A good hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday, but clearly not for those who are looking for entertainment. Mostly all Russians, 45-60 years old, but there are also young people, they all behave intelligently, greet, smile. Very good employees, mostly young beautiful girls, speak Russian, they respond quickly to requests: a tap was leaking in our bathroom, they immediately called a plumber, fixed everything, cleaned everything up after themselves.

Very good employees, mostly young beautiful girls, speak Russian, they respond quickly to requests: a tap was leaking in our bathroom, they immediately called a plumber, fixed everything, cleaned everything up after themselves. The restaurant service is generally excellent: unobtrusive, but extremely friendly. They cook well, tasty, rabbit, turkey and even venison, there are enough salads and snacks, pastries are very good. The masseur Miroslav is very good - and the massage is at a height (not just strokes on the back, but really kneads with my 97 kg weight), but he also told us where to go by car around the neighborhood ourselves. We are by car, so we travel, we look, but there is something to see... We stopped a couple of times for lunch on the way to some city, but we didn’t really like the food, sheer fat, fortunately there is no such thing in the hotel. We arrive after travelling, go to the sauna to take a steam bath, to swim in the pool. Overall happy with the choice. . I would advise people who want peace and quality of services. Vladimir.

Rested in August 2011. Very nice cozy little hotel, everything is at home. The entire staff is very attentive, polite. Literally every vacationer is taken care of. A good doctor and all the medical staff, the procedures are standard. The food is very tasty! Sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool free of charge until 23:00.

But. . . The reviews don't lie! This hotel really deserves the words that are written about it: it is very cozy, very friendly, very beautiful. We were satisfied with absolutely everything: even my husband, who has always loved super-active holidays, admitted that SUCH relaxation is indeed a rarity.
I was a little afraid of this holiday, because I thought that the child and her husband would die of boredom, but it was not there! For my husband, all sorts of gatherings until the morning perfectly replaced for some time a truly healthy sleep, wonderful massages (there are 2 masseurs - Miroslav and Tatyana, excellent masters of their craft! ), Sauna, swimming pool... Everything is done so wisely there that you begin to adore this way of life. I think that this is a merit not only of the city (and it is absolutely gorgeous), but also of this particular hotel in particular, as while walking, other hotels passed, even a couple went in - there is no feeling of this "home" there! And in Villa Ritter - there is!
The child, although small (4 years old), was also very happy with such a vacation.
The hotel is very safe for children. There are no sharp corners and so on, super soft carpet everywhere.
Playground with a bunch of sand toys, everything is very neat.
What is insanely important for any mother is excellent nutrition! Probably the first place in the world where I didn’t think whether it was possible for a child or not: everything is very healthy, and most importantly, delicious! At your request, any dish can be served on the table in the most convenient form for you, as for the child - they constantly cut everything into small pieces, they did the work for me)
The staff, by the way, is chic - everyone is smiling, very nice and friendly. There were no conflicts at all. They try very, very hard.
So have a good rest! I did not regret at all that this year I had to abandon the sea. This holiday has its huge pluses and I honestly don’t know which ones outweigh)))

- soap, shampoo and shower gel;
- hairdryer;
- iron and ironing board (on request);
- umbrellas from the rain (rains are not uncommon here);

- bicycles (my son rides every day in the park nearby), including adults;
- if you take a full board package, then there are several doctor's examinations, not just one, and every day 3.4 procedures at a time convenient for you, starting at 7 am.
Very comfortable rooms, helpful staff and a truly individual approach - you will not find this in every hotel, even 5 stars.

About the zone - in the vicinity of the hotel there are houses of European celebrities, if my memory serves me right (chic castle villas) and neat European parks - where leaf to leaf, blade of grass to blade of grass. The inside of the hotel is as impressive as the outside: expensive furniture, sparkling plumbing, but by no means pretentious: there are no golden candelabra there : ))) There are a lot of photos on the Internet - see for yourself. Lovers of tasty food are in for a surprise: you eat not only very tasty, but also healthy: dietary food (there are even calories written everywhere) Personally, I swept away everything in a row, which I confess - I am such an incorrigible glutton.
