Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held in the main restaurant. Very tasty and varied dishes, there were always fruits: oranges, apples, cherries, peaches, strawberries. Of course, at the very peak there were a lot of people, but by about the 3rd day, we already understood what time is best to go to a restaurant. For example, it’s better to go to breakfast before 9 am, then you won’t have to queue for drinks and food, and it’s better to go to dinner later, somewhere after 20:00, there are fewer people at this time. Very attentive staff, constantly monitor the cleanliness of the hall, clean the dirty dishes on time.
The hotel area is large enough, its own beach. All sunbeds and umbrellas for guests of this hotel are free. We went to the sea in the morning, as there were always free sunbeds at that time, then we left for lunch so as not to get burned. The sun is very active here, although there is wind, and it seems to be not so hot, but you still sunbathe very much. And then they went to the sea after 16:00, when it was not so hot anymore. All day long, both adults and children are entertained by professional animators. My child played both darts and volleyball, I used to go to water aerobics. And in the evening, be sure to go to the show program. Arrange interesting and funny evenings! We got to Mr. Apollonia, gum club and karaoke.

The food is top notch, especially the breakfasts. Yummy! Here and scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, a large selection of pastries, waffles, dried fruits, halva, yogurt - just a combination, fruits. You can list indefinitely. Wide choose! Lunch and dinner will not upset you either, a large selection of fresh, delicious dishes: meat, fish are always available, plus vegetables and fruits. Only healthy food, which made me very happy!! ! I didn't even put on extra pounds. There are few Russians, mostly Germans and French. Great hotel for a relaxing, relaxing holiday! It will be good for couples with children. I advise! Will I return to this hotel again? Not! The reason is simple - I love diversity, I don’t see the point in visiting the same places when there are so many amazing and interesting things on the planet. As a result, the director of the regional representative office directly in Greece solved the problem from Ukraine, there was no guide at all no help. Huge claims against the Join Ap company itself, which sent us. First, the flight from Lviv to Kyiv was postponed, which was reported 2 days before departure, then the flight from Crete to Kyiv was postponed, which was reported the day before departure (who knows, try to find tickets from Kyiv to Lviv the day before departure); planes are terrible. If possible, fly from any other company.
The beach is clean. The fact that there are pipes from the CHPP nearby is aside and there is no smell and smoke. The beach is large, there are never any problems with sunbeds. But the location of the hotel is such that there are almost always waves; for two weeks we didn’t swim twice for half a day because of the high waves, but there is a pool with sea water and it’s very cool.
We rented a car twice and drove around the island. We ourselves went on an excursion to the Palace of Knossos, paid an entrance fee of 6 euros for adults, children free of charge; joined the Russian-speaking excursion on the spot and listened and watched everything they wanted. He left no particular impression. But where you should go is the island of Spinalonga. We drove by car along the autobahn to Elounda (about 80 km), and from there many boats leave (10 euros) - it takes 20 minutes to sail. Everything is perfectly preserved (fortress and buildings), awesome view.

I liked the rest. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, there are many flowering trees and beautiful plants on the territory. The cuisine is magnificent, varied, for every taste ! ! The sand is found in places, as I understand it, it was poured for children, but mostly sand mixed with pebbles, you can walk barefoot, but sometimes it hurt me, so it’s better to wear slippers. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, good, and in general the sea is clean and transparent. Well, after the beach you have to sing, but the food in Appolonia was very good. Champagne for breakfast, paella with seafood for lunch, baked meats for dinner, and this is in addition to a lot of appetizers and other dishes, including Cretan cuisine, which I really love. There is a huge selection of fruits, watermelons and melons were not translated. In short, they feed very, very much. And besides the usual restaurant, there are three pieces of a la carte - Asian, Cretan and Italian. Important! The hotel has a very good spa center, where they do a lot of all sorts of procedures, massages and other things. Everything is nice and cheap. In short, the hotel is good, you can go there and relax, as there are no discos of any kind, in the evenings it is quiet and peaceful.
