Every day is almost the same thing, rice, pork, not many vegetables and terrible fish in batter, one soup, 2 types of pizza and french fries (((But it was even worse on weekends when the locals came, everything that was listed earlier was cooked so disgusting that I had to survive with bananas and purchased cookies from the store
3) The number of rooms - old, dead rooms, with poor ventilation and eternal breakdowns. On the first day, a piece of plaster fell off the ceiling in the shower. On the fourth day, the ventilation stopped working and water began to drip from the ceiling in the middle of the night, the humidity was such that all things were wet, documents in the safe. The fifth day, we were moved to a room with a broken lock! They called the master, who climbed into the room through the balcony, as he could not open the door from the outside.
4) The staff - as if they got it yesterday from the garbage heap! Illiterate, lazy, not polite people! There are no smiles to speak of! When asked to bring tea, they say: no tea!! ! They do not listen to requests, defiantly leave, wave their hands (so that they are left behind). The customer service is absolutely disgusting! On the 6th day, we rented a room at the Hard Rock Hotel, packed our suitcase and tried to leave, but then a surprise awaited us. The security began to tell us that we should cut off our bracelets because we were leaving somewhere with our suitcases, they tried to explain that we would be back, that we were not leaving, that we still had things in the room. They started to grab a suitcase, they called someone, they didn’t let them get into a taxi! We left pillows at the reception when checking in, they said that we would pick them up at check-out, the day of departure - there are no pillows. Know hev b... they say !!!
5) CIS tourists are treated worse than the rest. The most terrible building, refusals to let in restaurants.

The number is generally a sore subject of the Dominican Republic, but the number is normal. There are outlets for our appliances. Internet catches everywhere and for free. In general, everything is okay. We picked up the tour not long after the first hours of reading the reviews, we realized that we can’t do without a professional here. We saw in one of the reviews that the travel agent Dmitry Kukin was highly praised and decided to apply too. And he really surprised us. We were given a room in the 6th building, they immediately asked for the 3rd floor to have a beautiful view. But there is also a small minus, there are no elevators, it was not a hindrance to us, but you think for yourself. But the view is unique. The best buildings are 5.6 and 2.3. Buildings 6 and 3 offer a more panoramic view of the beach and the main pool, again, you don’t have to worry about the noise from the animation, you can’t hear it at all when the balcony door is closed, and the air conditioner fully copes with heat. Again, which side will your windows face, but these buildings are on the first line. Buildings 1 and 4 are a little further, just a few meters, so it’s also not worth worrying about long walks to the beach. Again, these buildings are closest to the lobby and restaurants. We were absolutely delighted with yoga trainer Stephanie Vargas - fantastic! I recommend it for both beginners and the more experienced. It is best to arrive for dinner before 7 o'clock, in which case you can choose the most comfortable tables and the waiters will serve you right in twos or threes. The dress code is mandatory, the contingent of vacationers is very decent. Excellent! After dinner at the Theater, obligatory performances, and completely different. You can get to a foam party, or you can listen to saxophonists or violinists. During the day, the animation is also on the level, and rich and interesting programs. There are concerts on the main square in the evening, they always sing something and after dinner they arrange additional tables with drinks and snacks. During our stay, we only left the hotel twice to go on excursions, we really wanted to go to Santo Domingo and Saona. We went through the Russian agency 2banana, booked tours in advance by phone. The club has live European music a little bit mostly latin but a lot of fun. Well, they also entertained themselves with excursions and mini shopping near the hotel there is a market. From excursions you should not go fishing. The hotel is also good because it is essentially two hotels, the territory of both can be used, plus the water park is also a serious bonus. The water park is quite normal quite a lot of slides. While walking to the water park, you can admire the peacocks. Everywhere is clean, the pools are clean, though in the evening where in the pool the bar is already cloudy from spilled drinks, but every evening it is cleaned and in the morning everything is clean.
