the villa is not without flaws, but for its money (paid about 870 dollars for accommodation, flight, transfer, insurance. without food) - a good option.
dead end street. you will not be taken to the villa by transfer, but there is no traffic noise either. very close - the office of the host company "Pylon" (about it separately). 3 minutes walk - market and 2 supermarkets. (tasty SUZA bottled water, aqua viva - tasteless). to Slovenian beach - 70-10 minutes on foot. the beach is very dirty. sensation of walking in an ashtray. despite the fact that it is not the peak season, there are a lot of people on the islands where there are no sunbeds. children, cigarettes and loud speech, a muddy sea and floating bags of nuts, gaskets, bulls - Russian-speaking vacationers in their role. successfully hid from the above on MOGREN beach. Please note there is no entrance fee in September. there were comments here that they charge 1 or 2 euros per person in the summer.
the villa itself consists of 2 parts - Kornik and Olga yard. Kornik is clearly sold to Europeans, but Olga's yard was inhabited only by Ukrainians. the hosts have a very specific attitude towards Ukrainian vacationers. You can iron things exclusively from 5 to 6 pm and only in the household yard. They won't let you take an iron into the room. hair dryer - issued only on a deposit of 10 euros and only for 15-20 minutes. must be returned immediately after use. do not meet any requests. treated with great disdain. on requests, as an exception, to change one sheet or put an iron in the room, the owner asked: do you not wash your feet? rather strange question.
I do not envy the vacationers, whose windows overlooked the courtyard - I witnessed the situation, how the owners watched what they were doing in the rooms. judging by the looks and facial expressions, they were discussed in a not very positive context.
"pylon". I can't say enough good things about the host. they are frozen to requests, what kind of service they have not heard. sometimes they will not help you, but they will pretend that they made an effort. it's not about "pylon". they frankly refuse immediately.
frightened with excursions of other agencies ("we are at least responsible for you"). we went with other agencies - it was great. "Pylon" demanded 100% prepayment, and the rest asked for 2-5 euros in advance (the cost of excursions is 20-35 euros).
These are the highlights. ask questions

villa kornich or olga yard or palm tree budva, the names are different, the essence is the same - a hole !! ! lack of any service, ancient furniture, everything is broken and the main thing is a deranged owner just the other day I returned from this hell, where I experienced such humiliation that I can’t even describe it !! ! the hotel staff are boorish alcoholics who every night organized drinking parties with wild songs.

just the other day I returned from this hell, where I experienced such humiliation that I can’t even describe it !! ! the hotel staff are boorish alcoholics who every night organized drinking parties with wild songs. screams and a yelling tape recorder. nevertheless, clean the room (for 2 days they only took out the garbage) so bellowed that he just drove into a stupor, it’s impossible to shut up, put it out too, I thought I’d hide on the balcony, but no, it stuck there too....in general, I went to complain to the tour operator, after which he sent the administrator girl to apologize, apparently he didn’t have the courage
the price and quality do not match, there is a fungus in the shower, the ventilation window does not open - the handle is broken, the light in the corridor is not on, there are stains on the bed.....

The hotel is shit. Old and moldy. It's amazing in such a place and such a "G" I still don't understand how we managed to get there. I had to trust the reviews. Although the tour company claimed that everything would be fine. Don't go! You will be very sorry!

Ville is already 10 years old, and the atmosphere inside is not so hot. can be compared with domestic good sanatoriums. but the area around is really green and the view from the window was amazing (we were lucky : ). no one robbed us, but the guide asked us not to leave the balcony door open. I didn't see mold.

we came across the only room with a broken safe, so every day we took a laptop and money and put it in the safe of the owner of the villa. they are patient and polite).
saw other villas just built. there the situation in the rooms is really better, but the sun is all around and not a single tree.
here they clean every 2-3 days, but the bed and towels are normal. and in another villa I heard that they clean it every day, and the towels were given out worn to holes: they used their own.

I found out that last year my boyfriend and I were vacationing at Villa Beba last week when I saw a photo of our room in the brochures : ) Until that moment, we were sure that we lived at Villa Olga, where we bought vouchers ...anyway. I found out that last year my boyfriend and I were vacationing at Villa Beba last week when I saw a photo of our room in the brochures : ) Until that moment, we were sure that we lived at Villa Olga, where we bought vouchers ...anyway.
So.
Flight 2.5 hours and we are at the airport in Tivat. Before landing, we circled over the beautiful coast for 15 minutes. Later, the guide explained why...the airport can only take 4 planes at the same time, so we waited in line: )))
From the airport to Budva about 40 minutes.
We arrived, disembarked from the bus, 5 minutes on foot - and here we are at the villa. The hospitable hostess of the villa named Beba, together with the guide, check us into a room on the second floor. We are warned that we are the first tourists in this room, and if there are comments, please contact us immediately.
Obvious advantages of the room:
- spacious
- new furniture and fixtures
- air conditioning, TV (there are a couple of Russian channels), a kitchenette (fridge, electric stove and a set of utensils...
even found a Turk for coffee)
- balcony (table, chairs, clothes dryer). View from the balcony to the backyard garden
Minuses:
- two beds are pushed together instead of one large
- there was no curtain in the bathroom, for 11 days they didn’t attach it to us ...but we got used to it
- the air conditioner did not always cope with the load
Geographically, the villa is located next to the hotel Aquarius. Nearby was a supermarket, a market and the office of our tour operator Pilon, where we bought excursions.
The beaches in Budva are pebbly, sometimes with very small pebbles, the sea is clean and turquoise.
The free beach and promenade are less than 5 minutes walk in a straight line. 5 minutes walk along the promenade to the old town. On the embankment itself, you can find clubs, cafe-restaurants, a small semblance of an amusement park, playgrounds, etc. , etc. There is even McDonald's, but it's better to eat differently. Closer to the old town there is a parking of boats and yachts, for 15-20 euros you can take a boat trip to St.
Stephen.
Swimming went to Mogren beach. Going to it, of course, is the longest (about 15 minutes), it is located outside the old town, but we thought that the beach was worth it. The beach is paid - 1 euro, we somehow managed to go to it for free for 10 days out of 11 - there was just no one at the entrance. Sunbeds and umbrellas on all beaches are paid, for a set of 2 sunbeds + an umbrella you will need to pay about 5-6 euros. We ate in a variety of cafes both on the waterfront and in the old town. Usually managed to keep within 15 euros for two - lunch, 20-25 euros - dinner. I would especially like to mention the Jadran restaurant, one of the oldest in Budva, it is located on the waterfront, there are tables right by the sea, the food is delicious, the prices are standard.
As for excursions, they offer many and different ones: boat trips, trips to national reserves, lakes, monasteries, the ancient capital of Montenegro, rafting ...they also offer excursions to Dubrovnik (Croatia) and Albania.
But tourists from Ukraine should take care of visas at home, otherwise they can simply be removed from the tour at the border.
We took 2 excursions:
- the ancient capital of Cetinje + Njegusi village
- national parks Durmitor and Biogradska Gora + Morac monastery + Tara river canyon (full day)
Both excursions were enjoyable. It is not recommended to take small children to the second, and you should not go to people who are motion sick. Roads in Montenegro with very steep turns, trips on excursions for several hours ...in general, not everyone can stand it.
In general, I would like to say that we were conquered and admired by Montenegro. The most beautiful nature, the cleanest sea, hospitable, but proud locals and prices are still tolerable.
It is worth going there and seeing everything with your own eyes.
