it was generally varied and tasty, BUT....the coffee machine broke down all the time, as a result of which a rather big queue lined up for the 2nd. In the vending machine with drinks, instead of apple juice, there was almost always just water. And for me, as a nursing mother, neither lemonade nor cola somehow fit... well, at least there was tea. Food not eaten they processed into other dishes. I noticed it almost immediately. So for breakfast there were sausages, and for lunch there was already a salad with the same sausages, but cut into circles. One day my husband came with a plate (he got himself some food) and we noticed that there was some kind of smell....and it turned out that one of the salads was just sour..... There were practically no fish and seafood for all the time. They were presented in the form of canned food or fillets prepared from frozen. In the end, this was the last straw, our flight was moved from morning to late evening. Check out from the hotel at 12 noon. We asked that we (since we have a 3-month-old daughter) provide a room until the evening (with an additional charge of course), to which I was told that they have 100% occupancy and cannot give us a room. And in the end, it sounded "why are there these few hours - there is air conditioning at the reception, there are sofas, there is a public toilet and a shower room, so they don't see anything terrible if we spend these few hours in the hall" (the weather was hot, so go walking with a child in the middle of the day was simply not possible). At 12 we vacated the room, put things in a storage room and my daughter even slept for 1 hour, but then she wanted to eat and I tried to find a secluded corner (which turned out to be simply unrealistic due to the new arrival of people, it was just darkness) tried to breastfeed her. But since it was very noisy and loud music was playing, the child began to get nervous and cry loudly. I tried to calm her down for half an hour, after which they abruptly found a room for us and didn’t even charge extra for it.

If the hotel is full, then in order to have something to lie on, you need to leave early. the sea is shallow, you need to go for a long time so that from "knee-deep" it passes at least into "waist-high". Moreover, where the hotel beach is generally impossible to swim, there are stones and they are not visible in the water, as a result, the husband seriously injured his leg. The territory of the hotel is miserable - it is practically non-existent. There is simply nowhere to walk. Went out for a walk. There are practically no sidewalks. Cars, quads, buses drive constantly and the child had to be pulled all the time so that he would not get under the wheels. And it was not easier with a stroller, you had to drive straight along the roadway. In general, this is the main thing. There were many more different BUT...... but I think the above is more than enough.

There are NO pictures, no nice design, no green territory, flowers, trees. NOTHING. There was not even a sprig on the tables in the restaurant. The bar is not decorated, there is no feeling of joy from contemplation. Poor beach area. The rooms (in particular the standard) are very small, there is no place for suitcases. Even the Greeks were outraged. We took a car and drove around the island. Super roads, there are serpentines, but not so scary. I highly recommend Rethymno and Chania, as well as Agios Nicholas. Creepiest cities. Heraklion is nothing. If you are going to Santorini on your own, take care of your ferry tickets in advance. We didn’t get in, there were no tickets back, and the hotel was booked ((I DO NOT advise you to go on the Palm Paradise tour. A long road, there is nothing there. Even sunbeds on the beach.
