Pluses - clean, beautiful, well-groomed territory (they cleaned even at night), nightly cleaning of pools, proximity to civilization (McDonald's, a store with normal prices "Metro", Starbucks and many others. Cleaning. No theft. Cleanliness on the beach. Staff work, practically no tips.
