Of the minor disadvantages, the villa staff does not speak Russian and English, although a common understanding can be achieved with gestures ????
Check-out takes place at 10 am (general practice in Montenegro), although we had to leave the villa at 2 pm, which is very inconvenient, since at this time your things will be in the corridor and there is no place to change clothes (((still very important, that the villa is close to a supermarket, a market, cafes and the sea... To Mogren beach 15 minutes slowly, to Slavic beach 10 minutes We rested on Mogren, the water is very clean and the view is insanely beautiful, entrance to the beach is free (the beach is open from 8.00 until 20.00), but there are clearly demarcated recreation areas on sun loungers (the cost of a beach set is 15 euros) and on rugs (respectively, free of charge ???? ). The cost of beach sets in Budva varies depending on the beach and their cost ranges from 10-25 euro. The beach set consists of 2 sun loungers and an umbrella. When choosing a villa, choose options without meals, as the owners do not cook, but negotiate with local restaurants and cafes. We ate at the L@M restaurant (located on the way to the sea) ordered complex lunches and breakfasts (breakfast - 4.50 euro/person, lunch - 6.50 euro/person). Breakfast consists of eggs or an omelet with sausages or ham or prosciutto, a glass of orange juice, a bread basket, butter, honey, jam and coffee or tea of your choice. The list of dishes for lunch and dinner varies depending on the day of the week (first and second, salad, dessert or a glass of wine). It is also worth trying the cuisine in marco polo, (located near the supermarket), they have their own bakery - pastries and pizza, as well as homemade Montenegrin coffee))) described the two most budget options for a snack during the day, and in the evening, of course, you should try seafood in local restaurants on the waterfront. On the embankment near the old town, after 17.00, the guys sell seafood at very reasonable and pleasant prices for tourists, be sure to try their oysters???????????? . In the market, do not forget to bargain, as prices are initially too high. And a bit about the travel agency PILON, the attitude is obscene, information cannot be provided by the ghostly representative of Lina, who in every possible way disrupts the planned meetings with tourists. I could share my impressions for a very long time, but you should visit this country and see for yourself the insanely beautiful landscapes, the sea, nature. . .
The overall impression is wonderful.
(+) Balcony: stunning mountain view from the third floor (except for room 17). Thanks to the solid, high barriers on the balcony, you feel cozy. Greenery around the villa.
(+) All equipment is working. Photos of rooms correspond to reality.
The room is clean. Towels were changed twice a week. The room was cleaned daily.
(+) Nice room design. Some other villas are very reminiscent of the Soviet setting.
(-) Of the minuses, there is nothing to add to what is written below.
The only significant negative - the villa is located on a hill. Returning to the villa during the peak of the heat can be difficult for older people or small children. For middle-aged people, the distance is quite insignificant.
The shower holder is really at waist level. It didn't cause me much of a problem.
***
We went to the beach through the gate on the opposite side of the main entrance to the villa.
***
Do not be lazy to go to the beaches of Jaz and Ploce (3 pools for children).
The villa is not even budget, but low-budget: a small territory, there is no dining room. Some travel agents offer packages with breakfast. In this case, you will have to go to a cafe across the road, although this is on the way to the beach, to the L&M restaurant, there are always places; breakfast from 7.30 to 10.00 - 4.5 euros, lunch from 12 to 21 - 6.5 euros. Both breakfast and lunch are complex, the portions are normal, we always ate.
The room, the one that is Dbl, is not just small, it is small, like a kennel: the bed is practically at the door, there was even nowhere to put the suitcase, I had to put it in the middle of the room and go around it all the time.
In the bathroom, it is also impossible to turn around, the shower had to be held with one hand. the handle is attached at waist level.
Yes, there is a kettle and mugs, but there are no cutlery. So bring your own spoons, forks, knife, and coffee and tea. We bought water in stores, around 1 euro for 1.5 liters. There is a refrigerator in the room, as well as a free safe and a TV on the wardrobe; tuner with USB, so take your movies with you.
Saved by a balcony - large, overlooking the mountains, where we drank local wine? By the way, not bad, albeit for 2 euros? .
Wi-Fi on the ground floor is enough to watch a movie online.
A big plus of the villa is its location: it is equidistant from the beaches and the center.
The villa is in a dense environment of other villas, without nightly discos and other noise, in terms of a good night here is Okay.
The villa is small and modest. . . But for a budget holiday, it's just super!! ! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Double bed, TV (they also broadcast Russian TV channels), a large wardrobe, bedside tables, a table, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an iron. . . Rooms are cleaned 3 times a week. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. Wi-Fi is free around the clock!
Jadranski put (there is a bakery and intercity bus stop), which go in the direction of the beach Yaz, Tresno and Ploce. Nearby (5-7 minutes) is a market (Green Piazza) and 3 supermarkets. To the Slovenian beach -10 minutes, to the Old Town - 15 minutes, to Mogren +5 minutes. The holiday was a resounding success! I recommend this wonderful villa to everyone!
The rooms are of a simple design with cheap and shabby furniture, but this is not the worst thing, it was more striking to me that they were somehow uncomfortable. There are apartments that even have a mini kitchen and two bathrooms. Moreover, the second bathroom, like with a bathtub, but it is so small that it would be better to put a shower. The rest of the rooms are with showers. In fairness, I note that the rooms have everything you need, namely air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV, cable TV, and a balcony.
It is possible to order breakfast and drinks - the menu is attached in the photo.
A little about the beaches of Budva. I'll start with the distant Yaz, it is so called because it is located in the lovely and clean bay of Yaz (JAZ). From Budva it is easy to get there by taxi, only 5 Euros, so if a company of four, then it works out fine. The cost of sun loungers and umbrellas is 3 Euros per unit, but many sunbathe just like that on clean pebbles covered with a towel. The water there is of excellent transparency, the bay itself is the most beautiful, and even protected from the wind, so you are guaranteed beach pleasure. The beach is quite well equipped, sunbeds and umbrellas are different, for every taste, there are cafes and bars.
Perhaps someone will be interested that in this bay, on the left side, if you look at the sea, behind the rock is one of the nudist beaches of Montenegro. Fans of this business understand what it is about, but I want to warn those who are just curious and looking for adventure - it is better for single girls not to meddle there. The fact is that one of the girls from our company, who decided to merge with nature and get complete relaxation on an almost empty beach, had an incident there, from which she could not recover for a long time. It turns out that everything is simple - fans of the rest “what mother gave birth to”, perceive it all as the norm of life, but local guys think differently - a beautiful girl came to show herself, which means that we must also demonstrate everything. Thank God, everything ended well, but the girl suffered a lot of fear, especially considering that the beach is rather deserted. Please note that the proximity of this beach will in no way disturb the peace of the rest, most likely, the majority of vacationers will not even notice its presence.
I highly recommend going there, at least once on an excursion - this is one of the best beaches on the Budva Riviera.
Slovenska Plaž a beach. What to say? The beach is quite long, but in the season there are still people there, like herrings in a barrel - such a pleasure for an amateur. It should be noted that this beach is equipped with good infrastructure - here you will find bars, and restaurants, and cafes, and snack bars like "fast food", but of high quality, and even fishermen with the sale of their catch after 16.30 (closer to the Old Town). In some restaurants you can order the preparation of fresh seafood - 8 Euro per kilo, no matter what kind of living creatures you buy, moreover, this is with serving and service, I think this is a good price. On this beach there is a local open-air disco called "Trocadero" (not to be confused with a nightclub with the same name). There are also “changing rooms” - peculiar, look at the photo. Toilets are all paid, sun lounger + umbrella 10 Euro - bites. Then, there are a lot of water activities - also their own nuances, so be prepared.
Richard's Glava Beach is a small beach that literally squeezes into the Old Town on one side, and the rocks leading to Mogren Beach on the other. On this beach there is a bar where you can take a beer and sit in sun loungers for free and use the toilet (but this is if you are lucky to take a suitable table). There is a pier there, but it is dilapidated or not yet repaired. The bottom is large pebbles, but large stones are regularly removed from the beach. This beach is used by vacationers from Avala. It offers a gorgeous view from the Citadel in the Old City.
Mogren Beach is perhaps the most famous of the local beaches. In fact, there are two of them - Mogren-1 and Mogren-2. A picturesque path along the cliff leads to them just from the beach of Richard's Head. There is also a bay, which consists of two parts, which designate two beaches. To the second Mogren, you will have to go through a wooden passage in the rock, and, at the initial stage, you will have to enter the water knee-deep, and maybe even higher. But this does not stop the fans of this place and there are also enough people there, perhaps a little less than on the first beach, but in the season, I mean, it will be dense there. On the beach, everything is available for a comfortable stay - bars, showers, toilets. On the second beach there is even something similar to a restaurant, but in early June it was still closed, so I can’t say for sure.
Summary: you can go here only for the appropriate, that is, the minimum price. This is my opinion, but, as they say, "the taste and color... ".
2. Villa is not a hotel!! ! This villa has 20 rooms, we lived in 16 with a view of the sea, mountains, a neighboring villa. Cozy patio, good location. It reminds a little of the Crimea, when someone rents rooms in a built mansion - it’s exactly the same here, only it’s called Villa.
3. We warn you. Since the Villa is 3 *, then do not expect any figures on the bed. BED LINEN DO NOT CHANGE! If you are traveling for a week. if for 10-14 days - then change 1 time !! ! Towels are not changed either. If you throw it on the floor, then you will come and wipe yourself with it, lifting it off the floor. Cleaning includes taking out the trash, pouring water from the glass bottle (where water flows from the conder)
4. The room was with a kitchenette, which is very convenient, because they did not take food. Prices in the market and in the market are approximately the same as ours, only the difference is in the quality of the food itself - it is definitely better here. The room has two of the dishes in the set: plates for the first, for the second. cups, forks, spoons, one teaspoon, kettle
5. You can leave and come at any time, the Villa is not closed.
6. The country is very cool, it is worth seeing Kotor, the Canyons, and go to Croatia.
I will be happy to answer questions
