The room is damp, the things left on the bed by the evening were already damp, but here, probably, the climate is peculiar. Needless to say, there was no mold anywhere. Huge minus - traffic, near the road. From five in the morning until late in the evening there was a lot of noise from the road, it was not realistic to open the balcony, we also slept with the balcony closed. To the sea about 7-10 minutes on foot, to the old town about 15 minutes. The owner is friendly, but we practically did not intersect with him. And vaunted pastries (according to other reviews) did not receive. Maybe they didn't like it. We will definitely return to Budva, but most likely to other apartments. Food is not included in these apartments. We ate in the city, but this is a completely different story, not related to the place of residence. The last photo is a view from the balcony. Black curtains in the room. Feelings are such a funeral home "You are welcome" But, as they say, the taste and color. Maybe it's okay for someone. Have a good holiday everyone!

Stayed four of us in a two bedroom suite. There is everything you need, even an iron and ironing board (we did not need it, but maybe someone needs it). Both bedrooms have air conditioning, one has a TV, good Wi-Fi, great view from the balcony. . . We only needed a microwave. Rested together from 12 to 19 June 2021, occupied an apartment on the second floor. The room is perfectly clean, everything works and a very nice atmosphere (the photo of the hotel on the website does not convey this)! The small kitchen has everything you need. The view from the balcony is simply amazing! Special thanks to the owner Milos.

I checked in immediately at 8 in the morning, by the way, we had an evening flight, we still swam in the morning without any problems, calmly packed up and left at about 15.00. Special thanks to the mother of Milos, who treated us to delicious pastries!
From the villa to the walls of the OLD TOWN 10 minutes, another 5 minutes and you are on MOGREN beach. Mega Market supermarket and Zelena pjaca bazaar are 10 minutes away. And very close to a small market, where we bought everything. The only thing to consider is a slight climb up the hill. For us, this was rather a plus, but for families with small children and the elderly, it can be a bit of a disappointment.
In the previous review, they wrote about the road, but we crossed calmly, along the transition, waiting for the cars to pass, often the cars slowed down and let us through. This did not affect our holiday in any way. We are the first time in Montenegro and just fell in love with this country and these people!! !

For those who want silence, this is not the place. Cars drive at a speed like on a highway, the window and balcony overlook the road. Ooooo noisy. Go to the sea, shops along a narrow road, where cars drive incessantly and there is no sidewalk. Very dangerous!! ! Did not like. So the apartments are good. But we can’t sit in them, and there is no silence and nature here.

We rested together on the first floor. Double room with extra sofa bed. Studio room. We were very pleased with our choice of villa! Excellent location, for us a small climb up the hill was not a problem, but a stunning view, excellent value for money-comfort-quality. Very hospitable host Milos and his mother.

Everything is clean, tidy, very comfortable, comfortable beds, all appliances in working order. Wifi worked well. A private terrace with a table and a view of the sea and mountains is a thrill!!!
