Towels are changed, the bar is updated regularly. When checking in, despite the fact that they repeatedly indicated "any floor except the first one", they gave the first one)). I explained why we don't want the first. . . incl. and because of the reluctance that everyone passing by looked into our windows. I asked directly at the reception desk to change... they searched for a long time, thought, but 20 dollars did their job. Immediately changed to the 4th floor. But!! ! In this hotel, the first floor is not the same as everywhere else! the Hotel has another 0 floor and -1. Those. in fact, the first floor is located as the second or third. But of course, we were not told this right away. But it is. little things.
Further, the hotel has 3 accommodation zones. We were settled in the farthest. To get out of the room to the pool, you had to walk for 5 minutes along the corridors, take the elevator and go again... Of course, in the near areas you can get to the exit to the street much faster. In other hotels in which there were, access to the pools and recreation areas is much faster. Again, it seems like a trifle, but....
Farther. On the 5th day, hotel towels were stolen from us))) and how they stole them !! ! I'll tell you. Left towels on the sunbeds, like everyone else. At different times. and for 30 minutes. and for 2 hours. and at 4. So, that day we left the pools at about 12, returned at about 15. Towels (4!! ), my T-shirt, the small glasses were in place. More than 3 hours everything was in place!! ! Let's go swimming . . we were gone for 20 minutes. We returned - all personal belongings are in place, there are no towels !!! ! the option of an error, a child who accidentally took 4 (four!!! ) towels, etc. is excluded. All personal items were in place.
Contacted the hotel guide. to hotel assistants to tourists. at the reception Hands up everywhere. We don't know anything. There are no cameras anywhere! this almost never happens here, and so on. At the reception with a smile they said that all 4 cards from towels would have to be returned. if not - for each card 10 euros. And there is nothing more they can do. . .
Well, of course, I found a way to return the towels. through the issuing booth. Not taking away from anyone... but !! ! I had to figure it out!!!
Found those tourists who rested next to us. talked. with some. with others. with thirds. (there are certain skills)) as a result: OUR TOWELS WERE TAKEN BY A HOTEL EMPLOYEE (SERVICE) IN REGULAR SHORTS (NOT IN UNIFORM) WITH ONE CHARACTERISTIC FEATURE IN APPEARANCE. By which he was spotted. and then he was already walking in a uniform. Naturally, no one began to prove or justify anything!
Those. what comes out? IN THIS HOTEL THE EMPLOYEES THEY STEAL TOWELS FROM TOURISTS TO EARN FOR THE RECEPTION 10 EUROS FROM THE TOWEL!! ! and so funny!! ! We are in Turkey for the second time. Last time we were in Side also in 5 *. So there is something to compare. There were four of us: me, husband, son 6 years old and daughter 2 years old.
ROOM. We arrived in the evening, around 21.00. They settled us quickly, gave a room a little more than we paid for, but it was without a balcony. This is a minus. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. True, on the first day we were given 3 large towels, on the second - 4, and on the third day there were only 2! For four! I could not stand it and went to swear at the reception. There, the girl Victoria quickly decided everything and 2 more towels were brought to her. There were no more such problems. The mini bar was replenished every day. But I no longer went to find out about this, because we don’t use colored soda. And you can take water in every bar.
RESTAURANT. On the day of arrival, we had time for dinner, it was at 21.00. I was surprised when I saw tables with food. There are very few of them! I mean exactly the food: meat, side dishes, salads.
There is absolutely no variety. In addition, the waiters began to remove this very food without waiting for the end of dinner. At 21.20 there was almost nothing, although the dinner itself ends at 21.30! Meat was constantly beef, chicken and fish, turkey - not often. Salads (not greens), without exception, were made from half-eaten foods, that is, what was not eaten for lunch ended up in a salad in the evening. If there were boiled beans for lunch, they were in a salad in the evening, if fried mussels were not eaten for dinner, they were in a salad in the morning. The salads were amazing - pasta, potatoes, mussels, fried squid rings in mayonnaise, eggs. A couple of times I took them - sour. By the way came across sour chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. Cleaning tables. They were not removed in a timely manner. The crumbs were simply swept away by hand to the floor. And there was no question of replacing a dirty tablecloth at all. Cutlery and napkins were not delivered on time.
Several times my husband himself went to them for fork-napkins! In Side THIS was not in sight! And also in Side there was just a huge variety of dishes, something new happened every day, and the chefs did not allow themselves to make salads from yesterday's products. About fruits. Of the delicious were only watermelons and cherries. Everything else was unripe and tasteless, including melons. Apples were last year's, only at the end of the holiday there were fresh, this year. Thank you for the cherry, but it was a big BUT. Cherry was brought according to the principle "who did not have time, he was late. " For example, breakfast was from 7 to 11. Those who came by 7.8, 9 o'clock had time to eat cherries, but those who came by 10 had already seen an empty dish of cherries, and they no longer brought a new batch. Again, in SIDE, all dishes were brought to the very end of the meal.
The only plus is that the restaurant has several halls, there is no this huge crowd of people in one room.
OPERATION OF AIR CONDITIONERS.
In the corridors of the hotel (where the rooms themselves) they did not work at all. The restaurant was also very rare! The room also had some old outdated air conditioning that barely blew.
TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL. We were promised a huge one. ))))) But it is, firstly, quite small (especially in comparison with the hotel in Side) and almost all of it is occupied by pools. Walk nowhere.
POOLS. There are many of them and people around them too. Several times I took the child to the "water park" on the slides. While standing and waiting for him, she almost suffocated from cigarette smoke. Everyone smokes - both men and mothers with children. Music was constantly blaring there and the animator was shouting, who held his competitions there.
ANIMATION. Average. There were interesting numbers of gymnasts. Dancing is so-so. All this again in comparison with Side.
CATS and CATS. There are a lot of them here. One of them even managed to steal a piece of meat from our plate, which we brought ourselves for lunch from the bar.
BEACH. Not far from the hotel. Sandy.
Plus - it's there is a playground - the only one on the territory of the hotel.
SEA. Clean and beautiful in the morning. For hours by 3-4 days, waves brought a bunch of dirt - leaves, branches, algae, cigarette butts, bags, bottles, cocktail tubes. Boats, boats, jet skis were constantly scurrying back and forth, polluting the air. It was very annoying, we came to the sea to improve our health, but we had to breathe exhaust gases like in a city.
And now the main event of our holiday.
Near the hotel there is a passage to the beach from the city, and through this passage any stranger can get to the hotel's beach and through it to the territory and to the hotel itself. And in the evenings, the Turks from the city just came to our beach, swam in the sea, and smoked there. Where this passage into the city bordered our beach, there was no CCTV camera installed and there was no security.
And on the penultimate day, in broad daylight, at about 12 o’clock, having seized the moment when we all went to the sea to swim, unknown people stole a bag from our sun lounger, which contained a SLR camera, a tablet and a phone worth about $ 1.000. This happened within a time span of 20 minutes. It was done quickly, accurately and professionally. Most likely, the theft was committed by strangers who came from the city (witnesses saw one person who was not far from our sun lounger and then went behind the fence). Our bag and us, most likely, were followed and seized the moment. I do not rule out that this was done in collusion with someone from the hotel staff. When we turned to the hotel staff, they came, laughed together and assured that someone had taken our bag by mistake and they would definitely find it. Although they were directly told that the bag was stolen intentionally and by strangers.
They didn’t call the police, they didn’t tell the hotel guide, but they just played for time knowing that we were leaving tomorrow. Naturally, they did not find the bag, although there was an opportunity for this, the phone lying in the bag was available for calls, if they turned to the police, the phone would be found, and with it there may be thieves. But they didn't. At the same time, we were frankly lied to the face that the police had been informed and the police were looking for the thieves and the bag. Again, I do not exclude that such sluggishness was due to the fact that the hotel staff were in proportion with the thieves. The next day, we again smiled guiltily and shrugged - your bag is missing. And when, just before leaving, on the advice of people, we wrote a paper with a claim and asked the reception staff to make a copy and put a mark that the paper was accepted, they rested their arms and legs not to do this. There was no need to talk about any compensation. So we left.
I did not want to swear, so as not to spoil the mood for myself.
Here is such a vacation in a 5-star hotel, about which so many rave reviews have been written. Apparently, these reviews were written by the hotel staff themselves. I do not advise all of you to go to this hotel, your vacation can be hopelessly ruined.

Accommodation - 5, because for the fourth time we were placed in a room on the 1st floor with a side sea view, with a huge terrace. The room had to wait 3 hours, we arrived early in the morning.
Food - 5 for every taste, quality food. The only fruit, as always, is a limited number of varieties, there are no strawberries, cherries, bananas, watermelons and melons. Although it's already in season. There were apples, apricots, vultures, oranges and green-type plums.
Service - 4, only because of poor-quality room cleaning and a very large number of mosquitoes, I had to sleep with air conditioning, they tried not to open the windows at all, but they could be seen flying from the ventilation. Every night I had to chase after them. This was not the case in the hotel before, but the rest is excellent. Special thanks to the bartenders in the lobby bar Chidem and Hasan, they work very well! And the restaurant service is good. Feel free to tip if you enjoyed the service. We went to a Chinese restaurant - we liked both the food and the service. The territory is clean, well-groomed, the only pity is that the waterfalls on the pools do not work for the second year.
