Very good restaurant and food in general. For example:
- Salmon in a different form was every lunch and dinner.
- Delicious sweet pineapples and dragon fruit. And you don't have to ask.
- Starbucks coffee shop is included in the all-inclusive. Although they have a shortened menu compared to a regular coffee shop, the coffee is great!
- Bartenders pour quickly, and what you ask for. Prepare complex cocktails.
- On the territory there is a separate "tea" away from the hustle and bustle.
No frills, modern, original and comfortable. There are minor nuances, but snobs will find something to complain about everywhere. Soap and other shampoos are real L'Occitane.
Great service, the girls at the reception are very helpful!
The area is not very green, and it's a decent walk to the beach. If after breakfast you go swimming in the sea and forgot your swimming trunks, you will bite your elbows : -) The beach is spacious, large and clean. The entrance is shallow, convenient with small children. At sunset, the DJ plays a lounge on the pier, the atmosphere just fly away ...
I have never seen such great Wi-Fi in any hotel. The Internet is absolutely everywhere and absolutely always.
All Turkish hotels have cats. But since this is a pretentious hotel, the cats here are only black, with shiny collars with bells.
I would come back here! And with family, and with friends, and myself, to work remotely.
We were brought to the hotel around 9 am, although the check-in itself was at 2 pm. Upon arrival at the reception, they put on bracelets for us, left our suitcases and we used all the hotel services while waiting for check-in. Upon check-in, we were provided with a family room at no extra charge, although we booked a standard room, which, in principle, pleased. The room is clean, good. The minibar was cleaned and replenished with drinks every day. True, in the morning before leaving the room, we always left 1-2 dollars on the bed.
The hotel and grounds are large and well maintained. Many of the staff are not Russian speakers. Although there were no problems with this, since my wife is an English teacher.
The hotel was almost full. Of the vacationers, there are many Europeans, Turks, as well as Russians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, etc.
The food was on the level and everything was enough for everyone, a huge selection of sweets. Small queues were only near the bar. Of the alcoholic beverages, beer is basically normal, the local wine did not like it.
The animation is good, in the evenings there are various shows. There was a kids club for children. A 4-year-old child went with pleasure and I want to note that the language barrier there did not interfere with the children at all.
And most importantly, the sea is just super. It was possible to stay in it for hours without going ashore.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back this year.
Settlement.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am and had time for breakfast. At the reception, we were told that check-in is usually after 12, but the room can be vacated earlier. Around 11 we went to the reception again and they gave us the keys to the room. We had a Sea Side room, this is the side of the hotel, but the sea view is very beautiful. We lived on the 8th floor, had a good view. Below the third floor, you are unlikely to see anything, pay attention to this if you need a beautiful view. Free Wi-Fi is only near the reception, the speed is low, but enough for correspondence via WhatsApp.
Number.
There are pluses and minuses. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Towels were changed every day, replenished mini-bar (drinking water, mineral water, juice, cola). The air conditioner worked well. There was also a safe in the room (free of charge). There is plenty of space on the balcony with a table and chairs. Of the minuses: the bed linen was not changed, the floor was sticky, well there were slippers in the room. The room has old furniture with scratches and chips. The lamp didn't work. The curtains and the window were also dirty.
Nutrition.
There is a lot of food, it is different and tasty. Enough of everything: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, a large selection of sweets and pastries. From drinks: soda, tea, coffee, beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Unlike some other hotels, here you will never be hungry if you suddenly missed breakfast or lunch. After breakfast and lunch, there is a snack bar on the beach and by the pool. You can eat meat and vegetables there (roll your own shawarma), sometimes we didn’t even go for lunch and quite ate there. After dinner, from 12 to 1 am, there is a night meal (snack), where you can also eat well. For me and my friends, it was important that the hotel had normal food, here it is a solid 5. But the Ala carte restaurant disappointed, you can visit one of the 3 restaurants to choose from for free once. We were signed up for Chinese cuisine, but when we arrived, it turned out that they would be serving Mexican food. Everything is spicy, not very tasty, we didn’t wait for dessert and went to dinner at a regular hotel restaurant.
Beach.
A pleasant sandy beach, of course not white sand, there are enough sunbeds, they are intact, they have not been seen broken. If you want to take a place near the sea or on the pier, it is better to come to the beach before breakfast and leave a towel on the sunbed. After breakfast, you can find a place only under a canopy or directly in the sun. There are cigarette butts lying around here and there, but mostly the workers clean up the rubbish.
Sea.
The entrance is not deep, at first there is a small dip to a depth of about 1.60, but then it will be 10 meters shallow, in some places you can stand waist-deep. The buoys are not very far away, you can swim to them without being too tired. There is enough space for everyone to swim, the children do not interfere. The sea is clean, warm, but not as pleasant as in August - in July it is a little cooler, but you can swim without problems.
Pools and hotel grounds.
There are two swimming pools on the territory, in one animation is carried out and there are slides, the second one is for relaxing and swimming. The third pool is located in the hotel on the -1 floor. There is also a jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, as well as paid spa, massage. In general, the hotel is quite beautiful, you can just walk and take pictures. Swim shorts, T-shirts and flip flops can be bought directly at the hotel. Or do it cheaper in shops, 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Souvenirs, sweets and other things are also better to buy there.
Animation.
Volleyball, darts, bocha (I have no idea what it is) near the beach, fitness and water polo in the pool. You can also play ping pong and tennis. From what we saw at the evening animation after dinner: performances of dancers (not a striptease) and gymnasts, a Bingo game, a Miss Hotel contest, an open-air disco. Children's animation is also carried out with dances and songs, children seem to have fun.
Staff.
When we checked in, we were told in detail the rules of residence and answered all questions. There are no complaints about the front desk staff. In the early days, we, pale-skinned, were quickly figured out by sellers of souvenirs and paid hotel services, obsessively offering to buy fur swimsuits or take photos as a keepsake, which was a little annoying. Restaurant workers quickly clean dirty dishes and are always polite. Bartenders in snack bars do not speak Russian, but they know “beer” and the basic set of words.
Excursions and departure from the hotel.
The next day after check-in, there was a meeting with the guide Olga, who told us about how the check-out from the hotel would be carried out, and also offered us excursions. We chose two excursions Dalyan and Demre-Mira-Kekova. The day before the tour, Olga wrote on WhatsApp the time of departure and answered all questions. The first excursion is sailing on a boat, catching blue crabs, visiting a beautiful sandy beach and therapeutic mud. The second excursion is a visit to the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, an ancient amphitheater, sailing on a yacht to the sunken city and swimming in the lagoon, as well as wine tasting. Throughout the tour, you are brought to places where souvenirs are offered, sometimes too intrusively. Departure for the excursion was early in the morning and at the reception you could order lunch boxes with breakfast so as not to get hungry on the way.
The day before departure at the reception you can find out all the necessary information about the time of departure and transfer to the airport. They came for us without delay, brought to the airport 3 hours before departure.
General impressions.
Good hotel. There are a lot of foreigners, at least half of the tourists are not from Russia. Also, there are many Turkish guests in this hotel, which speaks in favor of the hotel. The food is delicious, the staff is adequate, the beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is not sharp, the animation is average, but there is something to do. You can relax both by the sea and next to the pool. The room is not perfectly clean, but spacious and has everything you need.
