Received a refusal from the owner Stevan, says this beautiful room, there are no others. In our application, the upper floor was indicated, we received the first
The room is small, dark, a tiny stuffy loggia on which the air conditioner works like a hairdryer. The toilet is one and a half meters from the bed, from where the stink of sewage comes from. the refrigerator is tiny but noisy all night long. The bed is uncomfortable, broken, tight, we wake up due to the fact that one of us rolled over. View of the neighboring house and the roof. The sea is far away, not 550 m, but rather 900, and in order to find a place we reached Becici, in short, we found 8.5 km in a day. One desire to move out of here. Photos on the Internet are photoshopped, there is no corridor in the room as in the photo, there is no chest of drawers, there is no cabinet in the bathroom.
Plus only white, clean sheets, towels and walls. Quiet street.

Stayed with my wife in July. We had a Studio room on the ground floor with a kitchenette (an electric stove for 2 burners, a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, a sink, dishes). The room has everything that is indicated in the description of the villa: shower, toilet, TV (cable TV), air conditioning, mini-fridge, and a safe (which is very convenient).

The room has everything that is indicated in the description of the villa: shower, toilet, TV (cable TV), air conditioning, mini-fridge, and a safe (which is very convenient). Free Wi-fi worked perfectly: every evening we freely communicated with relatives.
Upon arrival in Budva, Stevan (the owner of the villa) met us at the bus stop and took us to the villa. The settlement took about 5 minutes. The owner of the villa and the staff are very friendly, they did not bother with conversations (as it sometimes happens : )) , as we reported it to Stevan, he fixed everything.
As for the replacement of towels and bedding: for a week, towels were changed 2 times and 1 time for bedding. In the lobby of the villa, on the information board, there are rules for staying at the villa: the frequency of changing towels and bed linen is also indicated there, depending on the number of days of stay. Also, the cooking of meat, fish, seafood is not allowed in the room due to the strong smell that permeates everything in the room. As for me, this is normal and correct. Cleaning - daily. The room was always clean.
The villa itself does not have a territory, but this does not spoil the rest. The room has a balcony where you can drink a glass of wine in the evening and have breakfast in the morning if you don't want/can go to a cafe.
The nearest beach is really more than 1 km - 15 min. on foot (and not 500-600m, as indicated in the description). Not far from the villa - cafes and restaurants with quite reasonable prices. Not far (10-15_ minutes to the cafes "Kuzhina", "Grill-Parma", which are recommended by many tourists. By the way, we really liked Kuzhina: affordable prices, large portions (the first time we took half of the dinner with us, because just didn’t master it), delicious. At 5-10 m from the villa there is a shop, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, there is a baker nearby.
We really liked the rest, both in the villa and in Montenegro. I recommend the villa.

The rooms are simple, with a lot of wardrobes and other things. Wi-fi did not work, purely formally it was, but it was not possible to go beyond the connection stage. We had a great view on the 4th floor. There are really a lot of rules at the villa, but since we were relaxing with a child, this is a plus for us, not a minus, it was quiet and calm.

We had a great view on the 4th floor. There are really a lot of rules at the villa, but since we were relaxing with a child, this is a plus for us, not a minus, it was quiet and calm. There were not enough dishes, there was nowhere to put even washed fruits: there were 2 cups, 2 glasses, a knife and an opener from the dishes. Cleaning is so-so, light cleaning and garbage removal were every day, but it seems to me that they didn’t clean our balcony at all, towels were changed once on the 4th day in 10 days. When the air conditioner was turned on, a swamp formed on the balcony))) But all these "flaws" cannot spoil the rest, you just need to prepare. The location of the villa is good, there is a shop, supermarket, cafes, restaurants nearby, 10-15 minutes to the sea, we went to Becici to the beach, and to Slovenian, and to Mogren, and to the Old Town on foot.

We were guests of Villa Stevan in July. Very pretty villa. It can be seen that from relatively new. The rooms are good. Room size is normal. Purely. We had a standard. No kitchenette. Furniture and plumbing are not worn out. The bed is comfortable. The room has a plasma (many channels, one Russian), a refrigerator, a set of dishes and a kettle, a hairdryer and a safe.

Very pretty villa. It can be seen that from relatively new.

We had a standard. No kitchenette.
Furniture and plumbing are not worn out. The bed is comfortable.
The room has a plasma (many channels, one Russian), a refrigerator, a set of dishes and a kettle, a hairdryer and a safe.
The closet is big. Balcony with table and chairs and mini dryer.
Next to the villa (behind the fence) is a mini market, a 3-minute walk Mega market.
The owner does not speak Russian. Speaks English. We rarely saw him.
The air conditioner worked well. The internet in the villa is good. Everywhere.
Quiet place. Slept with an open balcony. This is a plus for the location.
The downside is that the villa is a bit deep and to get there, you have to walk almost along the roadway.
Because there are practically no sidewalks or cars are forced. The movement is active, so I had to lvayvat between cars. Not very comfortable.
Cleaned every day, rubbish taken out. The bed was not changed for a week, towels were changed 3 times.
There are many different restaurants near the Villa. Disney's Pizzeria (down the street) - liked it. Restaurant Choshak (nearby, on the corner) - liked it. Restaurant Kuzhina (up the street) - less liked.
The contingent of tourists: mainly Ukraine. Lots of youth. Very decent and pleasant all the people were in our race. There were no children.
For families with children, this villa, in my opinion, is not very suitable.
Location.
To the city beach - 10 minutes walk.
To the pier with boats - 16 minutes.
To the Old Town and Mogren Beach - 35 min.
To the bus station - 25 min.
We went every day to the beach on the island of St. Nicholas.
On the boat. The first boat leaves at 8.30 It costs 3 euros.
There is the best beach in Budva in my opinion.
There are a lot of people on all other beaches.
We went on our own to Kotor for one day by bus.
30 min drive. I liked it very much.
Budva is oversaturated with tourists. Mostly Serbs and Russians.
There are Europeans, but less.
If you are not lazy and drive and walk a lot, then you can see a lot of beauties.
Montenegro is beautiful! Rest satisfied.
I wish you all a good holiday.

I really liked the hotel, daily cleaning, change of towels, change of bed linen twice a week. On the first day I made the bed, but when we returned from a walk, we found that the maid had folded it in her own way, just like on the first day of our arrival, and so it was every day. The floors were washed every day, as well as a shower and a toilet, with all my disgust, I walked everywhere with bare feet, how clean it was, the daily removal of garbage, even if there was a couple of cotton pads and nothing more.

Towels were changed every day for new ones, not even falling on the floor, but hanging neatly on a hanger. She also cleaned on the balcony, when on the first day she did not calculate the time and came to clean up after we came from the beach and hung blankets on the balcony, we decided to go for a walk and not disturb her, when we returned we saw that everything was the same on the balcony neatly folded. In the following days, she tried to finish the cleaning before we arrived.
Uncle Stevan Markovich. We had no problems with him, but watching from the side, we realized that he values u200bu200bhis property very much and controls everyone and everything. For example, when our neighbors went out somewhere and did not turn off the air conditioner, he reprimanded them to turn it off (no matter how expensive the electricity =)). He also does not allow strangers to come to him, even if they are roommates. You can’t make noise so as not to disturb other vacationers, if you want to make a fuss somewhere with a company, there are a lot of different cafes throughout the city, and especially on the coast. As for me, this is excellent, because it was always quiet and you could calmly relax during the day.
There are small minuses that did not interfere with the rest at all, but I think it would not be superfluous to talk about them. The Internet was a little naughty, as was the case throughout the city.
almost all cafes have Wi-Fi, but it also doesn’t work almost everywhere, the exception was the Disney pizzeria, if you urgently needed to contact your family, go there, there are also very reasonable prices and huge portions =). We never got along with the TV ...in general, we don’t watch it at home, but still we couldn’t turn it on and watch it. There are still some problems with the sewage system, at first it seemed that the drain was clogged in the shower, the water drained badly, but it turned out that everything was as it should be) if there is a grate in the floor where excess water flows. Also, the villa was at a fairly large distance from the beach, Google maps showed a distance of almost 1 km, but this did not bother at all. Also on the way from the beach there are many good cafes where you can have a delicious lunch.
A huge minus for me is that the villa is located on the opposite side of the old town and Mogren beach (which was free for everyone this year), I really liked to walk there, but it’s a bit far to go (Service, of course, they have quite intrusive, and even in stores, sellers don’t know how to count, then they will give more change, then less)
In general, I really liked the rest, next time we will go there again) All our neighbors unanimously said that no all-inclusive can be compared with Montenegro.

Dear friends,
I decided to share my impressions of a holiday in Montenegro, and from Villa Stevan Markovic in particular. I want to note right away that when looking for reviews, many people drive in the name of Villa Markovic, and this is a different villa, with different reviews. And it happened to us (( When searching, write villa Stevan)) We rested with Tez tour, Kyiv. We flew with UIA, the flight there and back without delay. What upset me was the airport in Tivat - complete disorganization and confusion. Upon arrival, there was a long queue at passport control, there were no delays in baggage claim. Transfer to the hotel. Villa Stevan is very clean, cozy and homely, bright and comfortable. No wonder they say that it rests like at home. A small territory, in front of the entrance to the villa there is a wooden table with benches, flowers in pots. From the entrance to the territory is very clean. We rested together with a girlfriend, but we were settled in a triple room on the third floor, room number 9. This room is more spacious than a double room, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, TV, refrigerator, 3 cups of dishes, teaspoons, glasses, plastic tray, mirror, bedside tables, 1 chair, wardrobe with coat hanger, hair dryer. We had a spacious balcony with a table and chairs and a great view of the red tiled villas, cypresses, mountains and a slice of the sea. Bathroom with shower. Now the cons - there is no soap dish in the bathroom, there are shelves for soap and shampoo in the shower, only one heated towel rail and there are no additional hooks. But, we were told that these issues are already being resolved. There are 2 very nice cleaning girls working. We left 1 euro every day for cleaning the room, and they did not want to take it every day until our departure)). The girls gave us a knife and plates for the entire period of rest without any problems. Prices in the supermarket are the same as in Kyiv. In restaurants, lunch is around 10 euros per person with beer. Souvenirs from 1 euro per magnet. I highly recommend their local wine, they took home gifts for 1.6 euros per liter of wine. Very light table wine. I really liked Budva, calm, quiet, walking at any time of the day is not scary. We went to the Slavic beach. From the villa 10 min. on foot. It didn’t bother me at all, since the road to the beach is picturesque and it’s useful to walk)) The entrance to the sea is pebbly, so many are in slippers. We entered without, but of course there is discomfort. An umbrella and 2 sun loungers cost 6 euros. We lay on the sand on our mats, very beautiful. The flight home was overshadowed by the airport. The information on the board of departures did not correspond to reality, the information bureau did not speak English and Russian, they could not answer. The queue for passport control is unrealistic. Stand min 40-1 hour. There are no air conditioners at the airport. Everything else is great. I recommend. Have a good holiday everyone!

Going to the hotel Stevan, I read negative reviews, unfortunately - it was not true. The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are quite spacious and very clean, daily cleaning, towels are changed at will, bed 1r. for a week. It is very good to come here with a child, quite comfortable. Although I could not sleep for the first two days, someone slammed the door and it was heard in our room. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, shower, sink, toilet. No hair dryer, take with you. We ate on the balcony (small terrace). We took a room without a kitchen, then a little sorry, because we were traveling with a child, it would be worth cooking something yourself, not in restaurants. To the sea 15 minutes walk, to the supermarket 10 minutes Prices for products like ours, you will not be hungry, they sell something delicious at every step. The pizza is delicious, 1.
5 euros.
Montenegrins are friendly and cultured people. The language is very similar to ours (something between Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Czech). The beach is pebbles, at first it is difficult to walk, but we are used to it. Sunbathing on towels, because sunbeds and umbrellas from 6 euros. We drove through the bridge tour, at first I liked everything, the representative met at the airport, brought to the hotel normally, and since we went back, we were almost late. We announced a meeting at the hotel at 7.50, and I had to say that where we were dropped off by a bus (a little lower than the hotel), without making a call. I didn't like it, because everything happens - maybe someone overslept or didn't know where to go. I think the representative had to clearly say everything and inform the dermatologist.
There are many beaches in Budva, for different tastes. On the beaches music is fun. Not very clean, not all tourists are tidy. The city is quite small but picturesque.
The sun is very hot, you need to bring a lot of creams, or buy there.
Have a nice holiday. I am adding a photo.

We were in Montenegro with my husband in August 2010. Villa "Stevan" turned out to be very pleasant, as promised by the picture from the Internet. The room is also very, very: bright, clean, neat, small, cozy; with everything you need and even a little more than we expected. As we were promised by the ubiquitous Internet, the room still had: a mini fridge, a shower, a toilet, a double bed, a wardrobe, a table, a TV (not useful) and towels.

As we were promised by the ubiquitous Internet, the room still had: a mini fridge, a shower, a toilet, a double bed, a wardrobe, a table, a TV (not useful) and towels. A pleasant surprise was: a mini-kettle, 2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 teaspoons, obviously forgotten by someone (and from Ukraine), a mirror in the room and a beautiful chair. Instead of a balcony, there was a loggia, which was more comfortable, on the balcony, too, pleasantly, surprisingly, there was a completely dining (we have breakfast) table and two plastic chairs. In general, the conditions for living (which consisted of come, wash, fall asleep, wake up, wash, have breakfast, leave) were very decent (at least for us). What surprised me in the room was the rather high position of the mirror in the bathroom for my 163 cm height. Obviously, the average Montenegrin height affected (180 cm for women and 2 m for men). The villa also has a small patio. Near the villa (right behind the fence) there is a small but good grocery store, where prices are an order of magnitude lower than in other places; not far - 5-7 minutes walk there is a good cafe with delicious food in large portions at very reasonable prices. The owners of the villa are calm and inconspicuous people (this does not apply to growth) : )
And now for the bad. It turned out to be not as close to the beach as the Internet wrote: our step is 10 minutes, and normal - 15. This, however, turns into a plus in the form of lower prices near us, as well as silence. Down the street from the villa there was a garbage can, sometimes it was wet near it... Well, for lovers of beautiful views: this is not very good at the villa - you can mainly admire the nearby villas and villas under construction, mountains at best. However, we were lucky - we had a room on the 3rd floor, so we saw another piece of the sea : )
Summary. We took the phone from the owner. And if we ever get to Budva again, we will be happy to stay with Mr. Stevan.
