Let's start with the hotel itself: built in 2014, so everything is quite modern and in excellent condition. Separately stands on the mountain, quite a large area: there are 2 swimming pools, a tennis court.
The inside of the hotel looks great. Large spacious lobby with lots of space, a bar. Separate reading area. There are 3 elevators, but getting to the 6th floor was problematic
At the reception they are greeted warmly, but it is problematic to speak English with some employees (the same applies to most staff), since there are several Russian-speaking employees
Room: there is everything you need (hairdryer, towels, safe, personal accessories, air conditioning in every room, dryers, etc. ). Minibar with juice and water is updated every day, daily cleaning. Initially, the room was absolutely clean (maybe we were lucky)
Restaurant: the choice is large, in 5 days you can never repeat, although there are many specific foods that have always been skipped (salads in liquid). For all the time only once they did not find a place inside, but in extreme cases you can always settle down on the street. We did not have time to sit down, as they immediately asked what drinks to bring (for free). Removes dishes and trash instantly
The only thing that was a little disappointing was the beach. Honestly, it does not reach the level of 5 stars. Entry into the water meets with huge stones, it is easy to stumble in the evening, and a separate descent from the pier has a very limited area (buoys). The shore itself is covered with small pebbles, not sand, sun loungers without capes, so it is better to take a towel. There is another bar with a limited menu and some entertainment (volleyball, ping pong and so on), 2 showers, changing room
Swimming pool: quite large (about 20-25 meters), there are sun loungers all over the territory, but it was rarely possible to use them, as enterprising Poles occupy them with towels from 7 in the morning. The pool is always clean, the garbage around is also instantly removed. Works from 7 to 19 hours. There is a bar nearby, open all day. The bar (both this one and the lobby) has friendly staff who will even chat with you if they have time. I don’t advise you to take cocktails from the menu, it’s better to ask for your taste separately (for example, ice and lemon are also added to gin with sprite / tonic, this is much better than the Jin Fizz offered on the menu, and so on)
Music plays all day next to the pool, but it was heard even on our 6th floor from both balconies (from which, by the way, in the evening there was a beautiful view of all the surroundings and the sunset by the sea)
A separate program was a daily two-hour marathon by Alex from Poland, who swam along the pool without stopping
Large but repetitive animation program: crazy dart game by Thomas, water polo, volleyball, aqua aerobics, gymnastics and more. If you spend the whole day at the hotel by the pool, then for 2-3 days you will already have time to try out the whole program
There is a separate floor with spa treatments, a hammam and a gym, which would not hurt to visit most of the hotel guests. But they preferred to silently admire the beautiful form of the Pole Adam and his girlfriend (by the way, they were expected to become the best hotel couple in the competition)
During the day, the music was very diverse, which cannot be said about the parties in the evening, in the evenings the playlist almost did not change and there was a lot of music for the locals in it. One song to order was refused to be included even for money
Evening events were always delayed by 10-15 minutes, the competitions were very monotonous, but at least something.
During the evening program, you will be actively offered a hookah for 15 euros.
You need to understand that the Turkish hookah is very specific and not everyone will like it.
Some animators are very friendly and sociable, and some just want to fuck you with their commission for the sold ticket to the club ....There were two: Illusion and summer garden, we can only recommend the second one, since the first one played specific live music in Turkish, to which you can dance only after drinking enough, and this is not cheap in both clubs
On the -1 floor in front of the pool there are shops with clothes and all sorts of little things. A very cheerful and friendly guy works there, who constantly offers something to choose from. If anything, you can just answer him "maybe later" or "our party just begining, we'll come back later"
Be prepared for the lack of wi-fi outside the lobby, to access high-speed internet from the room and from the territory you need to pay 15 euros. Also, for the loss of cards, towels and other things, you may need to pay a large fine.
A nice bonus is that after checking out of the room, you can use all the services of the hotel until departure, you can only leave the hotel
Entrance to the sea - stones (not pebbles, but large rocky stones). When the sea is calm (4 days in two weeks, it is tolerable, but when it is stormy, you hit the stones in waves, there were cuts on your legs twice, bruises are the norm). At the end of the holiday, I swam in the pool, it was scary to leave crippled. On the beach there are good gazebos with awnings, but they always have dirty sheets. There are often strange people sleeping there at night. A beach man periodically rents sunbeds to strangers, not from the hotel, to people, and he is also very intrusive in relation to single women (to the point of an unpleasant desire not to come).
Show - the people take in advance, everywhere they smoke or hookah, or cigarettes, it is impossible to breathe. Audibility - I recorded the neighbors (men - Turks) on the audio, it was very annoying and spoiled the rest. A good SPA - specifically a hammam and massages at Mete. Really high level professional. There is a Russian-speaking girl Anna, who can help. On sale for $ 5 homemade oil for sunburn (it helped me). Actually debatable about 5 stars.
THE CHECK IN WAS QUICK, DESPITE THE THAT WE ARRIED EARLY (OVER THE SEA VIEW).
IN THE HOTEL: 2 SWIMMING POOLS (ONE RELAX), GOLF COURT, TENNIS COURT, GREAT TERRITORY, GYM, TURKISH BATH (HAMAM), SAUNA, LOBBY-BAR- EVERYTHING IS FREE.
WI-FI - FREE.
MINI-BAR IN THE ROOM - FREE OF CHARGE. THROUGHOUT OUR STAY.
LINEN, TOWELS, CLEANING WAS WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
THE BEACH HOTEL IS GOOD, IN 5-7 MINUTES FROM THE HOTEL, THERE IS A TIME TRANSFER FROM THE HOTEL AND TO THE HOTEL.
THE STAFF MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS CONVENIENT FOR TOURISTS, ON TIME.
WE WANTED A QUIET HOLIDAY AND THE HOTEL MEET ALL OUR WISHES. IT WAS GOOD IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF FRIENDLY, HOSPITALITY, THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM OF THE HOTEL, BUT WE ESPECIALLY REMEMBER WITH THANKS ERCAN BESALTI - THE HOTEL MANAGER, THE GIRL AT THE RECEPTION: MERVE KOZAN, ADINA. THEY SPOKED RUSSIAN. NOT ONE QUESTION OR REQUEST DID NOT SEEM TO THEM UNNECESSARY AND EVERYTHING WAS SOLVED VERY QUICKLY. WE MET MUSA (MISH) THE HOTEL WORKER WHO TOLD US ABOUT THE HOTEL, ABOUT ALANYA, ABOUT BAZARAS, WHAT YOU CAN BUY WHERE, HOW TO GET TO.
And everyone has always demonstrated a goodwill, a smile at a meeting. And as the most expensive guests treated us with different fruits, vegetables. , Eastern and Slavic dishes, sushi. Sustainable sweets, baked, cakes, ice cream, meat, fish, chicken, tongue. CRABI, SUSHI. DIFFERENT DISHES WERE COOKED IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITY. SERVICE WAS SUFFICIENT AND NOT INTRODUCTION
Every evening some kind of animation, not over something, but interestingly, there are 2 pools - quiet and main with a bar and water polo, gymnastics, the territory is not large, but everything you need is there. There is a hammam, free sauna and gym.
Recommended, good 5
So about the hotel.
They settled in right away. We had a corner room, it's bigger! The hotel is stylish, nice new interior. But the impression was that they wanted to make a modern interior from inexpensive materials and did not really control the workers during the construction, so in some places the corners on the tiles in the bathroom were knocked down, the MDF door frame began to absorb moisture and swell, poor lighting in the bathroom - it was impossible to put on makeup and other little things. At first glance, everything is fine, but if you do not look closely; ).
When checking in, the shower head broke and found a huge stain on the sheet, from the pros, everything was replaced instantly!
The soundproofing is bad, the Arabs lived in the next room, who brawled until 3 am, until we asked to be quieter. In the following days, other guests complained about them???? .
The animation is also not well thought out.
For example, animation starts at 21.30, usually it’s either a music show in the lobby, or karaoke by the pool, and the pool is under the windows! That is, if you want to go to bed earlier and get enough sleep, it will not work, because EVERYTHING is heard! True, we were so tired when we arrived (flying at night) that neither the musicians who yelled at the whole hotel nor the passing police cars on the road could stop us from immediately turning off).
I think the animation should be located so as not to interfere with the guests to relax, but the hotel does not have territory, so everything is crowded.
The food is normal, but of course not for everyone.
Why isn't it marked vegetarian or not anywhere?
I had to ask what kind of soup and so on, not convenient! No one from the staff in the kitchen really knows English ((
It was very STRAINED that 8 out of 10 plates in the restaurant were chipped !!!! ! For the first time I see this, as in a Soviet children's camp at the turn of the 90s
And cheap tablecloths ruin the whole look.
The gym and spa are open until 19.00, which is not convenient, since you usually want to come there after the beach.
Beach towels free of charge one time, when replacing pay 1.5 lire???? . Only 1.5 lire, but the attitude itself, although there is a suspicion that this was done through the peculiarity of appropriating someone else's "our" tourists.
Slow Internet! In the room it catches every other time (((although it works great on the beach!
From the followers of the Slavs, Germans, Spaniards, Arabs.
Beach. We are new to Turkey, before that we traveled on our own and to more distant destinations. The beach is 10 minutes walk. The minibus from the hotel runs every half hour, except for the main meals.
The beach sucks. Underfoot and not sand and not pebbles, some kind of mixture of this, in some places garbage.
It is strange to me that the hotel staff does not clean and ennoble their territory!
The sea is pretty.
The hotel does not have its own territory, with the exception of the restaurant and the pool, there is nowhere to go ((.
Russian-speaking administrator of the hotel, strange. Nothing can recommend what to see where to go... some kind of indifference, it seemed that in a couple of days we could tell and suggest more than she did.
The hotel is located on a small hill. If you go to the beach, you need to go down, cross one road, walk along the gas station, cross the second road through the underpass and you are on the beach. 5-10 minutes, but if you have problems with your legs, it will not be convenient.
For me it was a big minus that the hotel has no territory, nowhere to walk and wander between the trees. Sit in silence. Perhaps this applies to all hotels on this coast, or maybe we just missed this moment and did not focus the attention of the tour operator. Of course, you can go to the city and on excursions (which we did), but not everyone is as active as we are, I want to get relaxation in the hotel.
15 minutes by bus 101 to the center of Alanya.
My impressions????
The hotel is not bad, the staff is trying very hard, but apparently they just do not know what service can be improved, and how it should be. I would say this is a good European 3/4ka.
Apart from such cities as Paris, of course, there is a completely different story with hotels).
We heard a lot of admiring reviews from people who rested only in rented apartments in the Crimea and Abkhazia, but I think if you already know what 5 stars are, there will be no delight ???? . We paid 15000 UAH for 5 nights, 6 days and this is its price. He is worth the money.
We were very positive and enjoyed the trip, we spent almost the entire vacation in Cappadocia! We highly recommend!
Also take bus 101 after breakfast, go to Cleopatra beach, go up there on the cable car and from there explore the entire peninsula with the fortress, go down at the tower, walk along the shopping arcade, drink coffee on the embankment. Can I return for dinner at the hotel????
We are writing a review in order for the personel to pay attention and draw conclusions, well, and have a happy holiday for everyone.
We will not return to the hotel.
