This is our second trip to Tai, the first time we rested in Phuket, in 2014. We wanted to relax in Phuket again, but the prices for tours were hoo! . That's why we chose Pattaya. The hotel certainly falls short of a 4, a solid C grade. But who needs it; air conditioning - yes, hot water - yes, bed linen - clean. What else does an unpretentious tourist need? Yes, the hotel itself is old, there is no deposit, the location is good between the first and second lines. To the sea 2 minutes. Getting to the center is not a problem.
After receiving the keys, our suitcases were immediately loaded into a cart and taken to the room. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, 2 bottles of water, bathrobes, slippers. Soap is only liquid on the wall in the dispenser, cotton buds and caps.
Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00, good, there is a choice: boiled rice (how could it be without it), rice with vegetables, Thai pasta and spaghetti, bolognese sauce with minced meat, bacon, fried eggs, fried eggs and boiled, toast, cereal , three soups, fruit for fruit salad, yogurt, watermelon and pineapple. Coffee and tea.
Wifi in the room, good signal. There is a TV, there are many channels, but there is only one Russian one. The pool is located on the 4th floor. But we only used it once.
If you go out to Jomtien beach street, turn left and walk about a kilometer, there will be a night market. You can have dinner there. The average check is 400-500 baht for two. We were also advised to go to the market near Pattaya Park Hotel. By tuk tuk 5-6 min towards the center and then along the Russian street 5 min. We liked it more, in terms of choice.
Excursions: before traveling to Thailand, reading on the Internet, writing to several agencies (some did not even answer). We chose the Nika Travel Pattaya agency and made a schedule for our vacation.
Thanks to Anastasia for this, she removed some excursions altogether, she said that they intersect with the excursions that we will visit. After checking in, I phoned Anastasia and made an appointment. Discussed all the points and received vouchers. We liked all the excursions, everything was clear and without delay. For comparison, our operator: Cambodia - 1.200 (Nika - 6900 baht), Samet island, 2 days - 4000 baht (Nika - 2600 baht). Kwai - 5200 (Nika -3700 baht). What is called, feel the difference! We went in small groups, the guides were Russian, they told interesting stories. We really liked the work of this company, for which, thank you very much!
We also went to the fish market in the north (end of Naklua Street), shrimp 320 - 400 baht per kilo. There you will be fried, for 30 baht. A couple of times we went by ferry to Kolyan Island). Liked the beach with the monkeys. Thien Beach is also good, but the gentle entrance to the sea is suitable for those with children. We went to the shopping center Terminal 21 and Central Festival.
Nothing special centers like centers. But near the Central Festival, from the side of the second street, you can taste crocodile meat. Grasshoppers, cockroaches, scorpions - they did not dare to try, although they saw that they were being sold from the tops. Fruits: mango - 50-80 baht, passion fruit and dragon's eye - 80-100 baht, watermelon - 25 baht (all per kilogram).
If we compare Pattaya with Phuket, we got more emotions in Pattaya. And everything was simple and easy. Will we return to Thailand - yes, to Pattaya - yes. In this hotel - we do not know, everything will depend on the price.

Waking up in the morning, and going out onto the balcony, I went nuts from such beauty: greenery all around, colorful plants, and then the sea is blue. The area is very green, there are benches where you can sit and look at colorful fish. Friends, we advise everyone to fly to Thailand with the glanzu tour operator, they are cool... special thanks to them for everything.

The hotel is very worn. The rooms are spacious but very old. The location is good. Breakfast is very modest. the hotel is barely 3 stars. There is no deposit. There are kettles. Tea, coffee, no. There is a hair dryer. The most annoying thing is that the water in the hotel stinks of sewerage! We bought water in 5 liter bottles, brushed our teeth, washed fruits only with it, but this did not save us from an intestinal infection, which many people get sick at the hotel. … More ▾ The hotel is very worn. Only when they stopped going to breakfast did it improve! It is strange that no one writes about this on this site. All 14 days of rest were sick! True, two days before departure, the water began to stink less, apparently the filters were changed. I visit Thailand often, but this is the first time.

Rested in Pattaya from May 16 to May 31.2017. First time in Thailand. The hotel is worthy, I didn’t regret it at all! ) There is a TV in the room (NTV, RTR), a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle and two glasses, tea and coffee bags are not put in the refrigerator every day two bottles of water, a clothes dryer, 5 hangers in the closet -shoulders, WI-FI (the password was given upon check-in along with the key and coupons for breakfast! ). … More ▾ Rested in Pattaya from May 16 to May 31.2017. The hotel is worthy, I didn’t regret it at all! ) There is a TV in the room (NTV, RTR), a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle and two glasses, tea and coffee bags are not put in the refrigerator every day two bottles of water, a clothes dryer, 5 hangers in the closet -shoulders, WI-FI (the password was given upon check-in along with the key and coupons for breakfast! ). In the bathroom, only shower gel in the dispenser! Shampoo, conditioner, soap take with you or buy there! Cleaned in the morning mostly, towels are changed every day, bed once a week. The bed is huge. The room was spacious with a view of the sea and the pool. The pool, by the way, is not bad, sometimes I went for a swim, even in the evening and at night. Towels at the pool (blue) are issued immediately, and beach towels (brown) at the exit from the hotel (you sign in the magazine).
Be sure to take a protective cream with you, because. without it, it’s hard not to get burned, even in the rainy season, and there it’s a little expensive with good protection!
The only negative, but it's not the hotel's fault - it's the Chinese. Noise from them, just guard. They come and go every other day, in whole buses, and yell at the entire corridor early in the morning. On the other hand, they do not let you sleep through the beach time. We tried not to go to breakfast with them. Without them, silence and everything is in abundance, no need to wait. Everything else is great.
Breakfast buffet. Fried eggs, races, pasta for garnish, a couple of meats, 2 types of soups, steamed vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, watermelons and pineapples! For 2 weeks there were a couple of times pancakes. Coffee machine, tea, drinks!
Around the hotel there are many shops 7/11, exchangers and cafes. Three hundred meters and a fruit market with a square, tables are set on it in the evening. Cheap and no worse than cafes. Along the embankment to the south for about 10 minutes slowly, more market, rags... and food. A lot of food! You can eat right there, you can take it with you. So in this regard, the location of the hotel is very good, especially for a budget holiday.
The sea is dirty and there were often low tides, so you had to walk around to swim! Mostly went on excursions (River Kwai - 2 days, Cambodia - 2 days, Alkazar transvestite show, the famous Walking Street, Madam Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, 3D gallery, Temple of Truth, and boat trips around the islands! Massage parlors near the hotel along street in one direction and the other! In the exchange office I changed not only dollars, but also rubles (large bills - 1000.5000 - the rate is better)
I’m unlikely to return to Pattaya, a beach holiday is better on the islands! ))

We got to this hotel by accident, everything was urgent as always and were led to the travel agent "on the recommendation". Special negative opinions were not immediately found, obviously they are carefully removed. Breakfast sucks. For the first time we meet so that there is no baking at all. Not even boiled eggs. (fried is not allowed). It is clear that one does not have to wait especially for diversity, and God bless him. But in Thailand, green pineapples are somehow too much. . . Especially cool when they cut off the water. hot. And you are in the shower at this moment. Then swearing in all languages, they come smiling, turning the taps smiling, surprised at something very smiling and disappear.... For a day. There is no water, of course. But they smile.... The staff speaks very poor English. You have to look for a Thai with English so that he conveys your question to them. The hotel is old! There were never any repairs. So hello rough painted furniture and doors, cheerful yellow-green-brown tiles. Moreover, the remarkable thing about the furniture is that you will not have a single drawer (drawer) and therefore you will have to store all your things evenly distributed over tables, chairs and suitcases. Lack of access to the hotel (they are building sewers DIRECTLY under the windows! ). Now they will finish building and add a funnel. Pegasus invites! In general, they have already got these divorces, they book dumb hotels and sell them! This is not a beach hotel, an ordinary city hotel, there are no conditions at all to relax there. Obviously, for this reason, the guides behave aggressively, dismiss claims and are "sharpened" only for the sale of tours at exorbitant prices. I write only about the hotel, the rest depends only on ourselves.

Cocktails are always sold on the street, pancakes are generally delicious and cooked in front of you. everything is at low prices, everything is great! The hotel area is small, there is a swimming pool, a massage parlor and a gym, but this was not important for us! The rooms have good furniture, always regular cleaning, appliances and plumbing worked properly. There are no living creatures in the room, as they wrote. At the reception, the hotel staff are friendly. As for food, this hotel has a buffet. I liked the food, everything was delicious. It is better to go swimming after dinner, then the sea is somehow clean. The hotel is suitable both for young people, because of the location, and for families, as the hotel is always calm and there is something to do on the territory.

I really liked the hotel, although it does not have territory, which is not particularly needed in Thailand! The hotel staff are all very friendly. No one understands Russian, but if you know at least a little English, they will try to understand you and fulfill your request. The hotel can be put a solid 4 in all respects. … More ▾ I really liked the hotel, although it does not have territory, which is not particularly needed in Thailand! The hotel can be put a solid 4 in all respects. The food is great, they took breakfast and they were enough. Walk 3-4 minutes to the beach, just cross the road. The beach is narrow and dirty, the water is also not very good... but it didn’t stop my husband and I from sunbathing and swimming, and we didn’t find fault with this, since we spent most of it on excursions. We still had our portion of both sun and water procedures. Be sure to visit the River Kwai - it's a great tour!! ! Have a good rest everyone and remember the main mood for rest! I still have before my eyes all 14 days spent in Thailand!! ! The hotel is very worthy!

On the sea, you have to walk to the right along the street where there is no road. It is cleaner and calmer there.
We recommend having lunch in a cafe on the next parallel street from the entrance to our hotel right across the house, the hostess's name is Tao. She understands and speaks English. Normal, tasty, inexpensive Thai kunya. Lunch can cost up to 100 baht.

rested with a friend in March 2011, the hotel suited us completely, for 3 * in general a fairy tale. The location is great, easy to get anywhere. The sea is nearby and the 7eleven store is 100 meters away, the exchange office is also nearby (take dollars in 100 bills there will be no problems with the exchange and the exchange rate is higher than 50 bucks for example), there are a lot of tuk tuks, there are restaurants and cafes nearby (on the same street, by the way there is even a type of Russian food) but for those who buy bread and sausage at home for the first time in Pattaya, it will come in handy, believe me for a day like 6-7))) there is a very cheap market nearby, on the other side of the sea, where locals dress and buy fruits, so keep in mind meters so 500-700 from the hotel!! ! the night bazzar is also not so far away and the Lotus shopping complex is located, the massage parlor and the Internet are also literally opposite the hotel! here at the end of November we eat again in Pattaya and again in this hotel! so have a good rest in Pattaya and really Russians rule there!! !. … More ▾ rested with a friend in March 2011, the hotel suited us completely, for 3 * in general a fairy tale.
