The hotel, judging by the information on their website, was supposed to open only on the 15th. Today is 19. There are no reviews on TripAdvisor or Booking.com. The only negative information that seems to be spreading across travel sites appeared on TopHotels. There are no reviews there either, only a comment from a Ukrainian travel agency that they were allegedly sent a photo report by tourists who are already at the hotel. However, there are no photographs. The hotel we are going to soon also opened recently. In the last days of April. The first reviews on TripAdvisor (there are now 9 of them) began to appear on May 5-6. On booking - and even later (now there are only 4 reviews). I would have acted as follows - I would have waited for real reviews of tourists. Or she wrote to the hotel's infobox with a request to send real photos, because on their website, as before, there are only rendered pictures. And I would also look at this hotel and reviews about it on German, British, Italian, Polish and Baltic travel sites.

Where I saw this warning, there were photos! And I didn't like them, to say the least.
I am also going to a new hotel, but in September, now I am waiting for real feedback. So far only 4, good ones, and not from ours :)
But if I had a choice - to go to Lumos now or choose another hotel, I would definitely choose another one.

I don’t know if this question is still relevant, but I found the official Facebook of the hotel, on which there are no horrors dispersed on Russian-language tourist forums. The hotel is definitely on the second line. According to the sensations from the video, 400 meters from the beach. I don't see anything tragic in this. You will need to go along the road past another hotel and cross the road, most likely through an underpass. The area is small but nice. There are a lot of German and Turkish reviews on Facebook. Nobody complains. A SPA zone, a gym and a children's room are open. The photos of the rooms are nice too. Of course, this is no deluxe. This is a chamber city hotel. Well, the prices for it, sorry, were just great. I don’t know how it is now, but in March it was possible for two to buy a Seaview for a week for $700. Three months ago, the agency offered me this hotel. Thank you Pachok, they managed to dissuade me. By the way, I also saw this review about Lumos on a tourist resource, I watch it periodically. I booked a hotel in Side in Belarus, I’m flying in three weeks.

And then on the FB of the hotel everything is decorously noble and not a single German has yet written that he moved with a scandal.
