Room cleaning was always carried out in the absence of us in the room, towels were changed twice a day. There are bathrobes and slippers in the room. Plumbing and air conditioning in excellent condition. There is a refrigerator and safe in the room, there is no bar. But drinking water is in coolers on each floor. You can also iron your things there. free wi-fi around the clock. A separate issue is nutrition. Kitchen 5+. Delicious, healthy, well-prepared food. And the variety! I also liked the SPA - a good osteopath, a good beautician, helpful staff. It's not true that you don't smile! And they understand you perfectly - in Russian. At the very least, in English.

Ruined vacation, wasted money. Dumb and arrogant staff. The waiters in the restaurant can hardly move their legs. Suitable with two soiled coffee pots. Dirty windows, dirty chairs, even if you put the newspaper under you. Air conditioners do not work in the corridors and this is in a hot country! Furniture, bed linen, towels worn out. The view from the window of our room is terrible: some kind of dump of broken chairs, boards. We asked the lady at the reception in the spa to show the treatment rooms. To which she was very angry. On the second day, another Russian-speaking worker graciously agreed to show us these rooms, but it would be better if we saw this! Like everywhere else, dirt. At the same time, the rooms are tiny, without windows, with a specific aroma, dirty "miniature" towels. The food may be good, but when you're in a state of permanent nausea, it's hard to be objective. In any case, everything is very poor: dishes, serving dishes, etc. Very poor menu considering the prices! No decent fruits, no juices. In short, nothing pleases in this hotel!

The food is delicious, varied, lots of vegetables and fruits. BUT!! ! No translation from Hebrew!! ! I do not ask in Russian, but at least in English you can write??? ? You take a dish at random... I was struck by the lack of hot water for dinner, hot milk for breakfast. They fill their thoughts with cold milk. Maybe this is a feature of national cuisine, but personally my child refused to eat such thoughts. In response to my requests, they warmed up the milk, so if you want hot milk - ask : -)
Another of the minuses - dirty tables in the lobby, traces of cups.
We went to the sea for about 15 minutes on foot, it was absolutely not stressful for us. Sunbeds are all paid. The beach is clean, food can be ordered directly to the beach, you order meat, they bring hummus, salad, and pita bread to the meat. We ordered one serving and the three of us ate. Eastern hospitality!

The owner is clearly absent. This can be seen from the scruffy beach, the lack of proper cleaning in the rooms, etc. Go there only to be treated (and even then, if prescribed). Everything else is boring and expensive. … More ▾ The owner is clearly absent. I will not say that we really wanted to go to Israel. We just came to the travel agency and said - we want to go where a visa is not needed. In addition to Cyprus, Turkey and Egypt, where we have been more than once, there was only Israel.
So we went. Immediately upon arrival, we got into an adventure: they don’t give out suitcases! It turned out to be a movers' strike. Everyone was given papers in English - come tomorrow with tickets and get it. But the Israelis who were flying with us said - don't leave, you have to wait - there will be a large crowd - they will give it back, they won't go anywhere! It’s good for them - they are at home, they can wait. And we go to a hotel on the Dead Sea. The driver is waiting for us - or is he not waiting anymore? It's been 3 hours since landing. In short, after 4 hours of waiting, we received our suitcases, went out to the welcoming hall - people like in the market - and then a guy with our last name on a poster - hello, I'm from Taxi Gold, I'm waiting for you. Our mood is a complete zero, tired went to the parking lot. We smoked and went. The car is new and big. I sat in the back to sleep. The husband is in front with the driver. Word for word, we talked. Our driver, name is Slava, 20 years in Israel, questions poured in, how they live, how much and so on. The dream has passed. In short, we talked non-stop for 3 hours. It is interesting to talk with a compatriot, we learned about life in Israel more than in the next week. He spoke simply - without embellishment. That is good and that is bad. In general - everything is as it is. No propaganda. On the way, he took us to a restaurant for dinner. It was already around midnight, everything in the hotel was already closed. We tried the national dish - lafa (flat cake) with fried turkey and salads. Class. Israeli beer - Macabi. I recommend. Softer than the Baltic.
We arrived at the hotel at midnight. The room is normal - exactly as in the photos. Staff - Russian-speaking - all our former. The water is black, mirror-like, reflecting thousands of lights - hotels are illuminated, palm trees in lights, flowers, warm and calm. In general - a night Paradise. We said goodbye to our driver. They wanted to take him on an excursion to Jerusalem, but he was busy on our free day. We went on a bus tour. But this is not like an individual trip with your own driver and guide. So it's worth taking a driver - if you want to watch and listen without someone lingering in the toilet, or getting lost in the supermarket, or filling the tour guide's tanks with stupid questions.
The week flew by in an instant. Israel is something else. Not Turkey and not Cyprus. The country is eastern but high-tech. The infrastructure is all advanced - from the airport to the lost bodies. a pay phone in the desert from which you can call home. Or vice versa. From St. Petersburg - directly to the same machine. Roads are awesome. Wider than in Germany. At night, illuminated. Marking - "cat's eyes", Pointers and traffic lights - everything is large, conveniently located. What is especially nice - there are no our 3-hour traffic jams. In short, warm up for a week at +29 after our slush -
Alexandra and Sergei Peter.

Great hotel, very good rooms, we paid extra $30 and we were put in a room after renovation on a high floor, with a balcony overlooking the sea - just a fairy tale. The service is excellent, Egypt is simply not worth it. Nobody swam in the pool with food, by the way, the food in the dining room is excellent, the waiters, if Arabs, are really some kind of sleepy, but this does not spoil the overall impression at all. … More ▾ Great hotel, very good rooms, we paid extra $30 and we were put in a room after renovation on a high floor, with a balcony overlooking the sea - just a fairy tale. On the fence is written "Peace", and there is firewood. It's about the Crowne Plaza. Smeary bar chairs, scruffy sunbeds on the beach, clumsy, clumsy waiters, unprofessional staff, unwillingness to correct mistakes made, a pool with floating plastic cups - this is all a "wonderful" "five-star" hotel. If you are not embarrassed by people, swimming in the pool, while holding glasses of drinks, ice cream or chips in their hands, and if you prefer to relax not in silence, but among the screaming crowd, then this hotel is for you. … More ▾ On the fence is written "Peace", and there is firewood. It is a pity that all the unique features of the Dead Sea cannot be transferred to another place. Where people know how to make the rest enjoyable. Lazy, fat, clumsy waiters first surprised, then annoyed. When we went on an excursion to Jordan, we skipped breakfast and dinner. We did what we had already done many times in other countries: we made an application at the reception for a lunch package and dinner in the room. The staff processed all the papers. But we didn't get breakfast or dinner, although in the morning it became clear that they were pierced. But no one even tried to rectify the situation by dinner. And the next day, our attempts to figure it out were also unsuccessful: the manager authorized to deal with the problem simply ignored us, defiantly serving other guests. Apparently, this is because we are not Israelis. They can do everything: yell, shit anywhere, climb into the pool with food and drinks. I have not seen such a disgrace anywhere. If you have a choice, make it in favor of a more worthy place to relax.

I (23 years old) together with my mother (55 years old) rested in this hotel for 2 weeks. The indications for rest were medical - in this respect, the rest fully justified itself: neurodermatitis with severe exacerbations, from which neither hormonal ointments, nor droppers, nor pills were saved, disappeared after a week, and there were no relapses for almost a year. … More ▾ I (23 years old) together with my mother (55 years old) rested in this hotel for 2 weeks. Objectively: if your goal is treatment, then this hotel is the best on the coast, with the most convenient beach and an equipped entrance to the sea. After all, as the local doctor said, the main medicine here is the sun, air and water.
If you are looking for service, luxurious interiors and budget entertainment - you are not here.
About the hotel: the room is not new, but clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator, a tea and coffee set replenished daily, a good bathroom with a good set of shower products and towels changed daily. Bathrobes are changed if left on the bathroom floor.
About cleaning: daily, clean and fast. Tips are taken if you leave them on a straightened bed (a couple of shekels). In the evening they leave chocolate with the strange name "Good night" in the room. Nice.
Ironing board and water cooler on each floor in the room opposite the elevators.
SPA in the hotel is unreasonably expensive, and we learned at the very end that hotel guests are entitled to significant discounts. We visited the spa of a neighboring hotel (I don’t remember the name, which one is on the right, if you look at the sea) really liked it! In general, I would like to note the exceptional professionalism of all SPA specialists.
Food: I liked it very much. The main thing is the exceptional quality and taste of local products, so all bread, dairy, vegetables, meat are exceptionally tasty and at the same time dietary, because, I repeat, everything here is aimed at improving health.
Eating outside the hotel is very expensive.
Service: it is difficult to judge, since we did not apply for anything, only once to replace the demagnetized key and exchange the currency (there is a very favorable rate at the reception).

I want to be treated at the Dead Sea, this hotel is recommended, but judging by the reviews for 2008-2009, this is not worth doing...
