The third time I rested in Karlovy Vary. I read a lot of reviews about the hotel, I was worried, but the hotel met my expectations. I was given a lovely double room overlooking the river even though I had booked a single. Very good food. Fresh porridge, cottage cheese, milk, fruit were every day. Very responsive, polite and Russian-speaking staff.

I was given a lovely double room overlooking the river even though I had booked a single. Very good food. Fresh porridge, cottage cheese, milk, fruit were every day. Very responsive, polite and Russian-speaking staff. The maid came to the room every day. I lived in the hotel for 14 days and was very satisfied. I recommend!

I have never written a review about hotels before, but then I decided that the time had come. On October 24-31.2013 we rested in Karlovy Vary. It was our third stay in this wonderful Czech town. The first time we rested in the "Imperial". Everything is good, but its location confirmed our intention to never stay there again.

The first time we rested in the "Imperial". Everything is good, but its location confirmed our intention to never stay there again. After drinking three glasses of black “Goat”, climbing to the heights of the “Imperial” is somewhat difficult. The second time we rested in Aquamarine. Great location right in front of the colonnade. Cozy rooms, good food. When this year we spontaneously decided to go to Karlovy Vary, there were no more places in Aquamarine during our son's school holidays. The choice fell on "Krasna Kralovna". The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location on the Tepla embankment opposite the Theatre. That's where the pluses end. The owners who also run the hotel are PATHALOGICAL GOONS! It shows up in everything. I do not want to find fault with the fact that in a European four-star hotel no one will help bring a suitcase to the room, although for people of age this is not unimportant. With shaky furniture, old and uncomfortable plumbing, the lack of a curtain in the bathroom and electric ventilation, which sounds like flying in the tail of an airplane, one can reluctantly put up with it. But the food was frankly annoying. Breakfast is the same every day. Sausage and ham of dubious quality, bread and butter, cucumber and tomato, and corn flakes. Every morning, “wooden” pastries were placed on the table. Nobody ate it and the same pastries were put again the next morning. The owners saved on everything. There was a one-liter plastic bottle with semi-dried mustard on the common table. Napkins were given one at a time. But most of all, the nasty Czech who served it all annoyed me. When an elderly woman took a napkin from a nearby table, the Czech lady gave her a uniform scandal in front of everyone. The main leitmotif of her verbal diarrhea was "Where is your culture!!! " It was disgusting and disgusting to listen to. For a cup of low-quality tea for dinner, 50 crowns (about 3 USD) were paid. We took a bottle of cola 200 ml from the bar. In the evening of the same day, when we had already gone to bed, the porter came running and demanded to pay 80 crowns (about 4.5 USD). In short, visiting their so-called restaurant was extremely unpleasant, looking at the redneck faces of the owners. Fortunately, there was a Schweik tavern nearby, where there was always the freshest beer, friendly and very agile staff. I recommend everyone to stay in Karlovy Vary. I recommend staying at the Krasna Kralovna Hotel only to masochists who enjoy humiliating treatment!! !

The hotel itself is conveniently located. . . on the day of arrival they said that the cook didn’t know what we wanted, so a cold payment awaits us. . . and the next question shocked us. . . when we want to have dinner. . I answered 7-8 pm. . we were asked to clarify .

I put on shoes and a skirt went down to the restaurant of a 4 star hotel....there is empty a young man from the reception served us plates with kalbosa and cheese, which we ate later also for breakfast . . no beer no semi-sweet wines no . . there is juice and tea for your money. . instead of a rich menu there was a leaf until as if. . who eats soup without dessert. . for the first chicken or potato soup. . . side dish mashed potatoes, pasta rice.... meat: cold plate , meatballs (without indicating meat) and fish with cheese... dessert pancakes with ice cream or strudel with apples with skins and partitions . . order your money or something more is not possible . . my conclusion . . spend the night and have a maximum of breakfast . . better go to the seamstress it's delicious !!! !

A plate of cheese, sausages and ham, cereal, sour cream, an incomprehensible cupcake - that's all grub. For dinner - borsch or soup warmed up in the microwave, as if yesterday's potatoes... There were no hot drinks for dinner. You had to pay for boiling water!! ! The Cerberus waitress constantly monitored the guests - as if they had taken something with them. The constant confusion with the key card led to the fact that the iPhone was stolen from the room. The director of the hotel blamed me for all the troubles. Although the sofa was broken long before our arrival, and I didn’t steal my phone from myself...

We rested in July 2011. On the day of arrival, our room was still occupied and we were placed in another hotel. We got the number the next day. On the fourth floor (the first days the elevator did not work) and were shocked!! ! Tel. There was no apparatus in the room, and no one would have installed it if we had not begun to understand.

The bed was not a double bed, but consisted of two adjacent beds that were constantly moving apart. The ceiling in the room was sloping and there was no way to get out of bed at full height! After asking to change the room and looking at the offered one, we realized that our room is not the worst yet ; -). The television package included one Russian-language program RTR-Planet. Nutrition. The half board turned out to be a trap. We have become hostages of a monotonous diet. For three weeks, only two types of soup, and then they were served barely warm. The meat was tough. For lunch, you could order either soup with dessert, or soup and a not very tasty second course. This hotel cannot qualify for four stars. . If you want to throw money away - welcome! The only plus of the hotel is its convenient location and then if the windows of your room face the street.

I rested with my daughter in late July - early August 2009. The room consisted of a bedroom and an entrance hall, the toilet was combined with a bathroom. Bathrobes were not given, towels were not changed for 10 days, the room was poorly cleaned. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel - food, for a weak three.

They were not satisfied with the rest, the hotel is not worth the money (900 euros per nose, without treatment)
