We were in this hotel in Oct. 2016. The food was decent and so was the service. True wi-fi slowed down a bit in the lobby bar. The elevators worked well. It is better to choose the 4th or 6th floor in the main building closer to the center of the building so that you can walk closer to the elevator. Then you will have your own balcony and the sea view will not be obscured by palm trees.
