And only the next day after the complaints we were moved
Nothing good can be said about cleaning.
Our room was only cleaned once
All other days we just put towels
Didn't make a bed
Wasn't picking up trash
2 times delivered cosmetics
Dirty dishes in the dining room, dirty corridors
Toilets on site are paper-forgotten, faucets are leaking
On the street near the restaurants, all the chairs are dirty and tattered.
Everywhere water from the sewerage and an unpleasant smell
The waiters are not suitable, you have to do everything yourself
You need to wait more than 20 minutes for a mojito at the bar
On Saturday at 23:15 our relatives arrived
At the reception they could not check in because their database was frozen
They were sent to a late dinner which starts at 23:30
I completely filled out all the documents, put them in piles
While the person who was supposed to do it was talking on the phone
We received the first number at 00:30
We received 3 more numbers 01:20
And we waited another 40 minutes for the last number as they couldn't find the registration at all
Checked into the room at 02:00!!
In total we needed 5 rooms
Since there were 8 adults and 4 children
We asked for rooms on at least one floor.
As a result, we have rooms on 2.3, 4.6 floors
They said to come the next day they can do everything perfectly
But they didn't do anything
At the reception, we were promised that they had a failure in the database, we will not be evicted at 12:00
That they will make an exception for their mistake and check out will be 2 hours before the transfer arrives for us
As a result, the end of the holiday came, we approach the reception and they tell us that this did not happen
The girl who sent them to a late dinner said that she was not there that day.
The guy who checked in and promised that check out would not be at 12:00 said that he didn’t say anything like that at all
And in general, we are to blame because we checked into the hotel after 00:00
At our request from the general manager to turn on the cameras and see everything, to show how it was, we were refused
Nobody wanted to talk to us, everyone ran away somewhere
They pretended not to understand us, they spoke Turkish
They said that the rooms are all already occupied, but if we pay extra, we can stay in our room
As a result, from 5 rooms, only one room was left for 12 people !! ! And only 2 hours
We have never seen such a disgusting attitude from the staff.
Brazen and even lie right in the face
If you want to have a good rest and not have problems, I do not recommend this hotel.

Such dirt in hotels in Turkey has not been seen for a long time. Dirt everywhere - in the main restaurant, rubbish, stains, hair. The tables on the terrace of the main restaurant are dirty, they have not been washed for a year, cats are jumping on the tables. They will put a dirty, wrinkled, gray napkin and cutlery in disposable packaging on the table, where moths will lie with them or the cutlery will be poorly washed. You can't call the waiters, they constantly confuse who ordered what. The main feature of this hotel is low-skilled staff, I don’t know where they were recruited, no one trains them. The staff from the cleaners to the management do not speak any language other than Turkish. They will come to your room without knocking, opening the door with their key when they need to.
If you are lucky enough to find an employee who understands you, this does not mean that he will fulfill your request, it means that he will stupidly score on you and your problems!
We contacted the reception and the guest service 5 times with a request to change slippers and bring bath accessories for the child. The result is zero. In the main restaurant, the food is monotonous, there are not enough staff, they don’t look after cleanliness, they don’t process tables after each visitor (unlike other hotels where all tables are disinfected). Temperature screening only in the evening. On the beach, dirt in the trash cans, on sun loungers, dirty diapers in the locker room will hang on the handle for 3 days, then the staff will throw them into the bushes of the locker room for 2 days, as a result they will be removed. Dirty towels from the beach you have to drag through the hotel to the main building in the heat, because the hotel is so comfortable! And they don't want to put a towel clerk closer to the beach.
The hotel also considers its wide coastline near the sea to be its advantage. But excuse me, when it is covered in rubbish, the sand heats up very much and it is impossible to walk even in slippers, the management does not think that it is possible to lay wooden paths to the sea?
All animation is in Turkish! Animators without knowledge of English! They are not even interested in the fact that children from other countries are resting in the hotel, they stupidly announced in Turkish and the fact that the children did not understand anything does not interest them. Turkish games! Why are you selling this hotel to other countries, if you have evening animation for adults - Turkish singers every day and children's animation in Turkish?
There is practically no Internet in the hotel, it is very bad! You will have to update the wi-fi data every time!
With all the advantages of the hotel in the form of beautiful nature, vast territory, clear sea, all the dirt from communicating with the staff and around the hotel makes this hotel more inaccessible for us or for our friends! Having visited the hotel Kaya Palazzo the day before in the same price category, I want to say that Kaya Palazzo is worthy of all praise. Cleanliness, beauty, full compliance everywhere with COVID treatment standards, unobtrusive animation designed for tourists of all countries, listening to the requests of tourists. There were also shortcomings, but they tried to eliminate.
