We rested with my husband from 28 to 1 April. I really liked the hotel for its originality. The floor is tiled with a transparent elevator in the center. The food is great, food for all tastes. Eat fish eat meat. Lots of variety of food and even fruits. Rooms are clean and towels are changed on time. In general, we were satisfied.

The hotel is beautiful but there is little greenery in the neighboring hotel LOT cozier a lot of trees with shade. food tasteless but like in many hotels. In the cafeteria near the pool, the prices for everything are high, and even they cheat with draft beer instead of half a liter, they pour it into plastic glasses somewhere around 400 grams, just like in the former USSR.

This is not the level of a five star hotel. The Scottish bar is closed. And most importantly, there is no one to turn to. The service department asks to leave a phone number, but no one returns. There is no communication with management. Plenty of staff and rooms are not bad. There are problems in the general management of the hotel. I do not recommend. We really liked it. The room was cleaned every day. The room had a kettle and bags of good Israeli coffee and tea. Stocks were replenished every day, which was very pleasing. The only point is that for drinking water in the kettle you had to go down to the lobby. The towels in the room were changed daily. Shampoos and creams were always available. Meals at our hotel - breakfast and dinner. The food is varied, very high quality and for any taste preferences. We went to the spa several times. Clean, bathrobes provided, towels changed.

We were on yom-keif on August 25.2014. Tourists with a small child came to visit. Since I've been there many times before, everything was fine. I just didn’t like the fact that everything had to be bought during the day: drinks, coffee, ice cream. Although in other hotels all this is provided to guests for free! But without calling anywhere, we went to Daniel. It was terrible! They counted on a delicious lunch, but there were only stale, windy salads, hot, apparently, the guests had not eaten since Shabbat, because there was sweet meat for the "choice", the remains of something that floated in red sauce with vegetables and inedible hamburgers! When we were fried meat cook, but it was rubber! The table was crowned with a decanter of plain water, there were no other drinks at all. What is this, a hotel, or a cafeteria for the poor? The dishes are dirty, with the remnants of old food. The staff is rude! I was embarrassed in front of my guests.

There are no clocks or carafes for water in the rooms. Refrigerators and mini-bars are broken and stick out of the furniture. The furniture itself is old (sample of the middle of the last century) and in unpleasant spots. Interruptions with clean towels, which, by the way, are all old and washed out, are very annoying. The beach is not fenced, everyone uses it, and those who live in "Daniel" do not have enough sunbeds or chairs. The food is monotonous, with a small selection of hot dishes and salads. Fish are very rare. No food for diabetics. For dinner, only cold water is served, and drinks must be bought - juices, wine, soda. Dishes tasteless, look unappetizing. There is always a queue in the dining room - they are slowly clearing the tables, with clean glasses and plates - always strained, and in the morning - with boiling water for coffee and juices. You have to pay for entertainment, and the prices in the SPA are just crazy (up to 700 NIS! ). You have to wait for elevators for several minutes, they just pass by without stopping. There are no shops near the hotel, it is inconvenient to walk. There is no luggage storage at the hotel, only there are rooms where all the suitcases are piled up and you need to look for movers with the keys to the room. There is no morning exercise by the pool, no evening entertainment either, no discos, no concerts, only poor amateur performances by some students. In general, longing, not rest! I do not recommend to anyone! This hotel hardly lives up to three stars.
