Special thanks for the Bistro House and Eclair Cafe. They loved to sit there. The hotel has a good hairdressing salon. We also recommend visiting the spa. I really liked the massage by the Turks Orkhon and Shchemus. Also there you can do a set of spa treatments for little money. The room overlooked the mountains and, in principle, suited us: a view of the green area, partly, the river, partly, the outbuildings. Then we realized that the rooms that overlook another building or pool are much worse: there are concrete roofs between the buildings and not a gram of greenery, there is constant noise from the side of the pool.
The room is comfortable, it has everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday: linen and towels were changed either on demand or after 2 days.
The worst thing about this holiday was that the food at the hotel clearly did not correspond to the declared 5 * and UAI: cuisine under the motto "100 vegetable dishes": 3-4 types of meat (chicken, minced meat and lamb), fish (common for Turkey river trout) we saw 2 times, there was never seafood. Of the fruits were apples, oranges, very sour nectarines, watermelons. 1 time were kiwi. For 7 days of rest, there was never a strawberry or cherry, despite the fact that these are seasonal fruits. Fresh - for a fee.
Alcohol is normal: both the choice and the quality, which is typical for hotels of the declared category.
And the worst thing about vacation. According to reviews, the hotel is focused on the Germans and the British. in fact, it turned out that Germans - 2-3%, two families of Italians and a company of Croats... A few Ukrainians.
Russians - 90-95%. It seems that we ended up in the Ural or Siberian region of the Russian Federation: Surgut, Perm, Chelyabinsk... with the corresponding impressions. .
All Russians constantly yell at each other: mothers - at children (sometimes obscenities), husbands - at wives, etc. They drag plastic bags with food from the restaurant, push themselves out of line, grab food with their hands (although there are tongs or spoons everywhere) and even put food from their plates back into the food warmers. . .
We have the impression that they moved 30 years ago. And this is not just a "scoop", but a hard, "Siberian scoop".
Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel to those wishing to enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay on the coast of Antalya.

But here I found the optimal ratio between the price and the range of services provided for my family - 2 adults and 2 children (a girl is almost 7 years old and a boy is 5 and a half). As it turned out later, the quality did not let us down. It was important for me: a new hotel, a green area, a heated pool (but this came with a jamb, more on that later).
Let's start with... We arrived at the hotel at about 11 am. We were given a room on the second floor. Previously, I wrote to Mr. Soner Kilink (I apologize if I made a mistake in writing) about the possibility of accommodation on high floors, which was reported at the reception. We were told that no problem, but we will need to wait a bit. Yes, no question : )) We were greeted with champagne and cola (this drink is festive for children), examined the territory, dined and safely settled in a room on the sixth floor in the first building. Now I declare with full responsibility that we were lucky enough to live with a view of the Kremlin : )) (see photo)
Species characteristics arranged entirely. But there is also a minus of this location - the room is located above the entrance, so there is constant noise from the approaching and departing buses, for someone this may be important. There is no noise from the road, as such, there is little traffic. And in the mornings somewhere nearby (it seemed that in Mardan) roosters sing, and in the forest opposite lives a very sonorous bird)))
About the number. Large, spacious, comfortable, new, what else... Due to the mirrors even more spacious. This famous chest next to the bed was very fond of the children, they simply threw their clothes into it in the evening, and in the morning they took out fresh ones from the closet. Well, all kinds of jewelry (shells, cocktail sticks, pebbles, etc. ) were also stored there. In general, thanks to this chest, I was able to get at least some order in the room from the children))). The bathroom is interesting, of course, but for some reason we didn’t like it, probably old-fashioned. Yes, and washing children in the shower, after all, is not very convenient, but this is so, not related to the hotel. By the way, the water is poorly regulated, you have to be prepared for this. Most of all in the bathroom I liked the shelf under the mirror, that's all, everything can be arranged there and all this is before my eyes.
There is a dryer on the balcony, but it is quite tiny. From previous guests we got an improved design (see photo)
I almost forgot, bathrobes! Yes, for the first time a hotel robe fit on our dad (185 cm, 120 kg). He doesn’t need him in FIG, he doesn’t like him, but he needs to be measured. And the second bathrobe is smaller, for more slender creatures)))
The beds are comfortable, soft, maybe even unnecessarily. After a while, dad waved with his son and moved to the couch, it is tougher. Yes, it fit)))
As for cleaning: the garbage was taken out, towels were changed, sometimes the floor was wiped. No complaints. The only thing is that on the very first day I had to remind several times (both by phone and in person) that they would make a bed for the second child, or at least bring a set. And when at nine in the evening we came to the room to go to bed, but did not bring anything, it was unpleasant, of course. Moreover, the harmful children refused to sleep together (I wanted to leave all the disassembly until the morning). Everything was resolved, but, as they say, the sediment remained. And a couple of times they forgot about our room, as such we don’t need cleaning, just asked to change the towels, they didn’t dry out at all even on the balcony.
About the territory. I would not say that it is very big, but you can’t call it small either. Everything is well planned, so there is no feeling of fullness in the hotel. There is where to walk, there is where to be in silence. It is a pity, of course, that many pines reacted to interference during construction. But, almost next to each such pine tree, new ones have already been planted, so I think the hotel will be able to retain one of its advantages - “greenfinch”.
I was pleased with the playground: both the shade, the sun, and the grass that was still fresh at that time. But not enough! For so many children, and there are almost more of them than adults, the playground is obviously small. I would like to believe that the management will find an opportunity to expand children's areas.
About children's entertainment. My daughter loves kids clubs. She likes to be in a team and do something together. The son, on the contrary, is not swirling, but if he finds out that they will bake cookies, for example, or an ice cream trip is planned, then he will not miss this business, but only with his sister. This time we visited the kids club only a few times. Not because I didn’t like something, my daughter just learned to swim! Therefore, when the question was: to the club or to the pool, then, naturally, the pool outweighed. And here's something about the pool. One of the criteria for choosing a hotel was a heated pool, because. it is clear that in early May the water will not warm up yet. But, alas and ah, shortly before our arrival, the heating was turned off. My cant, inattentively studied the concept of the hotel. Everything would be fine, but for children the water is clearly cold, especially in the water park. My several times tried to ride the slides, but did not dare. And if they decided, then they warmed themselves on the stoves.
And only on the very last day (May 9) they went wild there, the water became a little warmer. There are two heated pools - indoor in the SPA center and outdoors with sea water. After turning off the heating, this one with sea water remained warmer than the rest.
About the sea. Delivery to the beach on a boat is an additional entertainment for children. They are delighted! In general, our children do not like to swim in the sea, they are afraid of the size, they are more comfortable in the pool. But on this trip to the beach with us, they went almost without persuasion, because. we will ride a boat and eat ice cream))) And my son still really liked opening and closing the door of the boat. During our stay, there were no special problems with the crossing, we had to wait a couple of times. But somehow we were not particularly nervous about this, the shampoo probably helped))) The beach is large, clean, convenient entrance to the sea. The water feels warmer than the pool. There were no special queues at the bar either, everything was within the bounds of decency.
Yes, the lack of direct access to the sea is a minus, especially for lovers of morning swims, like my husband, for example. I was saved from his indignation only by the fact that it was quite cool at night, and there was no particular desire to swim at dawn. But there is a way out here too: you can walk along Mardan (a bit far, of course) and swim on the outskirts of its beach. We talked with the guard, according to him, no one will be kicked out if they do not try to go further into the territory of Mardan Palace.
About food. Oh, no matter how hard I tried to limit myself, extra pounds stuck to my round hips : )) Well, I want to try everything. Some liked it, some not so much. I think everyone will find something to their liking. Breakfast is standard: eggs in all forms, pancakes, pancakes, buns, jams, cheeses, etc. Here, by the way, is another nuance: after 9 in the morning there were problems with tea and dessert spoons. True, we had breakfast so late three times, but all three times it was exactly like that))) We have never been to lunch in the main restaurant, we ate either in the snack restaurant on the menu (very tasty) or had a snack on the beach (also delicious). For dinner, the main dishes were not repeated, perhaps in a few days there is a repetition, several types of side dishes. One of the evenings was fish, people gathered shrimp in basins. I do not eat them, according to my husband, they were not the most successful.
The main restaurant is a place where you can immediately determine the degree of occupancy of the hotel and experience all the delights of overcrowding. I must admit that even at the peak (weekends) there were no problems with free tables, but you need to sit as close as possible to the location of the waiters (where they have bedside tables with cutlery and napkins), then you will be noticed faster, and on the table drinks will appear faster. The guys and girls are great, they are trying. There are not enough of them, so there are periodically some minor troubles. We always asked to bring a bottle of champagne right away and leave it for self-service, it was never refused. There are queues, but they are for dishes that are immediately prepared. We adapted like this: my husband is standing in line, and at this time I am trying to feed the children. The children are fed, released for ice cream - that's it, we can safely enjoy the food. To sit in silence is in a la carte. I liked it better in fish (also called Greek), my husband in Italian, in international cuisine everything is delicious, but they served for a very long time, the child fell asleep. I haven’t been to an Asian restaurant (I went to Istanbul on an excursion), according to my husband, the duck is the sole, the rolls are tastier in our supermarket, something like that.
That's what, as they say. The most annoying moment during the whole holiday for my husband was the salt. Yes, it is the salt in the salt shakers, it is larger than the holes. At first, he thought that it was only in street salt shakers that such a problem, the salt was damp, but no. Someone will laugh, someone will miss this message. And suddenly, this is important to someone, so keep in mind)))
As for alcohol, we somehow drank more champagne, which suited us. It supports a positive attitude well))) My husband took Chivas Regal whiskey several times, he said - native, not added.
About animation. Animation is, I can’t say more, because. do not participate - lazy. We don't live to see the evening shows. Once we tried to watch a dance show, fifteen minutes was enough, the children fell asleep in our arms. We thought we would take it to the room and return, but alas, sleep won, old age is not a joy)))
About SPA. It’s not very good to go to the SPA with beach towels, maybe at least provide for an exchange for clean and dry ones. Or maybe something has already changed by the time I got to the review))). The sauna is hot, but for some reason many people forget that the sauna is a dry heat. Wet bath - this is in the next door. And every, to put it mildly, drunk man considers it his duty to come in and be sure to pour some water on the stones, sit on the bottom shelf and run away in five minutes. And even better, when, without asking the opinions of others, they begin to pour all sorts of stinks... Well, okay, this is no longer about the hotel.
Everything around is beautiful, there are nooks and crannies where you can relax, but, for some reason, only one shower (there is a queue), well, a very slippery floor, I personally verified this, then I had to prove to my husband that the bruise on the pope was the result of landing on someone slate)). Hamam: I personally do not understand what a pleasure it is to wallow on a warm stone, my husband likes it. So, going into the hammam, you can see several bodies on this big stone, raging children around, pouring water on everyone and everything. I recommend using the hammam for its intended purpose - for washing. At the entrance to the right and left there are small rooms also with a heated stone, where you can wonderfully make foam massage to each other. The children gladly soaked their dad, I foamed the children from heels to the crown, and the climax is mom's bath - the children are just delighted)). I recommend, save on peeling))) The main thing is not to forget to clean up after yourself.
And, here's another shortcoming - the locks in many lockers in the locker room do not work. Personally, I don’t really worry about things, we leave the same on the beach and by the pool. But somehow it’s not nice or something, in such a hotel to have broken locks in the doors)))
Conclusion. Liked the hotel. We have the most pleasant impressions. Its main advantage is novelty. The hotel is clean, tidy, there are no chipped tiles, mold, greasy. Very comfortable for families. I would like to believe that, despite all the quirks of guests who have gone too far with alcohol, the staff will retain their most friendly attitude towards vacationers. Will I return? Possibly, but not in season. The more guests - the more all sorts of unpleasant little things appear.

The only thing is that on the very first day I had to remind several times (both by phone and in person) that they would make a bed for the second child, or at least bring a set. And when at nine in the evening we came to the room to go to bed, but did not bring anything, it was unpleasant, of course. Moreover, the harmful children refused to sleep together (I wanted to leave all the disassembly until the morning). Everything was resolved, but, as they say, the sediment remained. And a couple of times they forgot about our room, as such we don’t need cleaning, just asked to change the towels, they didn’t dry out at all even on the balcony.
About the territory. I would not say that it is very big, but you can’t call it small either. Everything is well planned, so there is no feeling of fullness in the hotel. There is where to walk, there is where to be in silence. It is a pity, of course, that many pines reacted to interference during construction. But, almost next to each such pine tree, new ones have already been planted, so I think the hotel will be able to retain one of its advantages - “greenfinch”.
I was pleased with the playground: both the shade, the sun, and the grass that was still fresh at that time. But not enough! For so many children, and there are almost more of them than adults, the playground is obviously small. I would like to believe that the management will find an opportunity to expand children's areas.
About children's entertainment. My daughter loves kids clubs. She likes to be in a team and do something together. The son, on the contrary, is not swirling, but if he finds out that they will bake cookies, for example, or an ice cream trip is planned, then he will not miss this business, but only with his sister. This time we visited the kids club only a few times. Not because I didn’t like something, my daughter just learned to swim! Therefore, when the question was: to the club or to the pool, then, naturally, the pool outweighed. And here's something about the pool. One of the criteria for choosing a hotel was a heated pool, because. it is clear that in early May the water will not warm up yet. But, alas and ah, shortly before our arrival, the heating was turned off. My cant, inattentively studied the concept of the hotel. Everything would be fine, but for children the water is clearly cold, especially in the water park. My several times tried to ride the slides, but did not dare. And if they decided, then they warmed themselves on the stoves.
And only on the very last day (May 9) they went wild there, the water became a little warmer. There are two heated pools - indoor in the SPA center and outdoors with sea water. After turning off the heating, this one with sea water remained warmer than the rest.
About the sea. Delivery to the beach on a boat is an additional entertainment for children. They are delighted! In general, our children do not like to swim in the sea, they are afraid of the size, they are more comfortable in the pool. But on this trip to the beach with us, they went almost without persuasion, because. we will ride a boat and eat ice cream))) And my son still really liked opening and closing the door of the boat. During our stay, there were no special problems with the crossing, we had to wait a couple of times. But somehow we were not particularly nervous about this, the shampoo probably helped))) The beach is large, clean, convenient entrance to the sea. The water feels warmer than the pool. There were no special queues at the bar either, everything was within the bounds of decency.
Yes, the lack of direct access to the sea is a minus, especially for lovers of morning swims, like my husband, for example. I was saved from his indignation only by the fact that it was quite cool at night, and there was no particular desire to swim at dawn. But there is a way out here too: you can walk along Mardan (a bit far, of course) and swim on the outskirts of its beach. We talked with the guard, according to him, no one will be kicked out if they do not try to go further into the territory of Mardan Palace.
About food. Oh, no matter how hard I tried to limit myself, extra pounds stuck to my round hips : )) Well, I want to try everything. Some liked it, some not so much. I think everyone will find something to their liking. Breakfast is standard: eggs in all forms, pancakes, pancakes, buns, jams, cheeses, etc. Here, by the way, is another nuance: after 9 in the morning there were problems with tea and dessert spoons. True, we had breakfast so late three times, but all three times it was exactly like that))) We have never been to lunch in the main restaurant, we ate either in the snack restaurant on the menu (very tasty) or had a snack on the beach (also delicious). For dinner, the main dishes were not repeated, perhaps in a few days there is a repetition, several types of side dishes. One of the evenings was fish, people gathered shrimp in basins. I do not eat them, according to my husband, they were not the most successful.
The main restaurant is a place where you can immediately determine the degree of occupancy of the hotel and experience all the delights of overcrowding. I must admit that even at the peak (weekends) there were no problems with free tables, but you need to sit as close as possible to the location of the waiters (where they have bedside tables with cutlery and napkins), then you will be noticed faster, and on the table drinks will appear faster. The guys and girls are great, they are trying. There are not enough of them, so there are periodically some minor troubles. We always asked to bring a bottle of champagne right away and leave it for self-service, it was never refused. There are queues, but they are for dishes that are immediately prepared. We adapted like this: my husband is standing in line, and at this time I am trying to feed the children. The children are fed, released for ice cream - that's it, we can safely enjoy the food. To sit in silence is in a la carte. I liked it better in fish (also called Greek), my husband in Italian, in international cuisine everything is delicious, but they served for a very long time, the child fell asleep. I haven’t been to an Asian restaurant (I went to Istanbul on an excursion), according to my husband, the duck is the sole, the rolls are tastier in our supermarket, something like that.
That's what, as they say. The most annoying moment during the whole holiday for my husband was the salt. Yes, it is the salt in the salt shakers, it is larger than the holes. At first, he thought that it was only in street salt shakers that such a problem, the salt was damp, but no. Someone will laugh, someone will miss this message. And suddenly, this is important to someone, so keep in mind)))
As for alcohol, we somehow drank more champagne, which suited us. It supports a positive attitude well))) My husband took Chivas Regal whiskey several times, he said - native, not added.
About animation. Animation is, I can’t say more, because. do not participate - lazy. We don't live to see the evening shows. Once we tried to watch a dance show, fifteen minutes was enough, the children fell asleep in our arms. We thought we would take it to the room and return, but alas, sleep won, old age is not a joy)))
About SPA. It’s not very good to go to the SPA with beach towels, maybe at least provide for an exchange for clean and dry ones. Or maybe something has already changed by the time I got to the review))). The sauna is hot, but for some reason many people forget that the sauna is a dry heat. Wet bath - this is in the next door. And every, to put it mildly, drunk man considers it his duty to come in and be sure to pour some water on the stones, sit on the bottom shelf and run away in five minutes. And even better, when, without asking the opinions of others, they begin to pour all sorts of stinks... Well, okay, this is no longer about the hotel.
Everything around is beautiful, there are nooks and crannies where you can relax, but, for some reason, only one shower (there is a queue), well, a very slippery floor, I personally verified this, then I had to prove to my husband that the bruise on the pope was the result of landing on someone slate)). Hamam: I personally do not understand what a pleasure it is to wallow on a warm stone, my husband likes it. So, going into the hammam, you can see several bodies on this big stone, raging children around, pouring water on everyone and everything. I recommend using the hammam for its intended purpose - for washing. At the entrance to the right and left there are small rooms also with a heated stone, where you can wonderfully make foam massage to each other. The children gladly soaked their dad, I foamed the children from heels to the crown, and the climax is mom's bath - the children are just delighted)). I recommend, save on peeling))) The main thing is not to forget to clean up after yourself.
And, here's another shortcoming - the locks in many lockers in the locker room do not work. Personally, I don’t really worry about things, we leave the same on the beach and by the pool. But somehow it’s not nice or something, in such a hotel to have broken locks in the doors)))
Conclusion. Liked the hotel. We have the most pleasant impressions. Its main advantage is novelty. The hotel is clean, tidy, there are no chipped tiles, mold, greasy. Very comfortable for families. I would like to believe that, despite all the quirks of guests who have gone too far with alcohol, the staff will retain their most friendly attitude towards vacationers. Will I return? Possibly, but not in season. The more guests - the more all sorts of unpleasant little things appear.
