Immediately I make an amendment that we were resting two adults without children. The hotel seemed too noisy to us and did not live up to all expectations.
We took an individual transfer from Antalya, drove 1 hour 15 minutes. We arrived at the hotel around 17.00, check-in took about half an hour. Room with sea view on the 3rd floor, as booked, good. The big disadvantage of this type of room is that in the afternoon the sun and the walls get very hot, so you go out on the balcony until midnight like in a bathhouse. And yet, under the number of the terrace of the restaurant and I woke up every morning to the sound of dishes. And since the room is spacious, the air conditioner is conveniently located in the corridor, it does not blow on the bed. The electricity does not turn off when you leave the room, because it does not work from the card in the slot. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower cubicle is narrow. Comfortable mattresses and a large closet with lots of hangers. There is a kettle, disposable cups and a tea and coffee set, which for some reason was replenished only after a reminder. Slippers, bathrobes (very shabby), there are cosmetics. The minibar was replenished regularly with soft drinks, beer and snacks. The rooms are in need of a major overhaul. The room was cleaned regularly, normally, but for some reason always immediately after dinner, when I wanted to sleep.
Nice green area. Very positive and pleasant staff, mostly speaking Russian, English and German.
The food is average in the main restaurant (compared to pre-pandemic times), there are queues, few Turkish sweets (they were in the usual volume only on Turkish nights), there are packaged juices, fresh juices, ice cream, a lot of fruit.
We visited the fish Ala Carte, really liked the food, the location on the seashore and the service.
The beach is large pebbly, wooden paths are laid. The gazebos on the beach are constantly empty, but occupied with towels. Very narrow awnings are stretched, under which you can completely hide the sunbed only across.
Entry into the water is pebbly and rather steep, I went into safety shoes.
Of the pluses, I can note: free gazebos, hotel transfer to Alanya and Manavgat / Side, a relaxation pool where families with children break through, but the security politely asks them to leave (but at the end of the holiday, even there were not always free places), towels change from 8.00 until 19.00, which is very convenient.
Cons: far from the airport and shops, when the hotel is fully loaded, there are too many people, the main pool is packed to capacity (no social distance), occupying sunbeds and gazebos from 6 in the morning is some kind of trash! Imported alcoholic drinks only in the lobby bar and in the evening in the Temple bar.
We had a good holiday, but we won't go again. We will look for something quieter and closer to the airport.
The staff at the hotel was very clean. The staff is friendly. The waiters are generally well done - they did their job wonderfully and tried very hard to keep up even when the hotel was crowded with people in the second half of the holiday (they opened flights with the Russian Federation). Then it became noisy, a lot of people, queues formed with plates in restaurants, etc. This was perhaps one of the most embarrassing moments.
The hotel is beautiful, a piano player often played in the lobby, nice atmosphere. The rooms were also good, no complaints about them. The animation was top notch, it was always fun and there was something to do. Animation and hotel staff - respect. Evening programs were also always interesting and varied. Food is ok. The food was delicious, plentiful and varied.
The beach is sandy with small pebbles. It wasn't a problem for the kids either. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed. There are 5 pools for every taste, there are also slides (adults will also like them)).
Not far from the hotel there is a stop from where you can go to Alanya, Kemer and Antalya. There are places to walk.
We went to Alanya and Land of Legends (highly recommend). It was a wonderful vacation. Definitely recommend this hotel to families with children, couples, young people and the elderly. This is one of those hotels where you want to return.
Animation - Michael organized everything. Aerobics, yoga, pilates, shooting, competitions. Live music in the evening. Real rest. Every day on the hotel bus you can go to Alanya, Side or Manavgat for free during the day or in the evening, you just need to sign up in advance. The service is excellent. Pebble beach, but the water is clearer than sandy. The best hotel in Alanya. And the audience is decent, I have never seen anyone drunk to the point of stupor. The hotel team is working hard. Some Germans have stayed 50 or more times in the deluxe.
And there is no place to store things with money, bodies, passports before departure, you drag along the beach with bags all day, and you will also have nowhere to change clothes at the airport, except at the push, they sent me at the reception when I asked the room to change. Swimsuits are not allowed in the beach cafe if you are late for lunch in tech. 1.5 hours, then you remain hungry, or go get dressed completely and then you have to do it before 15.00. Smoking is absolutely everywhere, there is nothing to breathe, no one forbids.
Places by the pool and the sea are always occupied with towels from 7 in the morning, you will never find a place, the hotel does not care about that either.
The hotel has almost no boring animation, imported dance numbers only in the evening. The beach is large pebbles, you can't even walk a meter without shoes. Guide Intourist lit on the Turkish. foam sauna - do not take it, complete crap, squeezed out the foam and washed off, no massage. The Internet is bad, almost never catches normally. The only positive is the food and the area
We enjoyed our stay and will return to this hotel again and again.
