I'm always lucky. I still don’t believe how I got myself together, got a plane ticket on my own, went through passport control myself... and it was really worth it. Not only met friends, but also got to know such a beautiful city. . . with something special. . . with something that reminds both Dubai and Istanbul at the same time. . . Although it was difficult to fly 10 hours in a plane without talking : ) )))
Bangkok met me with the most beautiful lights of the metropolis, watching which I already dreamed of how I would enjoy a short, but rest. Passport control went quickly and painlessly, but I was still nervous when I read that they might not let me in. Fortunately, everything ended successfully. At 6 in the morning, no one cared whether I had a meeting party here or not, with whom I flew in, why. And so, I'm already in Thailand.
Emerald was met very friendly, starting from a quality transfer in a normal car and careful attitude to things (in Egypt, the handle of a suitcase was somehow torn off, it was brand new), the friendliness of the staff to soup orders at 5 in the morning. Our rooms were on the 11th floor. the upper floors where my friends always stay have been renovated. I was impressed with the suite, very conscientiously made, so golden : ) Every day new flowers were brought, everything was cleaned sterile. Smoking in Non-smoking rooms was overlooked. They even brought a screwdriver when we asked for it at one in the morning. In general, with a special desire to find fault, it would take a long, long time to look for something.
Separately, about breakfast: I got it once (the time difference is a serious thing), but it turned out to be amazing. Tasty-tasty-tasty!
Honestly, I don’t even know what to write when I liked everything... There were no incidents, there were no conflicts, everything was calm : ))) Every day shopping, cafes, massage... In general, just relaxation, without package tours, without buses, no groups. I am very glad that I visited here. I understand friends who go to the same hotel several times a year.

I was in this hotel on New Year's Eve 2010. There were good impressions. Hospitable staff. On the 15th floor there is an open-air swimming pool. There is a gym - free of charge. The room is cozy. Tea, coffee every day, as much as you want (in the room). Near the hotel there is a subway, 5 minutes walk to go.

the hotel is normal. room is excellent. I lived in 1553 - right opposite the exit to the pool. but my friend got number 1469 - the view from the window is the same (right into the unfinished wall). food was not included in the price (a business trip, after all), but for an additional fee we had breakfast in one of the restaurants.

if you leave the hotel to the right, then indeed, 500 meters away, you will find several huge shopping centers, and if you go to the left, you will find the same huge brothels.
