The big disadvantage of this hotel is its remote location from Antalya airport. Transfer from the airport to the hotel for at least 3 hours. Location by nature and sea is 5+. Very picturesque place, but far from the main attractions, such as Pumacale.

Rested family with two children: 15 years and 2 years. Minuses:
- in the family (two-room suites with jacuzzi) the windows overlook only the water park and disco area, the music screams day and night. After complaining several times, the disco ended at 12 at night, not at 2. During the day, because of the screaming music, it is also difficult to put the child to sleep.
80% of vacationers with children, there were at most 10 people at the disco, it is not clear what audience the hotel is oriented to;
- the territory of the hotel is very small, it consists of three zones: the hotel building itself, from which the exit is immediately to the street, across the road along which cars drive another section of the hotel - there is one pool and 4 slides, a bar, a stage and disco area and a beach;
- the road to the beach, it's not even the second line, but rather the third. First you need to walk along the street, cross the road, then walk through the rainwater sewage tunnel under another road;
- the a la carte restaurant is completely tasteless, unlike their usual food;
- Internet is normal only in the lobby bar, did not work in the room.
Pros:
- gorgeous, clean, transparent sea, but immediately deep. The beach is fine pebbles, almost like sand;
- very good food, varied. There was always meat, fish, a variety of vegetables, salads, cold appetizers, desserts, fruits. There is something to feed the children;
- local alcohol, but good, my head never hurt. Gin, rum, tequila, available 24/7 in the lobby bar;
- the hotel was built in 2016, our room was in excellent condition, everything worked, it was cleaned normally, 1 time in 2 days;
- mostly resting Turks, Ukrainians and very few Russians!

Of the hotels offered by the tour operator for 1 night, this one turned out to be the best option according to reviews, although it was far away, just behind Mahmutlar. We drove about half an hour from Alanya.

We had a rest with friends of four. All adults. Arrived at the hotel before dinner. We were given a 2-room deluxe room with a spa bath (they said it's a bonus). On the 5th floor. The room is great. 2 bathrooms. Balcony to the east. Everything is new, everything worked.

Dinner: quite varied even for 5 stars. The bar has everything you want. But dilute, as everywhere. Breakfast can also be chosen for different tastes. At night they tried hydromassage. It works poorly. Tap water is not very warm. While taking a massage, you can freeze. So there will be no benefit from such a massage.

And another minus: it stinks of sewage.
You need to cover all the sewer openings and close the door to the bathroom, then not so much, but still audible. I don't know if it's just in our room. Although it is strange, the hotel is new, and problems with sewerage are brewing.

Well, the beach across the road, on the transition, pebbles, clean water, the sunset is normal, there is a pontoon with bridges. But a very small area of the beach of this hotel. There are not enough sunbeds all the time. People are literally fighting for a place under the sun. And we were in the second half of September. And what happens in the season, it is better not to know.

We rested with my husband and my youngest eight-year-old son, during the school autumn holidays of 2018, the end of October - the beginning of November . .
We were looking for the warmest place on the coast of Turkey at that time . . Let it not be the most beautiful, but it will certainly be warm...
The trip from the airport in Antalya to the hotel took about 3 hours... a long time, of course, but what can not be done for the sake of the warm sea))
We arrived at the hotel closer to 20.00, put on bracelets, went to dinner, got the keys to the room on the second floor in the right wing.
The hotel itself is impressive - new, clean, comfortable. . The rooms are spacious, everything is whole and new, a bathroom with a large shower. . A large balcony with a safe high outer wall.
The restaurant is relatively clean, there is a lot of different food... there is a dietary corner, there is a children's corner with non-children's food))).
Fruits, sweets - always in large quantities . . Dairy / sour-milk - everything is also delicious . .
Personally, my husband and I fell in love with pickled spicy anchovies... I can’t find such anywhere in our country))
In general, the hotel, room and restaurant - a solid five...
Next up is the area. . . Here it is sadder... it is small. There is not enough territory for such a large hotel... We were in the fall, at the end of the season, with no more than 30% occupancy... where people are placed in the season - it is not at all clear...
Near the pool with slides - a couple of dozens of sun loungers, Indoor pool - the same picture...
Beach... in turn:
The sea is gorgeous, the sunset is stones of different sizes, the water is clean . . Cleanest. At the time of our stay 26-27 degrees. Air temperature during the day 25-30.
The beach area for such a hotel is very small... as I wrote, at that time there were very few people in the hotel, and the beach was packed...
That is, in the summer it will not be possible to find a place there - or you will have to come to the beach at 7 in the morning)... It’s good that there were no vacationers on the beach of the neighboring hotel (on the left) - we went to swim on their half))
There is a hamam, a bathhouse, a salt room too... Without massages - everything is free.
The children's room was closed.
The slides are good - the child had fun, he always found a company for himself . . Slides - 5, worked according to the schedule 2 + 2 hours, there were no queues
Every evening there were concert programs, from 40 minutes to an hour . . Interesting... But, the evenings were already very cool for hours of sitting on the street.
10-15 minutes from the hotel, behind a banana grove, there are pharmacies, shops and cafes . . We didn’t go to Alanya - I didn’t want to))
Now about the inconsistencies with the description of the hotel on the sites...
They write that the hotel is on the 1st line - this is not true . . To the sea you need to cross the road at a pedestrian crossing, walk past another hotel, and go through an underground passage... In general, it's 3 minutes . . It happens that in Egyptian hotels, which are really on the first line, because of the huge areas from the building to the beach you go three times longer, more))
.
. . . And 5* UAI, I didn't find these ultras, honestly - I searched and didn't find. . .
But, I liked the hotel, and the rest in it too - even very much.
We took the tour at very attractive prices, which is doubly pleasant... But in the summer I would not go to it - the kingdom is not enough)))... And for autumn - super! )

The sea is near the road, the beach area is not large, you will have to fight for sunbeds and umbrellas. Particularly smart people got up at dawn and ran to the beach to reserve sunbeds by leaving their personal belongings. This is one of the main disadvantages. On trifles: the cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired, then the garbage will be forgotten to be thrown out of the bucket (the one in the room), then the soap and ryel accessories in branded jars are exposed stained. A separate song about the restaurant. If you don’t have time to start the meal, there is a chance that there will be nothing left, or you will eat standing up. By the end of the stated lunch time, the staff tries to quickly clear everything, including from your table, without asking you if you need your plates. Immediately, nearby appliances and napkins are removed in front of you, thereby apparently hinting that it's time to dump. ??? ? Pros: modern, rich design of the hotel itself, free safe in the room, which is not everywhere, but not uncommon.

We stayed at this hotel with our family in September 2018. I definitely do not recommend the hotel. In this review, I will try to objectively state all the pros and cons of the hotel based on my own experience of staying in other hotels. Let's start with the minuses, because, in my opinion, after these minuses, there is no point in reading pluses, and the desire to visit this hotel will disappear (personally, I would never go there again and would not recommend it to anyone): - The hotel has no territory. … More ▾ We stayed at this hotel with our family in September 2018.
I definitely do not recommend the hotel.
In this review, I will try to objectively state all the pros and cons of the hotel based on my own experience of staying in other hotels.
Let's start with the minuses, because, in my opinion, after these minuses, there is no point in reading pluses, and the desire to visit this hotel will disappear (personally, I would never go there again and would not recommend it to anyone):
- The hotel has no territory. There is absolutely nowhere to spend time, even nowhere to walk. We were forced to drive to the nearby Utopia Hotel, pay $50 per person for admission, to spend time there enjoying a wonderful holiday. Returning to Lumos was very sad;
- lack of vegetation on the territory, with the exception of a few potted palm trees and a small corner near the playground;
- lack of integrity of the hotel.
A swimming pool with slides, a playground, and a place for evening "performances" are located across the road from the hotel, on which cars drive. Access to the beach is also across the road, through a rather dumb underpass.
- the beach is not well maintained, not guarded, with broken and dirty sunbeds. More like a regular city beach. The signs with the name of the hotel are torn and rusty, which indicates that no one maintains the condition of the hotel. In the bar on the beach from drinks only water, beer, wine, a miserable likeness of juice, cola and that's it. From food - base fast - food (fries, spaghetti, and fried convenience foods, apples or oranges). Gozleme is baked on the beach for two hours a day, but there is such a queue that it’s a pity to spend this time waiting for a cake (a friend stood for 40 minutes).
Also, the beach is not actually cleaned, the tables at the sun loungers are lined with empty glasses.
- nutrition. The hotel clearly does not have the right to be positioned as a 5 star ultra all inclusive.
The food is monotonous, not tasty. It seems like there is relatively little food, but most of it is actually not edible. Incomprehensible bony fish (for 11 days there was never a normal fish), grilled chicken waste (I can’t name it otherwise, I don’t even know what these parts are called, but in our city they are bought by pensioners who have no opportunity to buy something better), everywhere there is actually not edible parts of poorly fried minced meat. For 11 days of normal food was: twice mashed potatoes, twice for dinner grilled veal, twice for dinner lamb, once grilled turkey. For lunch, the top of the line is grilled chicken wings/legs. Edible soup was once or twice. The only good thing was the breakfasts and desserts.
Do not be fooled by beautiful pictures on Instagram with seafood, shrimp, crabs. It doesn't happen there. Although it may happen. Once a year, for example.
- lack of food for children.
If you are traveling with a child, this hotel is definitely not for you. The first days I just had a panic, and we attacked the guide to move us to another hotel. So the children's menu is only dinner and includes french fries, spaghetti, fried sausages or nuggets. All. From the common table: for breakfast every day the only porridge is rice milk. For lunch, soups are clearly not for children - mushroom and tomato with vermicelli. Once there was a vegetable, but it was so terrible that the child categorically refused to eat. Yes, and so are we. The child ate spaghetti with boiled chicken all day for lunch and dinner, since there was nothing to eat at all.
- the drinks. Here is a separate issue. What is ultra all inclusive by international standards? This is when part of the imported drinks is included in the tour price. Here the situation is different. In addition to the fact that the concept of the hotel includes only local drinks, they are either made randomly or more or less drinks are missing for three days.
Wine is the most common cheap table wine. There is champagne in the lobby bar, but it is more like lemonade with vodka and it is difficult to drink it. But even this drink was missing for three days. Local whiskey leaves much to be desired. Separately about cocktails. When I realized that I had nothing to drink, I decided to have a cocktail. But what they did to us made us leave it untouched on the table. So, the Mojito cocktail was made by mixing two green and white liquids and one piece of lemon in a glass. Something like this. But they didn't even bother with local martinis, baileys, etc. The only thing that made the lobby-bar look like a lobby-bar was Turkish coffee. All.
- Terrible housekeeping. After cleaning, dust and dirt remain. Mom had a balcony in the room, no one ever washed it, the floor was just black. For three days they generally forgot to clean us, although we turned on the notice “clean the room”.
- the hotel is terribly stuffy.
There is nothing to breathe in the whole hotel, there are simply no air conditioning systems or they are not in working mode. The only place where you can take a breath from the heat is the lobby - bar, near the air conditioner in the main restaurant and in the room, if it gets cold.
- lack of animation and entertainment. From animation - modest, monotonous, base evening performances. There is simply nothing to do in the evenings - there is no animation, there is no territory, stuffiness is everywhere (due to the lack of greenery and taking into account the fact that the pool is surrounded by a hotel building, which heats up during the day, and everything, even on the street near the pool is impossible, very stuffy and cramped ). There aren’t even really any cafes, at least some small modest park, alley.
- Complete lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Even with the balcony closed, it is very difficult to fall asleep. When before eleven at night, when before 4 in the morning. But there is only one fact - the music in the room with the balcony closed is the same as with the open one, it is heard very loudly.
- some of the rooms overlook the roadway (those with a sea view, but the sea is not visible)) with a view of the shops and trash cans and all night long it is provided to hear the noise of passing trucks, trucks and mopeds, as well as a nearby disco. When we were given such a number, I wanted to pack my things in the morning and at least run away somewhere. But, fortunately, we were moved to another room.
- lack of entertainment and animation for children, with the exception of a playground near the roadway in the sun and a children's room (indoors) of 18 square meters, where there is simply nothing to do. Even in the most hopeless situation, I did not send my child there. Mini disco primitive and every day the same thing.
There is also a room with paid entertainment, such as air hockey. But we didn't go there.
- low level of service. We had two vouchers - for my husband and me and a child, and separately for a disabled mother.
Even from Kharkov, we asked that they give us QUIET rooms and NEARBY, since my mother is disabled. When we arrived, we were settled in different blocks, which even had an entrance from different parts of the building. In addition, my mother had a room where there was a disco nearby until four in the morning. And we were given a room, as I said, with a view of the roadway, and garbage containers (first floor).
In addition, we were traveling for a wedding anniversary and two more weeks I warned the hotel about this so that we could decorate the room, as I usually do in normal hotels. But, unfortunately, on this day, it wasn’t that the room wasn’t decorated for us, it wasn’t even cleaned. The only thing they brought was a plate of fruit, which is already everywhere.
- the hotel is not invested after its foundation. Yes, the hotel building is beautiful. But during the period of its existence, something has gone out of order and no one is doing anything for this (torn leather sofas in Patisari, signs by the sea are dirty and torn, sunbeds are broken, etc. ).
There are many more to list, but I think this is enough.
From the pros:
- beautiful interior of the hotel itself;
- well-furnished and beautiful rooms;
- friendly gest relation Ekaterina and a representative of the Spa - Marina (perhaps, these are the only friendly people from the staff who are ready to explain something or help in some way);
- fast responding and good rescuers (I personally saved two people before my eyes when there was a storm);
- beautiful sea (but this is not the merit of the hotel);
- good breakfasts;
- delicious sweets.
This is where the list of positives ends.

In general, for the money you can find a much better hotel.
I hope my review will be useful to someone.

Who wants silence at night, settle in another place. The rooms correspond to the description and photos of the hotel. Bedding and towels are clean. The room was cleaned well (tips were left every other day). The food is good (there were always two types of meat and fish (except breakfast). A lot of sweets, a lot of fruits (apples, pears, grapes, plums, peaches, melons and watermelon, dried apricots, two types of raisins) you definitely won’t be hungry. As for a woman good wine (there was white, red, pink). I liked that the tea was brewed, not bags. Delicious ice cream (4 types). Animation - I watched a malicious aunt twice, who looked more like a strict teacher at school, and not a cheerful animator The beach is good, but very stuffed with sunbeds. The entry is not for children, almost immediately deep. The beach bar is open from 10.00 to 17.00, I didn’t go to the hotel for lunch, I dined at the bar (meat, rice, potatoes, vegetables, which there were always fruit). doesn't pull anymore.
RESULT: I recommend the hotel for a holiday without children. Water slides and a playground across the road from the hotel (cars rarely drive, but they do). The road to the sea also passes through the road where the traffic is more active. Entry into the water for children is heavy and almost immediately not shallow.

On one tourist resource (on which, I can’t indicate here, it is competing), information appeared from the first tourists who went to this hotel. In a nutshell - a nightmare and horror, TO resettled tourists. The hotel in no way corresponds to the declared category, and, in general, is not suitable for recreation. The photos on the booking do not correspond to reality, the transition to the beach is just catacombs.
