A very polite Anastasia works behind the reception desk, she is always happy to help you. If you want a room with a sea view, it is better to book it immediately upon purchase. The hotel extra charge for it is very expensive. The rooms are modern and cleaned every day. There is a minibar and kettle. All hygiene items. What pleased me was free Wi-Fi everywhere: in the room, in the restaurant and even on the beach. The food is great! Variety for every taste! Lots of salads, grilled vegetables, fish, meat and pastries. Lots of fruits: tangerines, oranges, apples, kiwi, pears, quince, small bananas, strawberries, medlar, watermelon. Everything is fresh and yummy. Ice cream, waffles. The staff is polite.
The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles and almost immediately deep. Not very comfortable for small children. I didn't like the local wine. The territory is small, but beautiful, green, many flowers, everything is within walking distance. There are places to relax and have fun. Animation is great! There is an indoor pool. Not far from the hotel stop and market for tourists, pharmacies and exchange office, shops. Enjoyed the holiday, I recommend this hotel!

Also, refrigerators with water were constantly replenished, they took as much water as needed.

The food for adults is very varied and, for example, they give you only a couple of hours for dinner, but nothing ends until the very end of the dinner and there are no queues. They offer a grill, they do very well. Lots of vegetables and fruits. The lobby bar is open from 10 am to 11 pm. The snack bar is open until 24.00. Alcohol of local production. There are two a la carte restaurants. Turkish and Italian cuisine. Turkish is nothing but Italian is not bad at all. The entertainment is quite good, there are three good slides for both adults and children. The staff is very good and all are friendly. But as for the excursion program, Turkey will still lose to Egypt. And there is no such underwater world here. Too bad we didn't find any locals. Went to the local market. We are going to this hotel with the family in July 2020 for the third time. We have been to Turkey more than 10 times, so there is something to compare with. Liked almost everything. They settled right away (arrived at 21:30), they gave a wonderful room, with a view of the sea and the pool, at no extra charge (room 430, ideal rooms from... 22 to... 33). The room has a safe and a mini-bar (free of charge), a kettle with a set of tea and coffee, a TV with 4 Russian channels.
The food in the main restaurant is excellent, there has always been fish, cold and hot seafood, boiled tongues. There were dishes of both European and national cuisine. In the morning a wide variety of pastries. For lunch and especially for dinner, delicious desserts, lots of fruit. Freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For kids - a children's restaurant with small tables and a children's menu. There are places where you can eat fast food, pizza, gozlime and fruits during the day. From 14:00 to 16:00 in the "POOL BAR" very tasty ice cream.
There are many refrigerators with water, iced tea, lemonade, yoghurts, fruit milk and ayran on the green and well-groomed territory. Bars open from 10:00, the last disco closes at 02:00. Alcohol is local, but of very good quality, beer - "TUBORG". Animation worked all day, with short breaks (morning and water gymnastics, darts, fitness, etc. ), evening shows were staged mainly by a local team, but there were also invited artists.
For children there is a mini club. Good baths - steam room, sauna and hammam. The indoor pool will cool you down nicely. The water park with 3 slides will please both children and adults. I can’t say anything about the outdoor pools, only that they are there and look clean (we swam in the sea). There is a gym with a lot of exercise machines (free of charge).
