The sea was a little stormy, so sometimes there were algae and it didn’t smell very good! But it was very warm! ))) The sunbeds are hard, mattresses for a fee. Alcohol on the beach in the bar is paid!! ! Hygiene products and normal towels were added to the room only after they put money for cleaning (after 4 days! ).
Of the benefits: good rooms in the new building, where the reception is, always clean dishes, delicious coffee from the coffee machine at the reception, a clean pool, a good mini-aqua park, a good Baileys))), friendly staff.

Having a deplorable experience with PEGAS Touristik hotels, namely Himeros Life Hotel, I carefully read the reviews of all the options offered by PEGAS Touristik, chose the one with the highest rating, and now I’m even afraid to imagine what would have happened in hotels with a lower rating.
So, in order.
We arrived in Antalya at about 04:00, the bus filled up very quickly and we were on our way. After 35-40 minutes, the bus broke down safely. We must pay tribute to the host, a replacement was sent after 40 minutes. They worked very well. We arrived at the hotel at 08:10. At the lobby they immediately said: check-in after 14:00, but now a “good guy” may come up and if you thank him, he will settle you right away. I received a bracelet, had breakfast, and began to observe the fate of those who arrived later than me. It seems that my presence did not make it possible to milk the next vacationers, and the guys from the lobby at 09:30 decided to put me in order to get rid of an unnecessary observer.
Room: STANDARD with all the standard bells and whistles - refrigerator, TV, air conditioning - everything works, the curtain hung torn all 10 days, the drain in the shower, as always, barely passes water. The view from the window caused delight: 40 m to the windows of the hotel opposite, at the bottom there is a service parking lot. It's all standard. Even the installation of industrial ventilation, which with its noise resembles an approaching tropical hurricane, and brings all the flavors of the kitchen, did not cause such delight as two diesel units providing emergency power. This is really WOW!!!! ! The size of each unit is about the size of a diesel locomotive. The inclusion of these monsters in the middle of the night threw me 0.5 meters above the bed, the rattling of glass accompanying their work caused an unchildish fear for the integrity of the windows. When turned on during the day, these gingerbreads were supplemented by the appearance of the purest sea air in the form of thick black smoke from the operation of a diesel engine. Settling me in this room, I do not perceive as the revenge of the hotel staff, because. windows of about 60 rooms face this side, which is 10-15% of the total number of rooms.
Nutrition. LOTS of food. Chicken, turkey, lamb, fish, fruits, sweets - everything is in abundance. You can not break with the first batch of visitors to the dining room, crying: this is my table, I was sitting here the day before yesterday, you weren’t standing here, but I’ve been standing here for a long time, etc. , but it’s better to come to the dining room in 45-50 minutes. after the start of the meal, there is always a free table and a sufficient amount of ALL food. The dining room has its own chips: dessert spoons do not exist in principle, toothpicks are only on the table at the entrance under the vigilant supervision of the administrator standing nearby (maybe this is a cold weapon? ), There are no containers with napkins either - napkins in the amount of 2 pcs. they are invested in a paper bag with a fork and a knife, though 5 times I didn’t find them there, I had to run after the stewards and beg for a napkin. Washing dishes is also not a strong point of this dining room: dirty glasses, plates, forks, all this at least occasionally, but comes across. And a highlight: in la carte, a plate of soup is placed in a plate with the remnants of cold appetizers. Super!!!!
Bar. Everything is fine - everything local is in abundance, only on the beach ALL alcohol is paid. Turkish coffee for a fee EVERYWHERE. These are 5 stars for themselves.
Beach. Length about 120 m, width about 35-40 m. But! To the left and right are two concrete plateaus and the actual width of the exit to the sea is about 40-45 meters. As a result, the entire population of the beach is in this open space and going out into the sea for the purpose of swimming reminds me of moving around the Auchan parking lot on sale days. The number of sun loungers is limited due to the pandemic, although the occupancy of the hotel can be compared to the occupancy of the minibus during peak hours in pre-pandemic times. Like all beaches, there are privileged towels that sunbathe around the clock instead of guests on sunbeds throughout the vacation. About towels - just look at the photo. There are specially trained flies that make sure that you do not fall asleep on the beach. The beach staff also take care of your safety, taking away umbrellas at the slightest breeze (it is strange why this is not done on neighboring beaches). Mattresses promised free of charge are given out on the beach for a fee, so everyone sunbathe, lying exclusively on plastic with a towel.
Animation. For 10 days: once a store showed national dances in the form of self-promotion. Beautiful and exciting! And one more time, local amateur performances performed all the hits in a row.
Infrastructure. Building density will envy the architects of the most densely populated residential areas. MEGAPOLIS.
Hotel room. As I wrote earlier, the drainage of water in the sewer does not work well, the ventilation is exclusively forced, it only works when you are in the room, plus the cleaning of the room consists exclusively in washing the floors ONLY in the main room, and the bathroom seems to be a restricted area for the staff, all this leads to the formation of a persistent smell of sewage, which is simply impossible to weather. the number of sockets in the main room is two, given that they work while you are in the room, and you need to charge three or four devices at the same time - you had to get up in the middle of the night to put your phone (tablet) on charge. There are three blocks of switches in the room, the algorithm of which for me, an electrical engineer of automatic process control systems, remained an unsolved mystery for 10 days.
Beach towels. I showed the appearance of the towels in the photo. Towels are replaced as follows: used towels must be returned before 19:00, and replacements can be received the next morning after 08:30. Those. if I want to take a dip in the sea at 07:00, do I need to bring my own towel? There is no exchange fund for towels in a 5 star hotel!!! ! Staff response: why don't you have 5 dollars to buy yourself a towel? It's just a masterpiece!!! ! I go to a FIVE STAR hotel, invest a lot of money and get such service in return!
Beach. Why did the hotel management bother to hang up a sign "no sunbeds booked" only in English, which a certain contingent of vacationers simply do not know, why does the administration not make sure that people do not book sunbeds? in the end: someone's towels, sheets, etc. bask on the sunbeds, but someone can’t find a place to lie down / sit down? There are few sunbeds because of the corona, and the hotel accepted a LOT of people! Why in the sea at a distance of about 5 m from the shore a concrete block with a protruding pipe rests under water (just in case - if you stand facing the sea, 3 meters from the left concrete plateau).
A separate song is a hotel guide from Pegasus named GUZEL. The gift of persuasion is at its best, the seller from her is magnificent, but why lie? According to her, an excursion to the volcanic lake SALDA is that during the whole day you can swim in the lake, rub yourself with healing clay - rejuvenate. In fact, we spent 1 hour 40 minutes on the lake, clay turns out to be CONTRAINDICATED for some people, you can swim only in a limited area where the depth is not more than 40 cm (I personally can’t swim at such a depth), gendarmes are on duty on the beach, who monitor for compliance with the rules. In what Guzel did not deceive - it is really VERY beautiful there. Well, the broken bus added to the impressions of the trip. I don’t know how the hotel and Pegasus are connected, but they form the impression of the hotel TOGETHER,
If I was going to a 3-star hotel, I would not even pay attention to all this. But I paid for 5 stars and was hoping for an appropriate service.
Renaming a hotel and adding a 5th star is a marketing gimmick. For 5 stars, this hotel does not pull precisely because of such trifles, maybe 3+ or 4-. I have something to compare.

The most beautiful location of the hotel (3 km from Alanya), stunning clear sea, pleasant hotel in general, 2 pools on both sides of the hotel (one with slides for children), clean and protected beach (across the road through the tunnel), delicious and varied food ( fruits, sweets, meat, vegetables, fish - everything is difficult to try).
Separate bar on the beach with drinks, and for lunch, french fries and hamburgers. In the evening - ice cream. Wi-fi worked well on the beach, by the pool, and also in the lobby, not always in the room. Cleaning - daily.
We were very lucky with the room - it was with a sea view (room 1522). One could find fault with the room itself, but there was no time to look for flaws, and we came to the sea, and not sit in the rooms and take pictures of plumbing. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Left valuables in the room - no one stole anything. We always had enough sun loungers on the beach, by the pool too. A historical tour of the city is a must - a lot of impressions! Alanya is a very picturesque city!
They settled us very quickly, although the check-in was from 14.00, we were already in the room at 11.00. There are no complaints about the work of the staff at the reception, as, in principle, to all hotel employees. Everyone tried, although the work is not easy.
We want to sing a separate ode to the hammam we loved and all its staff, where we loved to go twice a day and where we felt like a sultan! Three baths and an indoor pool (free access), a series of therapeutic and relaxing massages, clay face masks, delicious pomegranate tea and Turkish coffee! I read a lot of bad reviews about the hotel and sincerely I don’t understand where people get such negative impressions from ? ! Maybe we are in Turkey for the first time, but before that we rested in Italy and the situation with the sea and beaches in Turkey is even better. Although whoever looks for shit will always find it! We went beyond the sea, the sun and new impressions, we wanted to forget from the quarantine that bothered everyone - and we got everything in full!

Spa, hammam, indoor pool were not popular in the July heat, but the local workers were in charge of beach towels and tried to please everyone. I can't say anything about the reception, because there was no need for communication, because there were no problems, but during the settlement and eviction they were very pleasant. Special thanks to the waiters who fed us, even off schedule, when we were late for lunch on the first day because we fell asleep due to fatigue due to early arrival. The shift in them starts before seven, because at 7 o'clock early breakfast, which lasts until 10. From 12-30 to 14-00 lunch, from 19 to 21 dinner, and there is also a night soup. To her, I forgot about the ice cream and the beach bar. During breaks, they work in bars and the beach. And with such a rhythm of work are always friendly, prudent and polite. There were also girls serving drinks and ice cream, and they were happy to teach me Turkish.
The chefs worked culinary miracles there, and the managers achieved no queues.
All dishes are delicious and fresh.
A surprise for the man was to receive a birthday greeting and a gift from the hotel: a romantic dinner for two in the room and perfume. The security works clearly and harmoniously. The hotel is close to the city and you can reach all attractions both on foot and by public transport. But both the hotel and all sightseeing tours have your personal transfer. Everything here is very punctual. I recommend a 5-hour day boat trip and parasailing. You can also cool off in the parks along the rivers flowing into the blue sea. There is a majestic legendary fortress, a suspension road and of course unforgettable shopping. But the biggest and most pleasant impression we have is from the people and the country, which received us so well and hospitably.

A week in this hotel passed like one day)
The room was "cleaned" every day, it consisted only of washing the floor. The table in the toilet was never cleaned. The towels were not changed until they threw them on the floor, the bed was changed once. The kitchen is the same. For breakfast, eggs in all forms and pastries, sweets. If they give sushi, do not take it, rice porridge and vegetables. Waiters serve only those who leave money. They even put glasses on the tables, which is occupied.
The beach is good sand, small pebbles. You can have lunch - french fries, salad, hamburger, tea, coffee. I was in 2017 at the Monart City Hotel, I remember with pleasure. Although it has 4 stars. Wouldn't recommend this Kaila hotel.
